Digital paper
Great look & easy to use!!
iPad won’t download
iPhone works but iPad won’t download eedition several days now, sent msg to customer service thru app. Tried deleting and reloading app still no good
New update
Love some of the features in the new update but my e-edition now has a top and bottom header that covers a good percentage of my screen. Please make these appear only when we need it. I use to really have almost perfect user view of the e-edition but the header and footer with next page and print icons take too much screen real estate. We know to swipe for next page we don’t a permanent button. Thanks
V Confusing.
all sorts of information I’m not interested in.
Not updated enough
The website does not update enough. Same stuff for days
Slllllloooooowwwwww (not anymore)
This is the slowest app on my iPhone and my iPad. If I click a link for a story, it sometimes takes as long as 2 minutes to open. Please fix it. Update: I was contacted by the developer who advised me to clear the apps cache. I did and it works great now!
Crooks
My elderly mother & her elderly neighbor have not received a newspaper in weeks They have both called the 1-800 number and still no paper. This sorry excuse for a newspaper charges them 60 dollars a month for a product they never get . My next step is to call the State Attorney and to leave this review EVERYWHERE.
Comics and crossword hard to find
I like the comics and crosswords❤️
Terrible
Not happy with trying to read on my iPad. Is there a way to view in a pdf version?
New iOS update, not working
I updated my iOS three days ago, and since then the app refuses to open. The loading screen shows up, but then it takes me back to my phones home screen. Before this, I have had no problem.
Good
Had everything I need and easy to move around.
Many Issues
You just updated the app to fix issues however issues remain. Updated the app as directed by the message when I clicked on it and it went straight to the McClatchy Group apps-all of them instead of updating the app. I tried deleting then adding back and still the same issue. I tried clicking on the app again and it told me to update the app again. Can’t get past this message to update.
Great
Love the new app. Works great.
Repeated continual login - pretty buggy
I have to re-login almost every time I try to access the app, so once I reach the 5 article limit, I generally give up rather than spending time trying to remember my login or waiting for it to access another platform to retrieve my info. I have a digital subscription. I’m not sure why the app can’t save my login details from session to session. If there is time out of some sort, that seems odd and it’s not common practice on any other app I have. Also, when I click on a link to an article - it often redirects me to a completely unrelated article.

Good
Awful website & awful paper!
I am attempting to change my payment information & I have had to sign in multiple times because after I click on change payment info, it takes me to a blank page. I’m done!
Local news
It's a great news app, but please bring back the ability to filter Houston/Peach and Macon news.
Like the previous version better!!!
When you enlarge an article to read it and then use your finger to move to the next column, it shrinks down to its original form. Unacceptable in my book!
Bring back access to the print version!
Decent design for access to the website material, but ZERO access to the print version. Given I subscribe to the print/digital version, what's the point in subscribing? Bring back access!
Can only get 1/3 space
Can only get a small portion ( 1/3 ) of the screen on I-Pad for the Macon Telegraph which in my opinion is pretty bad. It comes up right in the format but when I push the paper sign it goes to the 1/3 scale, pain to read in that small of a space.
Informative
Keeps me informed
Cannot 'search' for an article
With the previous version i was able to search for certain articles or stories i was interested in. With this new version i dont have that option.
NHSTAD
I like the update a lot!
Poor
Congratulations you took a good app and turned it into a piece of crap.
Surprisingly Good
I've just downloaded the app and taken a look at it. The information I was looking for was easy to find. The app, so far, seems to be user friendly and intuitive. If frequent using changes my perspective, I'll let you know.
Not much coverage you can count on
I can't find the local coverage sections, so I guess when they say "Macon" they mean "Macon" and not "Macon-Peach-Houston-Jones-Monore"
Love the app! Use it everyday.

You had gotten to work right again but is somehow messed up again!
Free vs. Not Free
Good grief ... People expect everything to be free. Newspaper editors need to make a living, too. I pay for my newspaper subscription AND this one ... And it's worth knowing what's going on in the community. If you don't wanna pay ... Delete this app and download the 13WMAZ app and you'll see that you get what you pay for.
Crashing after last update
App was upgraded. Now it won't open.
Look forward to my daily paper
I enjoy the convenience if reading my daily paper on my phone.
The Telegraph
Absolutely CRAPPY!!! Downloaded the app is almost immediately it crashes trying to scroll through stories. Had to reboot once to see if it would clear the app's behavior, but NOOOO. It crashes. Not worth it. Should never moved from the App Store. Can't rate it less than one.
Could be better
The interface is a bit dated. Many other news apps have figured out far better interfaces for reading the news. So please update the app for 2012 because right now it looks like something from 2007. Another Huge complaint is that you are not allowed to see you or to write comments on the stories. Commenting on stories is a huge draw and makes it far more interactive And likely for me to use the app more often. So update the app to a more modern interface and allow commenting and I'll change my rating. Print subscribers should also be allowed to keep free online access and not be charged extra. It's fine to charge a digital only subscription model but don't charge extra for print subscribers.
Amazing
Great!!
Missing my online subscription content
And to add to the disappointment when I try to edit the content of the very limited selection of "sections" I am wasting my time tapping on the section I want to add to the chosen 5 while nothing happens!
Very good news app
Keeps you up to date with all important news for middle ga!
Hate the update!
What happened to the print version online? Please bring it back or I WILL cancel my subscription
