Justice for Johnny
Not Bad
Any chance of an Irish version it would be a lot better to read Irish news but still a very good app really clear.
Problem
Following each monthly payment(which is automatically paid through my credit card) I have problems downloading the paper. Itβs very frustrating, thinking about cancelling subscription.
Still buggy
Buggy/awkward to slide over page after page
Informative, provocative
I see so many people deriding The Sun, but I have found their investigative journalism to be helpful as well as thought-provoking. I think The Sun represents the reality of the British People.
They support abuse
This company supports domestic abusers and harasses their victims
Great, but.......
I love The Sun and this app is great and you get the whole paper as you see it in the newsagents. However I've had connectivity issues and can only download approximately 1 in 3 editions. I have no issues with any other downloads (I.e. the Times) so I suspect the problem is with the app. Altogether though 8/10.
Misinformation
Very disappointed in the poor quality of βnewsβ and the accuracy of information.
Please go back to the old app.
Unable to double tap to increase page size.
Very happy w/ coverage
I enjoying this paper significantly. I love the football coverage and the human interest stories. Never had any issues with the app. The paper Reminds me of the New York Post without the nastiness.
Useless
This is such garbage. Calling it trash is an insult to trash.
Hoping for the Irish sun
Very good 5,99 for 28 papers and it's great that you can download them in about two minutes before you go to work and read the full paper offline, will change to five stars if you release the Irish sun as I'm from Ireland any plans to release it??
Ok on iPad but slow on iPad3
Had this on my iPad 1 and found it ok It is very slow to load and then takes quite some time to download the paper, but once reading the pages flow smoothly. Just upgraded to an iPad 3. Same issues with load time, but now the pages lad extremely slowly. Each page draws a block at a time - its a bit like being on dial up.
Sun Shines
Very cool βreplica editionβ available in the early evening in the States. Finally!
Worst Quality News
This is a terrible source of news. Itβs full of fake, and poorly researched, news.
Download issues
This app is ok but for some downloading issues.... Some issues will not download,,, I complained to the sun. They told me it was my modem...that's is BS... Cos 99% of them do load,, this app needs another fix... Or I will stop subscribing as it is annoying .
Well done
Really well put together just like reading the real thing.Just great for flicking through.
Word app I have ever used
I would give it a zero star rating if I could, I never regret anything in my life but this is a big regret downloading it.
Horrible
They donβt care about facts and support domestic violence.
Slow to load
I started using this app and itβs very slow to load images/content. Even when in WiFi. Other apps load content immediately when connected to the same network. Also noticed my phone gets really hot when using it (iPhone 11 Pro Max)
Doesnβt work, spreads lies
Horrible app that wastes your time
Fakest news ever
In the history of fake news.
Worst
More concerned with being first to say it rather than being right. Seems they would rather garner audiences via shock value rather than true journalism.
