面部识别登陆问题
密码加短信验证可以正常登陆，换成面部识别之后，就出问题。经过识别，跳转到空白页面，就不动了！

Terrible app
It’s difficult to make an application this bad but they managed to pull it off! For instance the password auto fill sometimes put the password in the username box which is plain hilarious

Can't login
Tried multiple times but failed to login, unable to change password due to unknown error 99999. So why don't you make it better if you really want to serve ppl? It's just a waste of time and money to make such an unavailable app for your customers.

缴费时信用卡持有人姓名不相符处理办法
给需要缴保费的人的帮助～ 我也遇到过信用卡名字和保单不一样的问题，这个问题可以通过上载银行账单处理！去下一个信用卡账单截成图片，扫描失败后，点击上传账单，系统不会验证，直接绑定新卡成功。之后就可缴费啦～手续费有点贵，但贵在安全方便！

电子保单合约根本看不了啊
整体使用比较慢和卡顿，也就算了。最大的问题是电子保单合约每次点进去就会卡住，软件就会死机，点哪里都没反应了！合约copy根本看不了啊啊啊啊啊啊啊啊！靠贝

Worse than having no app
This is just a login app which seems to load a clunky website inside itself. I’m a fan of Pru services but this app looks and feels ugly. You can’t change app settings (like faceID) once you’re logged in and the username/password fields don’t work properly with Apple Passwords. Also, despite being a Hong Kong resident I had to accept some T&Cs about accepting my data to be processed outside of mainland China… strange.

超级难用！…添加信用卡只能靠图片识别，所有新的信用卡都识别不了，就不能让用户手动添加信用卡吗？

一直要我重覆登記 biometrics. Prudential 廹客戶用 app, 但 app 功能不全不正常運作，又𣎴能用電腦網頁版登記新信用咭，是醁廹我們斷供嗎？
启用体验很差，希望内陆也可以用
这个在香港网络下，秒登入，回了大陆登不上了，网络和wifi 都登不上，试了很多次……麻烦得很，以后岂不是想办业务都要跑到香港去登陆？太麻烦了……
