It’s not as good as Capital One or Citi but it’s better than Wells Fargo.

Secure, for the most part, easy to navigate. Sometimes a little difficult to find certain docs. Great for deposits
Hardly Works
Half the time I have to close it and reopen it multiple times to get it to even load my account data. If I need to make a transfer, the dropdown menus often show up empty and then I have to close/reopen the app again, usually also multiple times. It seems like whoever wrote it didn’t know how to do async calls and backend programming.

Slow to post transactions. Convoluted way to access credit card activity. Looks kind of amateurish like somebody’s brother in law built it for you. But it does work.

You can’t schedule a payment in advance other than today’s date. You have to do that on a computer. You can’t see payments that have been scheduled. You cannot cancel payments or find out if you’ve made a payment without calling customer service. These are basics. And has been going on forever.

Only work half the time to pay my card balance. And the website on the phone can’t pay it there either. You gotta do better! Junk this has been going on to long!
