Super application, correctifs intéressants
La mise à jour depuis un an permets de disposer d’une application fonctionnelle et utile. Les informations horaires sont juste à la minute près. Je sais donc exactement quand partir de chez moi pour retrouver mon bus. C’est top! Merci les tpg !
Couldn’t purchase ticket
Attempting to purchase a ticket opens up SMS, which then just responded with an error. SBB app worked to purchase a ticket though.

Too unreliable
Most of the time, the time of departure/arrival shown in the app is untrue and you only find it out once you arrive at the bus/tram stop (even if you arrive early) the next bus or tram arrives much later!
Favoris disparus
A chaque mise à jour de l’app, mes arrêts favoris ont disparu en quasi totalité. Bizarrement seuls Cornavin, Aéroport et Bel-Air sont restés !? Tout à refaire… SVP sauvegardez les Favoris ! Sinon App bien faite
Génial la mise à jour !
Elle est géniale, cette mise à jour, je ne comprends pas pourquoi plein d'aigris se plaignent ! Si vous ne savez pas l'utiliser, allez regarder le tutoriel ! Même un enfant de 2 ans saurait l'utiliser ! Bande de fainéants.
An app to be ashamed of
Dear developers, Have you even tried to use this app? Way to take a simple task and layer on complex and unnecessary information. TPG, you do know that other app agencies exist, right? You went from 5 stars to 1 with this “improvement” and you have showed your customer base that you don’t care whether or not they have a positive experience or not. Time to get a bike

Bring back the old features
No longer shows live connections which was super useful. Features of the previous version was much better and functional

L’application est moins compliquée que je pensais, mais alors pourquoi une autre appli ? Aussi il y a souvent du retard avec mon bus.
Génial !
Depuis sa mise à jour, l’application est beaucoup plus claire, fluide et pratique pour une utilisation quotidienne. Je la recommande grandement !
Worst public transportation app ever
As a tourist in geneva this is useless… The paper map is useless as well. Impossible to figure out where bus stops actually are. Please go to holland and learn what a public transportation app should be. I’m shocked

Why the confusing update making it harder to search for stops? And why on earth does it want access to my list of contacts? Disappointing.
Some ways better some ways worse
Better than the old version as it allows you to see if your bus is late or early in comparison with the official timetable. The old version would simply display the waiting time. The app also displays the information more reliably than the old app. However the functionality that is missing is to be able to click and see multiple connections, something that existed in the old app. Also why is it not possible to combine the tpg and tpg + apps into one app that allows you to see traffic disruptions and buy tickets. The appearance is better in the tpg app, however the functionality of the tpg+ app is better.

Useless
Terrible app. Why did TPG replace the old app with something that they clearly did not test. Trip planner now gives bizarre, illogical suggestions. Live tracking at a given stop is illegible - options don’t appear in chronological order. Terrible.
Useful but...
This app is quite useful, yet it does not use its full potential in terms of real-term information and geolocalisation. Also, it would be useful to be able to buy tickets not only for zone 10, but also for several zones.
Useless update
The update does not allow to sort by next arrival, so the order of busses is all over the place. It’s disorganized and unhelpful.

Please bring back the old working app
This app is so confusing. It doesn’t give you the information that you need when you need it. It’s not user friendly at all. It’s useless.
“Nearby” option doesn’t work 9 out of 10 times
The “nearby” option doesn’t work almost every single time I use the app. It doesn’t matter whether I’m connected to data, WiFi, or whatnot. It is a very useful option but only as long as it works!
Please put refresh back in nearby !
Why has it take so long to notice this. More effort should be spent on improving the app. It gets worse and worse every year and it should be getting better. Osée to be better a few years ago.

Please fix the bug on Nearby page
The refresh arrow is no longer there and you have to close the app and reopen to get a new lust. Very frustrating!
Unreliable
Great app, when it works... since the latest update and adding advertisements, it regularly won’t open which can leave a person longing and potentially make getting somewhere more complicated.

Does not work
I tried on two phones. Every time I get the message ‘service not available’! Have I missed something- it is useless although I reinstalled
Crashes non-stop
Crashes over and over several times before I can ever open it. Used to be ok but as time goes by it takes more and more attempts to open, and now sometimes just never opens at all. Refresh icon someone's disappears.

So slow to load the itineraries that by the time it loads it you already lost your bus and connection!

No route anymore
Have used for years. Now every time I try to use the option to plan my route, all I get is a yellow banner “No itinerary found”. I’m in the middle of Geneva. This has never happened before. Cleared history, reinstalled the app, deleted cache. Inserted only transport stops instead of addresses, allowed location services. Nothing has worked. Completely useless to me now.
Lots of annoying ads
Timed ads, sometimes with audio, just when you’re in a rush and need info. The information frequently changes unpredictably. A tram advertised to leave in 16 mins may be advertised to leave in 2 mins a couple of minutes later. It used to be much better.

This App is unstable — crashes a lot!
This was once one of the best app for accessing the Geneva public transport system. It’s Developers has become complaisant since they have a monopoly on Apps that can purchase rides on the transport system! What a pity!!
Confusing
As a tourist I found the app to be confusing because it didn't show how things worked, or give a general overview. For example, choosing a ticket was confusing.
