Activation code
Tried to register my device as the “trusted” one several times and never received the activation code. Without it I cannot use the app.
Utilisation
Simple et efficace, ci toutes les banques étaient aussi fluide dans son utilisation. Ça simplifierait vraiment la vie.

L’application très bien mais quand on change d’appareil on vous demande à plusieurs reprise appareil de confiance sachant que ceci est déjà fait je trouve ça complètement ridicule de faire une demande pour un nouveau appareil.

Ça ne va jamais. Ça plante en permanence. Si vous voulez vous taper la honte à la caisse devant une dizaine de personne qui attendent que vous payiez, utilisez l’application. On ne sait jamais pourquoi ça plante, on subit

Les CB en débit immédiat sont instantanées. Les CB en débit différé peuvent mettre 3-4 jours à apparaître. Pourquoi pas en instantané ?

App plutôt claire et bien faite mais qui pourrait nécessiter quelques améliorations. Mode paysage sur IPad serait un plus, Des informations relatives aux aux dépenses avec des graphiques serait sympas, Dépôt de chèques via l’application. Effectivement, comme dit dans un autre commentaire, les app des banques canadiennes sont très bien faites je trouve. Vous devriez vous en inspirer. Notamment celle de RBC ;)

Worst bank app user experience
Many UX design problems requiring help from my bank account rep like you can’t gain access when you setup a new phone without calling them, same issue when you setup Apple Pay for your kids. Poor UX design where you can’t take screenshots (they block it) or find a direct link in a wire transaction, you have to go back to your profile history of transactions which is cumbersome and not intuitive.
Cannot recover identifiant due to date of birth format
I am located in usa where de date of birth format is month/day/year I cannot recover my identifiant because i cannot enter my date of birth in day/month/year since my iphone is using the usa language

Not friendly for foreigners
Only supports French. I have to screen shot and translate at every step of my operation. I never had this bad experience on an app.
Wires are broken
In this version you broke the wire transfers. Sélection of a recipient to send a wire transfer to doesn’t work anymore.

This app is getting better, well done. Email section could be improved.
Changed phone number
I changed my phone number so now I can’t log into apps installed on new devices. Many foreign banks allow you to change your phone number online. LCL doesn’t—you have to manually call them. Incredible impractical.

Il faut faire un choix pour appareil de confiance soit le portable, soit l’iPad mais pas les deux! D’autre part ApplePay ne marche pas en Angleterre avec ma carte Cleo ☹️

Impossible d'enregistrer mon appareil
Je rentre mon identifiant personnel elcl Puis je rentre mon code à 6 chiffres elcl Je choisis ensuite le nom de l'appareil que je veux enregistrer Je rentre ensuite le code reçu par SMS Et on me redemande mon code (pour quelle raison? je ne sais pas...) Sauf que ça fail à cette étape là meme si je rentre le bon code. J'ai essayé le code de mon iPhone, ca fail aussi. L'app est donc inutilisable.

Service clientèle rapide et courtois
J’avais un problème avec la double identification pour faire une opération de virement. J’ai fait une demande et on m’a répondu très rapidement en me donnant la marche à suivre. C’était réglé sans perte de temps.

App très limitée
Application simple mais avec très peu de fonctionnalités. Si on compare avec des banques Canadiennes il y a un retard incroyable: pas de Touch ID ou Face ID pour se connecter, pas de dépôt de chèque en ligne, pas de virements directs par sms...
ID not being saved.
In the previous versions you could save your log in ID, this version no longer offers that option. You have to enter the ID every time you want to log on, it's rather annoying.
Super friendly!
The user interface is very friendly and easy to use! I am very impressed. The concepts follow a very similar mapping as in the website account page. I will be using this more often!

Complicated for no reason
Often actions and menu navigation seem counterintuitive. Lots of bells and whistles for no reason. Also, would have liked to have touchID rather than the silly messed up keyboard entry.

I can not speak french and I want to use english. The app has not english language although the developer said it contains french and english. I hop to use it by english. Please add the english to the app

Not That Great
This app is a far cry from the apps that have been released by Citibank and Wells Fargo in the US. For example, it does not allow one to make deposits using one's iPhone or iPad camera. In addition, the navigation through the app is rather balky and difficult. The app also does not offer an English version despite the description of the app provided by the developer.

Il manque notamment le support pour iPhone 5. Sinon l'app est très pratique, je l'utilise juste pour regarder mes comptes. Je changerai ma note dès que l'iPhone 5 sera supporté.

Doesn't work
Just installed it again after not using it for a few years. I entered my identifiant and password, and it showed my account numbers. But that's as far as I can get before the app crashes. Every time. And it can't be a cache issue because I just freshly installed it. And it doesn't remember my identifiant either, which is a random 10 digit number that I don't know by heart, so that's pretty inconvenient. A few years ago I was thinking boy, LCL is way behind compared to American Banking apps like Bank of America. It's now 2018 and it's only gotten worse.
Great so far!
Much easier to manage account through this iOS app versus the online LCL website which is a pain to navigate. Keep improving the app please, it's a great start!! Sharing with all my connections with LCL bank accounts.
