Ständige Funktionsstörungen nerven
Seit einigen Monaten meldet die Migros App immer wieder technische Schwierigkeiten: Schlechte Verbindungen, Hänger beim Wechseln innerhalb der Tabs, unterbrochene Artikel-Updates. Und das bei WLAN-Empfang. Neustarten hilft auch nicht. Gleichzeitig wirkt die App immer überladener. PS: laut Entwickler wurden die Probleme behoben, und die App funktioniert nun wieder wie gewohnt. Merci!
Umbau
Ich versteh absolut nicht was der dauernde Umbau soll. Die neue Cumulus Sektion ist nun einfach nur unübersichtlich.
Diners Club fehlt
App ist ganz gut. Schwach ist jedoch, dass man bei SubitoGo keine Diners Club hinterlegen kann!

Verpackung und Produkt Änderung
Leider fand ich diese Berpackungsänderung für mich keine gute Idee. Es irritiert mich jedes Mal beim Einkaufen… meine Lieblingsmayo M-Classic hat auch eine neue Verpackung erhalten…die alte fand ich viel schöner und die Rezeptur wurde auch verändert…bin sehr genervt. Jetzt hat es Alkoholessig drinnen.😝

Not for English speakers
This app lets you select “English “ in settings but once you try to use it, pretty much every product/ description is in German/Swiss. For those who can’t understand almost anything in German (expats like myself who are living here on very temporary basis and have no need nor time to learn German), this doesn’t work. This is the reason for 1star review. Here I’d highly recommend COOP app which is fully in English should you select that in your account settings
Freitext fehlt
Ich verwende die App täglich. Seit einem Update fehlt leider die Freitextmöglichkeit. Vorher konnte ich z.B. einfach Äpfel auf die Einkaufsliste setzen. Jetzt will mich die App zwingen das Produkt schon zu wählen. Ich möchte mich aber oft vom Angebot im Laden inspirieren lassen welche Äpfel ich dann kaufe. UPDATE nach Entwicklerantwort: Vielen Dank für die Antwort. Funktioniert tatsächlich und ich bin wieder happy.
Benutzer unfreundliches Update
Eines der benutzerunfreundlichsten Updates das ich erlebt habe. Es ist äusserst unangenehm, wenn du an der Kasse stehst und plötzlich Funktionen, die du täglich gebraucht hast, wie ‚mit App bezahlen‘, nicht mehr finden kannst.
Einkaufsliste
Wann mach die Migros es endlich möglich die Einkaufsliste im Migros App direkt. Auf die Subito Gerät zu laden. Um Einkäufe so einfacher zu machen. Dies kenn man bei Coop schon lange.

Ottima app ma SubitoGo non funziona se sei straniero
L’app funziona benissimo per vedere le offerte, fare la lista della spesa ed usare i buoni Cumulus. Sfortunatamente SubitoGo richiede l’uso del Wi-Fi Migros, che non accetta, per la registrazione, numeri di telefonini che non siano svizzeri o dei paesi confinanti. Risultato: SubitoGo non si può usare se si viene, per esempio, dal Regno Unito

Best shopping app ever
This app is so easy to use compared to all the other supermarket apps I’be downloaded. It’s practical and user friendly and helps me shop effectively and efficiently. I just love it! It’s actually made me start going to Migros more than other supermarkets just because of how easy it is to use the SubitoGo. Thank you to all who were behind the idea for this app and developed it so well.

Lists and app
I wish that the Migros app is all in one instead of having to have two apps. I am always opening the wrong app whenever I have to show my card or when I am trying to shop. I like that it saves the shopping lists for an easier recall and it is also cool that the things I shopped for are remembered by the app so it makes online shopping a breeze. What I also love about shopping online is the ability to return the shopping bags. However, I am disappointed at how much plastic bags they bring with deliveries.
Laggy
Scrolling and transitions across the app are very laggy (iPhone 17 Pro)!

Si il est vrai que cela ne fonctionnait que si nous avions lancé l’application sur le téléphone, le passage sur la montre méritait d’être amélioré; si en enlevant la connexion à la montre est une amélioration… Laissez moi douter. L’application Coop le permet sans difficulté. Le développeur me dit que l’on peut intégrer la carte sur Wallet, c’est mieux que rien, je remonte ma note de 3 étoiles, wallet est désagréable quand vous voulez payer avec la montre; il y a trop de manipulations.

Personal ohne Maske
Am Samstag vor Pfingsten war ich in der Meiringer Migrosfiliale einkaufen. Da fiel mir eine junge Mitarbeiterin auf, die ein Visier, anstatt Maske trägt. Diese sind als nutzlos erwiesen, aber noch schlimmer ist es, dass sie diese anwinkelte, um besser in ihre Hand husten zu können! Ich fühlte mich als Kundin nicht geschützt und bin erstaunt, dass die Meiringer Migros die Schutzmassnahmen auf die leichte Schulter nimmt.

I like the app however two points to improve is that not all coupons as the Migrol one can be seen therein. And the list of most bought products should be shareable with LeShop.
You have a complaint and you get no aswer to big to Fail?
They are really strange if you have a complaint nobody answers and you don't get anything back! They video you in the store to analyze and use all your info for there advantage but if you have a problem they just pass it on to other departments and never answer! To bad this Genossenschaft is to big for its on good and not there for the People!

What happened to the coupons
It appears that since mid March, Migros is being stingy with their 2x and 3x coupons, directly impacting the Blue Coupon payout. That’s disheartening. Perhaps Coop will want my business and reward me better.

How do I download the English version. The comments state the app supports 4 languages including English. App looks awesome just hard to translate on the fly.
Sorry- I have limited German
I shop in Migros all the time and really try to not shop in coopZ But I have no idea how to work the coupon system in the app in German as there is just so much information and I feel I’m probably missing out on so much as it’s so complicated for a non German speaker. Also, if you had all the good brands I would NEVER shop in coop, but you force me too as you don’t stock major brands that they have.
Registration is moronic
App is helpful, but why on earth do we have to go through so many security layers to connect our cumulus card to the app? Ridiculous. This is a grocery store points card and not a bank account.

Upgrade wiped out my information
I upgraded the app on 20. March, 2017. Tried to use it today and all of my info was gone. Have to set up the app as if I never used it before. It is not accepting my password and the password recovery functions are not working.

Gute App, aber Teil für die Apple Watch könnte besser sein.
Die App ist super, aber leider wird auf der Apple Watch nicht der Migros Cumulus Code angezeigt. So klappt es beim einkaufen leider immer noch nicht ohne den Griff zum Portmonee.
Needs to display QR code on watch.
Needs to open on watch directly displaying QR code. Also needs to integrate into wallet and ApplePay.
