Slow
The main job of this app is to display the Supercard code. The one metric that should matter is the time between launch and QR code displayed. In fact the code should be in the splash screen.

Upgrade should be optional
It is pretty stupid when you are standing in the store and ready to scan you card in the line you suddenly have to upgrade which takes more than 2 mins. Most apps have an option to upgrade later. Would be appreciated

The coop fidelity card is a must have!! We have benefited so much from shopping with coop and earning points as well as following deals on it’s app

Love the Supercard program but it would be great to offer English as an option in the app similar to the Coop app

Wenn ich zum Bezug des Scanners die Supercard (QR Code) hinhalte, dauert es eine gefühlte Ewigkeit, bis der QR erscheint. Bis der QR erkannt wird, ebenfalls sehr lange Nachtrag: Seit dem letzten update deutlich schneller, nun ok!
Modern…isiert?
In den neusten Update Notes steht „modernisiert“. Ob dieser Begriff für das Gebastel der drei Coop-Apps passt, welche man mit etwas Knowhow auch in einer vereinen könnt. Und wenn An schon dabei ist, dann gleich vielleicht auch die Login-Methode des Passabene auf den Stand der Zeit bringen! Im Prinzip alles so wie bei der Migros-App.
English version please
I don’t even know what are all the benefits I could have access to as the English version isn’t available… such a pity considering how easy it would be to get the content translated nowadays.

Widget on Apple Watch
Judging by the availability of a widget on iOS it would be great if we could get a widget on Apple Watch specially with the new WatchOS. Would be very easy to access the app.

Language issues
Up until a recent update I was able to set the language and although English was not an option I was able to select French but it seems that the language is now tied to the language set on my phone and defaults to German when English is the phones language ….. it would be great to get English as an option but I would settle for simply being able to choose French as I once was

Very badly done
I spent countless hours to switch the language but it doesn’t work .. finally I went to coop help fest and all they offered was it my fault it’s in German as my phone language is English !! I mean really???
Good, but language fix needed
I like the Supercard and the app, but in a recent update the app has now defaulted to German and I can’t find any way to change it back to French

Loss of useful functionality in the latest version
Latest version silently dropped support for Apple Watch (no more barcode on the watch) and iOS widgets. The only way to access the Supercard barcode now is by opening the app and going to the “cards” tab.

Would be nice if u added English. Otherwise a great app!
Updating app logs user out
Why does the app log me out after updating it ? I have not encountered this with other app updates. Trying to log in multiple times but and captcha photos are so annoying

As other reviews have mentioned, it’s easy to add another language as you’ve already got it multilingual. Please add English, otherwise great app.

The app works well, and support 3 of Switzerland's 4 languages. It does not support Romansch, and does not support English. English is supported in the COOP app, and in store at checkout. Make the app less useful. Also, no widget for the Supercard.
Change language
For everyone having trouble with the language: At the bottom right go to “Mehr”, then to “Einstellungen”. There you can switch to French or Italian. I enjoy the app and the discounts a lot. I especially like being able to have all my cards on there.
Log in
It took 2 days and 12 attempts to create my account. The bike/car/bus photos are extremely difficult (just part of a bike tire? Hand brake? part of a fender) multiple codes entered correctly and still failed. Even the store manger employee familiar with the app gave up!
PLEASE add English
The app works pretty well but please, please, please create an English version. Just a little coding and translation and boom!!! You’ll have created a whole load of loyalty with the ex-pat community. It’s a no brainer...
Recent update language problems
I normally use the app in French, but after a recent update it has changed to German, despite all my settings and preferences being in French still. This is very frustrating and means I can’t use it properly

Was für eine unbrauchbare Müll App. Loggt einen dauernd ungefragt aus. Wenn man dann einloggt muss man 27 Captchas ausfüllen, selbst wenn das Passwort nicht stimmt. Und weshalb braucht es überhaupt 2 verschiedene Apps für die Coop Aktionen und die Supercard?

The App just stopped working. All I see is a blank page. Tried to reinstall but still the same.

Why a Coop app, a Supercard app, a Passabene app ? It would be a better experience for the customer and easier to maintain....

No way to change language setting
Entirely useless to me until it becomes possible to change language setting from German to French. (German dominance of websites etc is always a problem for those of us in Swiss Romande, but I did not expect it of a big company like Coop!). The instructions on how to change the language under settings don’t work, instead it takes you to the phone app settings (as noted in previous developer reply); but for me at least, these do not language as an option. (I tried turning on location services, but it made no difference.) Frustrating

COOP encourages downloading the app but cannot see how to do so in French? I do not speak German at all...

Je passe sur la question du langage qui est particulièrement agaçante dans un pays aux quatre langues officielles mais depuis quelques semaines, malgré une réinstallation de l’application, les points de s’accumulent plus et je ne peux plus transférer mes points en carte cadeau. Bref, une application qui ne sert pas à grand-chose en soi.
On Watch is better than Migros but Slow. Please integrate into wallet.
It's nicer than Migros (which doesn't offer barcode on watch.) Even w/ watchOS 3.1 it still takes ages to open. Wish were integrated into wallet/ApplePay. I hate having to separately activate both flash barcode and credit card. 03May15, 11Nov16: App asked me to rate it, so here I am again! Same comments/ requests/ rating reduced from 3 to 2 for issues not being resolved.

It's a pretty good app, and I always check the current "bons" before I do my shopping. However, the most useful element of the app, the ability to sort by expiry date of the "bons" was removed with the update from early October. PLEASE bring it back - it was so useful!
