Bonjour, Serait-il possible de fusionner toutes les applications Coop (Passabene et Supercard) avec Supermarchés Coop ? Migros l'a fait et c'est super pratique. Sinon, j'aimerais pouvoir sélectionner du texte pour pouvoir le copier, coller et/ou traduire au besoin. Beaucoup d'avis sur les produits sont en allemand et c'est pénible de devoir faire une capture d'écran pour avoir enfin les options énumérées ci-dessus. Merci d'avance d'y réfléchir. Bonne continuation.
Sortierung mangelhaft
Als regelmässiger Onlinekunde bin ich von den Neuerungen schwer enttäuscht. Es macht das Einkaufen wesentlich komplizierter und zeitintensiver. Ich kaufe oft nach Aktionen ein. Es gäbe auch einen extra Reiter für Aktionen, doch der funktioniert seit einigen Updates nicht mehr richtig. Man kommt nicht mehr auf das jeweilige Sortiment und kann innerhalb nicht mehr sortieren. Zudem springt es immer wieder zum gesamten Sortiment zurück. Ich weiss nicht, warum das so schwer zu beheben ist. Deshalb leider nur 2 Sterne🤷🏻♀️

Es werden Liefertermine angeboten, die dann bei der Auswahl einen Fehler melden. Als wäre der Termin nie frei gewesen. Dies passiert immer wieder, natürlich habe ich es dem Support gemeldet, zwei Mal. Und keine Antwort.

Aktionen und Bons komplett unübersichtlich. Einstellungen zu Push Nachrichten werden von der App ignoriert, ich will nur den Aktionsalarm und erhalte trotzdem laufend andere Nachrichten. Beim Drücken auf eine Push Meldung kommt man nicht zum entsprechenden Content in der App

Die Migros schafft es, alle Funktionen in einer einzigen App unterzubringen. Warum Coop nicht? Zum Teil überschneiden sich Funktionen. Und öfters öffne ich zuerst die falsche App.

Gluten und Produkte ohne Kuhmilch. Dafür muss ich immer in die Migros.
Coop ist gut aber die App furchtbar
Die verschiedenen coop-Apps finde ich schon immer sehr mühsam und unübersichtlich. Ich wünschte es gäbe 1 App und dort kann man alles eifacher sehen und benutzen. Das ewige hin und her ist oft ein Grund warum ich meinen Einkaufszettel bei der Konkurrenz erstelle und dort dann einkaufe. Aber Coop selbst finde ich sehr gut.
Déçue de la Coop !
Comme déjà dit lors d’une de vos enquêtes je n’apprécie pas du tout la façon dont vos étalages sont organisés notamment en mélangeant tous les produits dits normaux avec les autres « spécialisés ? » comme sans lactose, sans gluten, végétarien. Et j’en passe ! Normal qu’après on estime que les gens préfèrent tous ces produits «écolos » quand on nous trompe sur le choix des produits. Problem!
I have been buying Coop online groceries for over four years. The last two times it does not matter what I am trying to find on the site it is stuck on the fruit category. I have completely shut down my iPad and that did not fix the problem.I can’t order anything! This is really frustrating!
Shopping list update fail
Since the new update, my shopping list refuses to load both in the app and the website. Also, now when I click the 'add to shopping list' button, I no longer have the option to select which specific shopping list. As a result, the shopping list feature is entirely unusable since the update.
Adresse IP bloquée !!!
Mon adresse IP est bloquée depuis peu dans l’application alors que j’en ai besoin car j’habite dans une region frontalière et je fais mes achats régulièrement à la Coop en Suisse. Merci de débloquer la situation!

… mit der Supercard ID für die Listen, funktioniert seit dem Update von ende Juni noch immer nicht, dafür ist die App total mit Werbung überladen und unübersichtlich
Convenient but sacrifice quality
I shop at coop online for the convenience. The app is easy to use. But the fruits and vegetables your receive can be a hit or miss. You will receive at least some items online they wouldn’t be able to sell in store. e.g. tiny mushrooms, small eggs when they should be large, sometime half rotted fruits
My COOP
Why should I go anywhere else? I know the quality I‘m getting and the service. It’s my local COOP, 2 minutes from my house. The fresh orange juice is delicious and cheap. I know almost every employee and they are all so friendly and helpful. I give COOP Via dal Bain st Moritz and Pontresina a ten!!!!!! Thank you xx
Slow, clunky, often stops working
I prefer Coop products but order more from other stores as the App is too painful to use. It’s ridiculous how bad it is given the size and profitability of Coop.
Offres de la semaine
Je n aime pas la nouvelle application sur les offres de la semaine. Elle est beaucoup moins fonctionnelle. Toutes les offres sont mélangée. Avant on jetant un seul coup d œil les offres de la semaine apparaissaient, maintenant on perd un temps fou au point ou je ne les ouvrent même plus. Quel dommage
Geschenkkarten defekt
Grundsätzlich läuft die App gut. Seit einigen Wochen sind aber die Geschenkkartenfunktionen unbrauchbar. Das hinzufügen von Geschenkkarten funktioniert nicht mehr. Extrem mühsam an. der Kasse. Wohin kann man Screenshots schicken, um den Fehler zu dokumentieren?

J’aime bien faire des achats en ligne sur le site coop mais c’est dommage que n’est pas possible d’acheter les mêmes produits en ligne qu’on achète souvent au magasin.

About shopping at coop.
I am a client of coop at a regular basis. Me and my family have to shop at coop 2/3 times a week. We go to coop city as well. Buying anything from coop is a very good experience for all of us . Sometimes, it happens; if I don’t find any products, I just ask sell’s person. I have got always nice experience in reply. Shopping at coop is like spending time happily at some beautiful place. Bien organisé et facile à utiliser
Je suis un nouvel utilisateur de l'application Coop et je la trouve très facile à utiliser. Il est intuitif et offre de nombreuses options utiles comme des listes. Il existe des applications distinctes pour Supercard et Passe Benne, mais si vous connaissez bien l'application principale, vous pouvez tout faire.
Bad service
You cannot edit your order after submitted, even with two days until the delivery day. You also must order A LOT of food before delivery is possible!

Ich war überzeugt und begeistert von Coop@home, aber von der neuen App überhaupt nicht. Ich verspüre inzwischen eine Abneigung dagegen, sie überhaupt auf zu machen. Na gut, für die Artikelbereinigung (der manche meiner Lieblinge zum Opfer gefallen sind) kann die App nichts. Aber für umständliches Bedienen, für einen nicht funktionierenden Filialfinder, für Abstürze und hinterher ist der Warenkorb wieder leer usw - dafür schon. Es gibt 2 Sterne, weil man es schaffen kann, Bestellungen abzusetzen. Aber - echt, Leute, wollt ihr eure Kunden vergraulen? Und wenn ja, warum?
Leider schlechte App
Ich bin ja Fan vom coop lieferservice aber die App raubt mir den letzten Nerv. Unübersichtlich und überhaupt nicht userfreundlich, die App crasht ständig oder lädt lange, … Ich bin selbst in der App Entwicklung unterwegs und hoffe, dass sie da noch was in peto haben. 🙏🏼
Does not synchronize data and fail sending password reset info
Would have given no star at all because cant even get to the renewed app. Have inquired but was no useful advice offered either so cant use it. Pity as I did use the older version before...
No app support for ipad
Oh dear. It’s ok. Not that much different. Unless you are elderly or have poor eyesight then you’re going to struggle as it’s iphone only. No allowance made for iPad users. (Not that the old ipad app was that good!) I guess they’re forcing all those users onto lap/desktops. Strange really, I thought modern app development was better.

Trop de temps perdu. Utilisez les catégories reste le choix de l’utilisateur si il veut affiner sa recherche. J’ai abandonné....sur iOS 14 PS. j’utilise sur une ancienne tablette une appli pour iOS 10 qui est Plus rapide avec moins de détail
