Hello Glenn, I do not have any issues with the Meditations that I’ve purchased and am enjoying them. However, please allow me to offer a suggestion that may provide your organization with increased sales :-) It would be nice to hear a small “snippet” of each meditation to determine if I would like to purchase it. That is, by offering customers, for example, a 30-second (or longer) sample, more folks may be inclined to buy the full version. Another idea that may be useful is to offer the user the ability to mute the background music so we can concentrate on your soothing voice…just a thought! James Kadlec, Devoted user of your products for a number of years!
Nice hypnosis, terrible app
The hypnosis itself is good, and works well, but the app is so rubbish I hardly use it. Each time I open it I have to restore all my purchases and download the session I want to use, which takes FOREVER! Sort it out please!
Please stop saying "when you wake up" at the end of each sleep meditation
By saying "when you wake up" at the end of each sleep meditation it brings me immediately wide awake. Why?? Theres no reason to say that. Very disappointed

Doesn’t Translate into Sleep
Sadly none of Glenn’s sleep or relaxations apps work for me. I have horrible sleep problems and have tried everything. The funny thing is I think Glenn has a very lovely and relaxing voice but it doesn’t translate into sleep. I have tried numerous apps related to sleep and Glenn Harrold was the only one I could tolerate. This is why I am so sad it doesn’t help me fall asleep. I own practically every one of Glenn’s apps relating to sleep and relaxation and none of them work.

Always makes me fall into a deep sleep. The best hypnosis app on the App Store. I have bought a few of GH now and they all work really well. He has the perfect balance between speaking and music.

No longer loading
Had the app for years and made purchases on the app now it won’t open. I’ve deleted it then reinstalled and nothing works. Used to listen to this all the time. Makes me really sad it’s not working anymore cans I’ve lost my purchases.

Flight mode please!
Excellent relaxation but doesn't work in flight mode. I've been trough out my trance a couple of times from phone calls. Now it doesn't work for me anymore. Can't find the rest with this risk hanging over my head :(

Wish there was an alarm function
Love falling asleep to Glen, but I wish there was an alarm function so I could wake up to an anti anxiety or happiness meditation. I feel like there was at one time an alarm and then an update took it away?? If there was, there would be 5 stars.
Not a sleep aid!
I like Glenn Harold, I own some of his other sessions on CD, so I was hoping this would help with my insomnia. Nope, I'm wide awake now as I was instructed to be at the end of the recording! Positive suggestions are lovely but not why I downloaded this, I was looking for a sleep aid. Misleading, will delete.

GREAT App!
This is a great app! I love that you don’t need to buy a subscription, but rather purchase individual sessions. Prices are extremely reasonable and they are yours for life - no renewal fees. You can choose sessions that are “sleep ending” for nighttime listening which never fail to leave me in a deep, relaxed sleep or “awake ending” which I use in the morning to start my day off alert and motivated to start the day. Sessions range from a 5 minute motivational “kick start” to 50-60 minute issue-focused session on everything from anxiety to pain management to inner trauma. The Playlist option allows you to mix and match sessions seamlessly and you can even purchase the “music only” to add to your favourite sessions for an extended nap after sleep-ending sessions. There are so many sessions to choose from, it is hard to choose. I would find it helpful if there were a 60 second “sample” to listen to before purchasing. I’d also like to see an “edit” option in Playlists so that I can rename or delete playlists that I’ve created.

Have tried apps in the past that so work. This did relax me but did not help me to fall asleep, which was the whole reason I tried it. I got to the end of the recording awake.

This app is amazing! It has helped me fall asleep so many times. I never pay for anything, but I did add the full version of the sleep one and it is worth this so little money it asked for. I have also shared this with many people and they all thank me so much for sharing.

So much more than sleep
I love this app. The free versions are amazing. And a few purchases changed my life. I love the echoing of the positive affirmations. It’s not five because I would really like the option to drift off at the end or not. The addiction one is with an awake and alert ending, I’d prefer to drift off.

The voice was too scary to listen to, I couldn't relax.
Good hypnosis, but
For me this hypnosis works perfectly, however the app doesn't work properly. After a week of listening to it, the recording began to pause itself, causing frustration instead of relaxation.
Pain Management
I work in Pain management and this app was actually recommended to me by a patient. I have been using it since 2019 and I’ve recommended it to all of my patients. I also use it when ad ministry ketamine infusion for chronic pain. Highly recommended.
Useless
Wakes you up after 27 mins of hypnotic relaxation. Not useful for a good nights sleep.
Suggestion
I’ve been using this app for a long time and there are many things I love about it. However since the layout changed I can no longer read the titles of the meditations - the writing is so tiny and I generally don’t wear my reading glasses to bed. This unfortunately means I don’t bother and end up listening to something else instead. Please go back to a design that makes it easy to see what you’re clicking on. Thank you.

I found this app great to relax me before bed but for some reason the app stopped playing? I've deleted it and installed again, I've powered the iPhone off and on and it still will not play? Pity!

Using this since 2012
Update: 2026 and still using it! Purchased the EMDR, love it. I hardly can make it through, without falling asleep probably around a 95% rate. I have to really be struggling with something if I don’t. So calming. Been dealing with a lot of trauma over the last few years and this helps calm my mind so I can get good rest. Highly recommend.
Relax and sleep well
Considering the title, I used it one night to assist my sleep so I was horrified after 27 mins of deep hypnotic relaxation to hear voice tell me to open my eyes and that I would be fully awake and refreshed. What a daft negative hypnotic suggestion to make when you expect it to say the opposite. Needles to say I couldn't sleep after that.
Deeply relaxing
I didn't fall asleep immediately, but was relaxed deeply after listening and sleep did come after another 20 million mins or so.
