What people like

What they complain about

- Navigation logic is frustrating and confusing
- Support team cannot help with issues
My favourite app
Regardless of the bad reviews this is always the app I end up sticking to, you DO win on this app you just have to consistantly play and regardless of a win or not it’s a fun app to play on, lots of games to play, easy to navigate - I absolutely love Mecca. The only downside is on the bingo games you can see a reacquiring pattern of the same winners, I’ve been a regular player on this app for 10+ years and there 100% is a same winner pattern, none the less you will eventually get a win, just make sure you’re setting your restrictions and not over spending - as it is addictive. But again - out of all the bingo/slot apps I’ve tried I always stick to this one!
Nightmare to set up
Does not let you scroll and access camera.
Notabot
I actually know someone who won a large amount on this , thought I would give it a go , I have won £1k in the past and could withdraw it ,I was surprised tbh when I did ,been playing a while always win small amounts here and there , it’s 50/50 chance like everything else ,it’s all for abit of fun
Unstable App - server errors
So frustrating, Please sort put this major friction point when you have navigated from the Bingo Lobby, to view a game to add tickets etc from that page then click the back chevron button, why the hell does that take you right out of the bingo lobby, to main bingo page, only having to constantly go back clicking having to click the bingo lobby link again, especially I have 3 games on the go, and want to see how they are progressing .., also sever errors have been having intermittently over well over a year now in the middle of a slots game, the amount of times I refreshed from the sever error , it defaults back to £1 per spin, been stung by that a number of times.., sorry if I seem moaning, please sort this out , thanks
App to credit club membership card
I would appreciate the option to credit my club membership card with money using the Mecca app and Mecca Max board, which would make it easier to buy books on Mecca Max. Other bingo brands offer this as standard.
Not working
It’s not working
Great job
I disagree with some people: a scam. You have to be in it to win it a couple of weeks ago I won 265 last night I won 377 it does freeze sometimes but places u back in the game I’m very happy with my overall experience on this app many thanks Mecca
Unplayable
App was ok until they did a update now it’s unplayable it keeps saying lost connection I’m offline when I’m not
Teach your app it’s place!
Why does your app think it gets audio priority over my music app!?
RTP is false
Non stop £2-£3 wins max which they eventually give once your low on funds even though I’m betting £1 or more bets at a time constant server errors but take my deposit just fine. scam company stay well clear shouldn’t be allowed to trade I am actually confused on how the rating is 4 when me plus multiple others basically the whole customer base experience the same fraud from this criminal company
Laggy and slow connection
Very laggy in games and loading the app also looses connection to internet a lot
Connection Error
Have tried downloading the app several times in the past to be constantly informed of connection error, tried again today as the Mecca app I use to see what’s on in the club is soon to be retired only to find nothing has changed, have tried reinstalling, restarting my phone all to no avail, absolute waste of space
Terrible
No help with the support hub. Can’t access my account. New app REQUIRES a log in and support can’t help so no club bingo either!
Location
Not impressed as it needs your location to access the app the old app never needed it so why does this one?
Avoid! Awful Scam
Tried this one as done all the others, spent £300 on Diamond mine, just ate it, had 1 bonus round at £1 spins and gave me 90p. By far the worst Gaming site I’ve played ever! Avoid
Glitching
Was told to download the new app, so I did and it doesn’t even work. You can’t click on membership card or any other tabs. Just constantly jumps. I’ve given up and removed the app.
New app
This is all about online gambling - lost all functions that includes ordering food / drink from table - what’s coming on at club - prices / times etc Will NOT use new app
New Mecca app not good
I hv self excluded from the Mecca online so can’t log onto the account now
