As the last person said there are just so many ads you spend more time trying to get off them than playing the game. Would prefer to buy it with no ads as a great game

Good game but…….
This is a fun game but there are way too many adds. I am usually ok with the odd add during the game but this is ridiculous. You have to watch an add after every level, another to unlock gems and it only give you one at a time, adds to double coins which you need, adds adds and more adds.
Could’ve been addicting
There are literally so many bugs and adverts tell me about it playing the game and suddenly he load the game tomorrow and then it’s like oh sound is gone yeah and the amount of adverts and the time watching them is like someone forcing you to follow the law but in this case it’s following the advert
Love it
This game feels just like the programme. My mum and I have only played it for a little bit but we plan to play this game again! Would recommend if you are ever bored or if you want a good game to play with your family or friends.

Good But One Serious Issue
Fun to play casually but once you reach the top 3 divisions on the league it has an absolutely insane cheater/bot count rigging the standings with impossible coin counts in impossible amounts of time. Also encourages pay to win on the shop. But overall, fun enough.
Too many ads spoiling it
Loved the game until ads are constantly playing for a few minutes spoiling the game, you play one game and get a long ad, I tried to turn off internet because its downloaded but then you can’t play. Such a shame uninstalled now
Annoying Ads
I really enjoy this game but the amount of ads are spoiling it. AMAZON, PELSBARN, and many more take over the game. As I wait until the time is up it automatically takes me straight into Amazon or PELSBARN and also with one or two others. As I go out and press X it takes me straight back into these annoying ads and this can take, I’ve counted them, to about 7-10 times. If it continues I’m sadly going to have to get rid of the app

Too many ads
So many ands, they are long and sometimes interactive. VERY annoying. Makes me not even want to play.
Adverts are annoying
Used to love this app. Hardly play it now because the ads have taken over. They are the tricky kind which trap you into clicking the cross to close it which then opens whatever is advertising (usually temu). Ruined the whole thing.

Rubbish app
Keep getting 4 letter word when u wanna carry on get ad Everytime and no x to clear it god knows how long you have to sit and wait for ad to finish but gets boring waiting and I leave so can’t progress on to 5 letters. If you have a boring life you might enjoy it. Needs sorting out could be a great app😖😖

This is a great app to help exercise your brain. It’s a really fun and addictive game. I gave it 4 stars because the ads are very obnoxious.

Does Lingo use employees to drive up the leagues?
I like Lingo and play it almost every day. Because of this I noticed that the weekly leagues are almost always led by someone whose performance is impossible without using free letters on the first line every time. For instance, just this week, one of the players has guessed correctly on the first line over 250 times. That means without making a guess and using deduction (like the game is intended for), they are buying free letters to figure out the word and have been doing this for 4 or 5 weeks straight. Just seems like this is someone who probably works for the company. Makes me feel like it’s not worth playing.
The ads are ridiculously LONG!
I really like this app, however the ads are LONG (sometimes up to 2 minutes) and pop up VERY OFTEN! There is a limit of how far you can go in the game, then after that, it’s just “wash and repeat”.
Bugs?
I’ve had the app for 3 days now and really enjoy playing. However, trust the game really started acting up. It froze on a steak of 4 and kept returning to it, not adding points earned or increasing bingos. It kept returning to 4. Then, after restarting the ads froze, so I had to close the app and restart it. Then the 3rd guess of my next wires froze and wouldn’t let me input a guess. I closed the app and came to write this review.

Basically this App does not work. It might work for a while then it comes up with some new thing that will not work. The TV programme is great, the App is a disgrace.

Good game overall. I’m not one to usually complain about ads, I know the deal. But after every other 4 letter word there’s 2 ads, we’re not talking a few seconds, we’re talking full blown infamous Royal Match 1 minute long advert to then press off for another 10 second part to press off again to go to App Store to then have to cross off again. Shame there’s no one time only no add option instead of the money grabbing monthly subscription. No one should have to pay £4 a month just to not have ads

Lingo is a fun word game and always will be. It can be a bit hard sometimes but who doesn’t like a challenge!

**Edit** Tried again hoping had improved. Worse now as no way to get out of Ads once playing. Started free trial VIP and still got tricked into watching an Ad there was no way out of. Horrendous game that could be good. Back to Royal Match for me!!!! Downloaded, played for 10 mins, watched more ads than games played. Deleted!!

I love this game, watched the show as a kid, play hurdles in YouTube. But this… there’s WAY too many ads, that last WAY too long. Also every time you pick a letter that’s not correct it should disappear from the keyboard making it easier to see what you’ve already used. I may not play much longer though because I can’t stand the ads. Ads just makes me not want to even check out what the ad is for. It’s annoying. Annoying isn’t good marketing.

Doubling up stopped working
I was enjoying the game until last week when the doubling up feature stopped working and despite emailing you for help/explanation I have had no reply. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, cleared cache, updated the app yet still it's not working. I'm really disappointed because I was enjoying it. A reply/suggestion/help would be appreciated
