Good site
Withdrawal horrendous
I won £4700 on Sunday. Amazing win. Problem is it’s now Thursday I haven’t received my winnings yet and it’s not even been approved on the app so could be days yet. Asked CS who said it would be approved within 1-2 days now I’m being asked for proof of identity. Any other app the money would’ve been with me same day!
Bright2020
I think this app is a good app because they gave you good free things on a daily basis plus on your birthdays and things they also gift you ? I’ve played a lot of slots and bingo on other known bingo apps and they don’t gift you on your birthday like these do? And the bigger ones like Virgin bets and stuff get a lot more money then these sort of apps yet these don’t forget you? To me that’s a fantastic thing because it’s loyalty to there customers? Not won big yet on here but it will happen whenever you get that lucky day? So for this app is a thumbs up keep up the good work WINK BINGO thanks ...... plus I will say I think there should be more free spins on the app tho over Xmas lol ...just a quick update I’m not getting anything now like free spins and stuff so unfortunately I’ve deleted the app as I was logging in Everyday to check promotions and stuff and for 2 weeks I got nothing so it’s been deleted the app.. not your felt or anything but I wasn’t getting anything back to be fair so sorry
rip off
wont let me play most games won 40 pounds and wont let me withdraw not the best
Wink
I am trying to get on this app and it is just showing a white background
Good Fun!
Wink Bingo is a fun app. Unlike other sites it’s very professional and very enjoyable.
Avoid this sites they take your money and blocked you.
After I lose over 1k they decided to block my account.then I ask for withdraw just over £100 they say I need to sent the documents i withdraw many times before never ask for a document.they say they won’t pay me until I sent all the documents they request.if you don’t want to pay me just over £100.
Very Confusing Bonus
I thought I’d give it a try and deposited so I could get the bonuses for the bingo and slots I kept getting offered and I didn’t know that when you were playing the “real money” was used first not a problem I thought I’d just use it and then use the bonuses afterwards or so I thought well I thought wrongly I couldn’t play any of the bingo games as I don’t have “real money” in my account so I tried to play the slots and low and behold it says on some of them I need “real money” I cannot see anything anywhere to say what games I can play with the bonuses such a shame as the rewards shop looks decent enough. I’ll have to see whether I stick with it.
Keeps kicking you out
You get kicked out the app a lot and have to keep signing back in. It freezes a lot
Good payouts
Good chances at games good pay out
doesnt work
the app doesnt work it wont load at all
New design not working
Don’t like the way the new app don’t remember any of your log in details also while playing games it comes up saying cannot connect to server nit a happy player
Good site, crap withdrawal.
It’s a good site won a few times, but the withdrawal process is out dated. 4-7 days, In comparison to other sites, which give you winnings into your ban with in 4 hours sometimes instantly, it’s rubbish. when I win I want my winnings there and then, not in several days. I think others will agree. Iv been waiting for winnings to be approved for Over 48 hours now.
Bingo App
Great bingo app 😀
Scam**
Downloaded the app after seeing the £10 play £50 offer and once I made an account and went to deposit money they offer is nowhere to be seen! Can’t get through to customer services. Alll the reviews seem to say the same thing. Seems like a scam to me. I will not be depositing money and would like to let others know this app seems to have a LOT of problems with people not getting there winnings or not getting the right amount! Stay away from this app it doesn’t seem reliable.
Server
Cannot get through at least two games without getting server error notice you have to come out of the app. Also doesn’t help that it doesn’t remember your log in details
.
I have to agree with suztiwin I also have the same problem
Great site
Tha site is great fun love it
Awful customer service and app
I deposited £10 and had no idea how the app worked so asked customer service. No answer. Tried some of the free promotions to see if I could work out all the games. In the end asked for my deposit back and said had to email wink. They closed my account as requested then took £10 out of my account 2 days after they blocked my account. I have tried to get my money back and no one is responding. Terrible service.
Brilliant
The best bingo site I’ve ever been on
Don’t download!!!
You won’t get past the registration, there’s literally no point in downloading because when you try to register it won’t let you go any further when your choosing your username. Such a crap app. It’s not worth the bother!!
Good
Very good g
Games rubish
The game I’m playing keeps crashing
Not winning yet but I won’t give up
Let’s do it
Avoid and use another site
Adverting deposit £10 and get £50 and 50 free spins, deposited but didn’t get my bonus, contacted customer service and was told offer not available to ni customers and should have read the fine print and disconnected the call. If NI customers cannot play on site don’t take their money,
Rubbish
I just downloaded it uploaded my proof of age ext every time I came of app I’d have to sigh back in and re do my proofs ago after 3 times deleted app
Rip off
Will not play again
