Since 2013 to 2026 13 good years, I was 10 years old on my dads pc desktop I found you when I first created a Facebook on December Christmas Eve I saw graal and started playing I got addicted and ever since I been playing but I think it’s time to say farewell my good friend the memories you brought to my life I wish I can re live them all over again this 2015-2018 was peak and I will never forget you graal ❤️
Corrupt admins
Admins are corrupt, and unfair if you’re a new player don’t even bother grinding, admins have their favorites for some reason and have ruined the game, if they don’t like you they’ll target you.
Great, but there is one bug/glitch.
It’s good to be back at Graal era, since 2016 I started playing Graal era, and I enjoyed a lot. Then now I see that there are some changes on the game which is great, but there is one problem. Because when I chat with other people on the starter location, my chat/speech/talk bubble doesn’t show up, but when I exit the starter location my chat/speech/text bubble shows up. Please fix this glitch/bug, thank you.
The update has been horrible
I have been playing this game for 13 years, but I never seen this drop of graphics so bad in my iPad. It’s so crusty like old computer like graphics every time my character moves it shifts lag and it looks messy like waves. It’s the update is not really good for iPad it feels cheap very cheap and also can I say something even the icon looks blurry here just letting you guys know.
Fun to talk buttt
I enjoy having conversations, making friends and all but the lag is awful, I’m currently stuck on the main screen because it won’t allow me to get in… I’ve tried on iPad and iPhone but it isn’t working. I’m so sad this game has gotten worse.
14 years of gameplay (a core memory for life)
More than $3,000 spent on a free mobile game that practically raised me. Aging platform that struggles to adapt
The game used to have some weight to it around a decade ago.. really solid gameplay and mechanics. They’ve built around this pretty well. Game does not have anti-cheat engine. It is rampant. They also have a large issue with black market/USD that has caused hyper-inflation in the player economy. Development has been rolled back for large-scale projects/holidays and the last one they hosted caused the server to lag for 4-5 months. They’ve made efforts to make it player-friendly and the dev team has done minor quality-of-life changes. Their upper management is not great and there’s no clear line of succession. Maybe AI fixes their coding issues and other things but it can’t fix many other issues that have been long-standing. Only now are they fixing them because players have started to leave.

Banned after years of support
It was a fun run but the reviews are right the game is run by a bunch of tyrants banned half of their returning player base the man imask genuinely needs to go as well he’s about as corrupt as corrupt gets

Needs revamped
I put in many hours into this game, starting around early teenage years. I would come back occasionally after my first quit to try to make new friends & memories. The game needs a complete overhaul though. Jobs are feeling like in real life jobs. And getting items is like purchasing things in real life, where it seems nearly impossible to get. I don’t want a game to feel as difficult as buying a house in real life. And the staff members need to be harsher on hacking/macro punishments. Every single day I see multiple cheaters exploiting ways to make themselves more profitable using these hacks. And you may see players get jailed, but then they’ll be right back. Either they need to issue month long bans, or start IP banning. Obviously if the staff has solid evidence. Besides those issues, the map is so big. Whoever is in charge of events can be more creative. There’s a ton of potential to make this game so much fun. Why waste what you have instead of making it the best of what you have?

Corrupted system
This game has a serious abuse of power problem. The admins are corrupt and don’t enforce the rules fairly. Instead of treating everyone equally, they’re taking payments to give certain players items and limiteds, which completely ruins the game’s economy and makes it unfair for everyone else. On top of that, the admins don’t even follow their own rules. Regular players get punished for things that admins or their friends get away with. It’s disappointing to see favoritism, corruption, and double standards instead of proper moderation. I wouldn’t recommend playing here unless the staff starts holding themselves accountable.
I can’t tap in players profile
Yes I can’t. But when I look at Pm history or, search player and if I see the people In a gang, I am able to check there profile. But I’m game players when I tap on them it doesn’t work. My graal ID: 5024781

The servers are pure trash it keeps saying I can’t open the game I need this games servers to be fixed soon this game has been out for years now this shouldn’t be a problem

I haven’t played for a day now because of connection error even there’s no internet problem (my other phone works but my main acc is in this phone)

Sinceramente, o jogo é bom e tem um potencial interessante, eu jogo desde 2014... mas tem algo que eu não tinha reparado por não fazer muita questão, mas atualmente I jogo tem um grande problema em relação a vantagem que os estado-unidense tem em relação aos gringos simplesmente por conta do vpn, se isso pudesse ser resolvido de X maneira a jogabilidade seria muito melhor e não haveria uma vantagem no PK ou Spar apenas por conta de seu VPN

The game is ruined
Bro idk what you developers have done but the game is nearly unplayable for mobile. The lag is consistently 2-3 times and worse than usual. A friend said it all started around November 2025. It’s delay ALL of the time now. My ping was consistently 30-50’s now it’s 200-2000 ping. Now the latest problem is, now I can’t even enter the game! It just shows the logo and stays like that. It’s getting worse and worse and not being addressed. It isn’t a good sign when the staff leave a message basically saying they don’t even know why or what the cause of all of this lag is. The player count dropped a lot because of it too went from 1k players to consistently around 700 now. And because of the latest issue it’s been down to 300’s(only cause many players just can’t get into the game. Stuck at the logo screen)
Screen freeze
The game itself is pretty nice and it has a nice concept. But screen freezes every 5-10 minutes of gameplay. I played other games but it only occurs when I play this game. Please fix the game it’s so consistent in screen freezing. Also fix the server lag. Thank you very much.
Jail Time Glitch
When i was jailed the times was 8 Hours and in the real time in our Country is Quebec after 8 hour it still said 8 Hours, 34 minutes and 30 Seconds i think the game time is In america

i first got this in 2014, it was still good. Now they removed FB ec, Free ec. admins got worse. laggy even tho there's few players now. Updates make the game worse. And it wont open every once in a while. Guns got nerfed. I only play this now cuz of people :/

Don’t trust anyone
I love this game and have played since 2014, today I got scammed out of my account, they have some new scam going around saying that graal is giving out 5 free ec and 20,000 gralats, I thought I was giving graal online access to my account, turns out it was someone else using graal info as a front to gain information, and then support is slow when it comes to matters like this, they barely want to help, so to all players old and new, don’t trust anyone period!
There’s no effort to fixing the severs
The servers on iOS and android are at an all time worst, and the game owners/developers are making no real effort into fixing it. You will not enjoy this game I can promise you that.

Bugs and terrible servers
Who ever is managing the game is doing a poor job fixing the bugs/servers. The server lag has not been fixed since November and seems like no one is doing their job fixing it. Always to be having some type of excuse of not getting it fixed on time and no accountability

I would say that it would be good like that because it so happens there's a contest happening,but I'm going to be honest with everyone here,Era was like my only friend when I was 11 when I started this,now I'm 19,It goes to show some really enjoys this game,but some doesn't considering there was major problems that occured,Zelta Graal (former name of Graal Era) was once enjoyable game,but I'm still disappointed considering about the guns are expensive forcing players to buy iTunes,but no I work for it,in my other account,but I DO NOT boast them even tho they're freakishly expensive and only rich kids can buy them automatically.
