Cannot log in from another country
I am AIS user and i study in other countries, they don’t allow me to log in from other countries, if i use vpn, dont allow me to log in . No VPN , there is an error. It should be fixed

Why does this application constantly require more storage? I seldom use the application and is now consuming nearly 600mb. Way too much storage being used.

New update not working
For about a week the Ais app just gets stuck at the welcome page and you can choose a language but nothing else can be done. The app does not open to login or my info or nothing.

App in itself stutters and doesn’t operate smoothly but the icing on the cake is that including the extra documents and data that the app downloads, it ends up making this app take up around 700mb when all I do is open it to pay a bill.

Long standing customer of 3BB but all its online assistance appears to have migrated to AIS via this very ordinary and disappointing app. It simply does not work. I was trying to report and seek assistance with a home broadband issue - this used to be easy with the 3BB app - but every time you tried to report an issue it defaulted to the app’s Chat Bot which did not work and even if you changed the language to English provided messages in Thai. Eventually managed to get a form to be submitted to its Call Centre but it was entirely geared to a mobile phone fault when the issue was with a 3BB home internet package. Very frustrating and disappointing.

It kept saying that it can’t open the app due to my vpn, which is a bad reason even if I was using the vpn. Even after shutting down the vpn, the app doesn’t open due to ‘the vpn”. This is driving me crazy!

There are switches in the app that supposedly allow you to disable annoying SMSs from AIS. They will reset to the “on” position, and AIS will continue to spam you.

they are quick to take your money, but provide no service
THIS APP IS TERRIBLE I absolutely hate it. It's extremely complicated to use and confusing on purpose so you buy more. Today I topped up my internet sim, 500 baht and it immediately sucked the money out of the account. they didn't provide the service after taking my money. Ask Aunjai is an absolute joke and doesn't help at all, it just redirects you to support email. I've sent a report email and they say it will take 3 hours for them to respond, that's 3 hours of internet that you owe me. Terrible Service, I absolutely HATE AIS and I will never choose them again in the future. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK OR PROVIDE THE SERVICE I PAID FOR!!!

The app is a one stop shop to get everything accomplished from topping up to checking usage to upgrading or using promo features. I find it more useful than similar service provider apps in USA
Terrible
Endless marketing text messages with no way to turn them off in the app (I blocked them and reported as spam). If there is a way to do it, I wouldn’t know because there’s no option to change the language to English. Twice I’ve topped up and my ฿500 just disappeared. I bought the NFL Package but they don’t tell you until you try to access it that their app doesn’t work on iPhones or LG Smart TVs (and they don’t refund - scammers). Absolute garbage of an app and a company with no regard for user experience.

Simplify
I wish there was an option to make the website or app in different languages like many Thai websites. My Mom is wanting to visit to consider retiring there and the app is partially in Thai and the website is confusing. Some serious work needs to be put into the UX. The website isn’t intuitive.

Freezes and Crashes
This app is junk and is constantly freezing, locking at 32% when loading and crashes. You would think they could get this right but this has been a problem for years.

Update/downgrade
App was quite useful for top ups and keeping track of usage but since the latest update there is no option to login with Face ID so I have remember my phone number and pin every time, an unnecessary annoyance.
I was able to charge with a cash card
Previously, it was not possible to charge from a cash card made outside of Thailand, but it seems that it has become possible. I'm happy that I don't have to go through a charging company, so I don't have to spend money.

New 6GB Global SIM2Fly package
The detailed information for the recently-started new package of 6GB SIM2Fly Global package is wrong. It is the information for 15GB 1 year Global SIM2Fly package. It should be corrected. Besides, the duration of this new package seems to be 15 days - the same as the 4GB Global SIM2Fly package. It would be nice if it can be longer even just for 1 or 2 days.
Change language
Many notifications and messages from AIS are only in Thai. Why isn’t there a facility to change everything to English when required. English only because it is the business language of the world.
My AIS, Privilege
I can lid into app and work with the various Pages. But no Privilege page, going there just throws me out off app. I have reloaded app makes no difference, this is on iPhone,6 iPhone 8,iPhone X-RAY. This is an issue for six months
