I have been with True for a very longtime and always impressed by their service
Does not work with uk bank cards
When you go to pay with international card and select the international option. It only allows you to enter a zip code with numbers for your billing address. In some countries such as the uk zip codes a have both letters and numbers so this makes it impossible to make a payment.
Good App - Well Done.
No login required, automatically recognised my Thai SIMM phone number. English version easily selected and showed me my internet GB balance with a click - just what I wanted - no fuss. Haven’t tried topping up yet. Better app then most. Other reviews are very old.
Some Internet, please!
I paid for 12 months of internet with TrueMove, but I’m lucky if I can get a little bit of internet for 2 consecutive days. It says I have 4G with a full signal, but I can’t even get the App Store to load. Other apps don’t get much luck either. It took 5 minutes to download this app, on 4G! Its only 25 megs. That’s on a good day. Now I’m leaving a review of this app and True internet, because the two are directly connected. Stop making new Company names with “True” on the front, and start providing internet to your customers that live outside Krung Thep.

Detecting face position
I aligned my face to the screen and it’s not doing anything it’s stuck on detecting face position

Was working ok until something causes it to ask for an update on Google Play, It's obviously bugged and now unusable

Not bad - when it's working!!!!!
Trouble is that's rare. Worked for about a month or so. Then one day it asked me to log in again. Despite trying dozens of times plus restarting phone I just get met with "Please Try Again"
That new app update is really annoying!
Why did you make these changes to the application? It’s much worse now I cannot see overview of my 4 x Numbers and I manually need to click on its number to see the balance and pay bills or top up. This is ridiculous and takes a lot of time Please change the app like it was before so I can see on same page overview of all my Number

The update is unclear and we have to re-register! Trying to paid our bills in 1 easy payment not available.
Awful
Rip off overseas charges and unusable type box in customer service. Charged for two overlapping packages that system charged and they won’t cancel despite overlapping dates. 8000 bht charges as packages not initiated. No help through app. Go to their shops only

I can say it is more terrible compared to the previous one!!! Please bring the detail of voice call remaining back!!! Now any users cannot check how many minutes they can use without extra charge!!! Why did you remove it?
Buggy
I tried using this. I had to restart it three times, and still could not complete the registration process. This is the buggiest App I have ever used. Sorry, developers.
