Everything ok
Super Frustrating
They keep sending me messages saying I’m out of data. I topped up twice in the last three days which should be enough for two months service, but the service ends after one day. This has happened twice. Called Customer Service and all I get is a recording telling me to top up again! Stuck in Bangkok with no data! Thanks Dtac!
Crashes after selecting refill history
Latest version now crashes when trying to view my refill history. 10.30.3 on iPhone with iOS 26.3.

Too much error even now I want to buy package it won’t let me!! It keep saying check your internet brotherrrrrr I already pay my top up and most of the time it glitch sometimes it not smooth to use it. It glitch out I been yawing for 3 years nothing changes

1. Develop the app in line with Face id log-in 2. There is a notification alert, but when clicking inside there is no messages to read.

Pre-paid card is not working for Internet
I always purchase yearly and 6-month prepaid data packages with 4Mbps speed. My current plan is set to expire next month, but the data service stopped working a month early - even though there should still be a month remaining on my plan. This is very frustrating. I’m a loyal dtac customer, but this issue keeps happening whenever my plans are nearing expiration.

Excellent Promotion! However, hope that DTAC makes more tickets available to customers as they are often used up; and you have to wait days before trying again.
Terrible App
The app is awful. Everything is slow. It’s confusing. The package history doesn’t show the packages I’ve bought. You can’t extend any packages - you have to buy new ones that may not be aligned. Thee data rates that you purchase are not clear. The history is a mess. There’s basically no customer support. It’s truly bad.

Buggy app, unable to activate service
You are required to take a passport photo and verify with a cell photo to activate an eSIM in Thailand. DTAC has terrible software for this purpose and is unable to activate a card. Terrible app that is useless because you cannot use the service.

Poor UI
App UI is too confused for new users, like I can’t find “Help” or “Customer Service” easily. Most of the items are arranged in very confusing way and important sections are put in somewhere in app instead of main screen.

Notifications in app never load
Unfortunately I’m only giving this app 2 stars because the notifications in the messages (the bell icon) never appear and the app freezes. It should be easy to fix but it still does not work. Come on DTAC!
Buy Now in English not working
You cannot buy packages or upgrades in English at the moment, you just get taken to a blank page with a ‘Done’ text top left. Hopeless !
Excellent Phone App
I especially love this app while traveling for picking extra bandwidth. It’s very intuitive.
Useless if you can’t log on
Version 10.0.0, just updated. When I try to log on with phone number as usual, get only the unhelpful “Something went wrong.” Useless.

Overall decent but somethings really annoys me like having to call a number and listen to some bot just to retool for the promotion packs instead of just buying it normally like the initial time.
Multiple charges
The app has double and even triple charged me for topping up, then instead of letting me purchase an Internet package it says I have insufficient funds since it immediately charges my credit for data usage.

Easy to use App. User-friendly navigation around the various menus. Too many different Packages to list; from daily, weekly,& monthly. Something for everyone.

I had an unlimited data plan, then needed a new phone. They said I was Gold Member, and I get a nice discount on the phone with that. But, now I don’t need the data plan and here I find out months later I’m locked into the plan going FORWARD from my Gold discount, not because I was a great high-paying customer from the past 5 years. When the contract ends, so will me being your customer. Bye!

Confusing Application
I want to see my package, my usage and packages available. They make it incredible hard to have the basics on one screen. They try to sell you a lot of nonsense. Might be entertaining for teenager but not for adults. I hope someone in charge is reading this. Time to grow up in the marketing team.

If my internet is leaking that would anger me. How do I stop the leak? A better question, how do I choose an add on that meets my needs? Fast, smooth, economical. This app works offering secure online refill which I recommend doing sooner than later. Site maintenance is usually conducted in the early morning. A very user friendly app I recommend. 3 stars thanks to recent rate hikes.

The app is good supporting both English and Thai with full details of the packages you apply for. However, for pay as you go (Happy) customer like me the aggressive promotional balloon covered the entire screen and I couldn't see anything apart from "Top up THB500 and get free xxx". Moreover, when I tried to tap the x on the top right corner to shut it down, the freaking balloon explodes and fullscreen ads came up... Come on, I couldn't believe that the developer ruins such a good app with this nasty trick and I couldn't shut it down AT ALL!
