Lounge and dining project
Had the pleasure of working with Natasha to help pick out pieces for our lounge and dining area. With what felt quite an overwhelming feeling moving to a completely different style home Natasha put me at ease, with her guidance some gorgeous pieces were sourced, very happy. If the thought of interior design scares you, fear not. Natasha is calm and approachable.
Not good for personal Reno projects
Aim of the app is mainly to connect you to professionals. Too much info needed just to get app started only to realise you can’t really create your exact home design, it’s just tinder for clients to find service providers. Please don’t say you offer something when you don’t.
Great app - missing default settings
I love this app. Really easy to see different styles. It would be nice to have set default filters for ideas. I want to switch between different rooms but continue keep filters on modern, UK, etc.
Bugs
Cannot use journey to request quote, last app journey broke at start with postcode, now breaks when enter name and dialogue box just grey out so cannot continue, do you test apps???
So so so buggy
Never ever have I come across an app as buggy as this one. If I’m not mistaken, the main point of this app is to create ideabooks to use in projects and share with designers and trades you might hire. More than half the time I try to save photos or articles to an ideabook, the app simply refuses to save them. This has been going on for months and months. When are you going to fix it already??
Great website for people interested in good design
Houzz is rare in it’s calm and careful presentation of thoughtful design. In a world filled with quick fixes, fast fashion and constant change, it’s good to pause and see the choices people are making to make their homes work for them. I think what I am saying is that I rather like this site.

Why are there nothing for disabled
Useful app but…
When you look at a pro’s projects, and pictures of, when you hit the ‘back’ button it takes you all the way back to the landing page for professionals - you can’t just get back to the list you’d already specified. Also, where do favourited professionals get saved?

DO NOT BUY OR GET INVOLVED WITH THESE JOKERS
This is one of the worst decision that I made by choosing to pay over £300/ month for nothing ! I’ve signed a contract with them for an year and set up my account that didn’t work for day one ! Struggling and wasting a lot of time in meeting with them that in the end to get some leads out of London ! These guys are a completely joke ! I’m not sure what they’ve done to have this rating but from my experience this is NOT suitable to landscape companies at all !

Defective Update
This is no longer updating on my iPod 6 OIS 12. It goes through the circle whilst updating but when it finishes it goes back to updating. No luck after 30 Attempts.

I love all the ideas which “House” shows what can be achieved, by using different shades all put together, what’s in and what’s out, with styles, and changes in colour, and not to worry, if you have a a different way of mix and matching old and new together, everyone does have their own taste and style, I my self was born in med 1955, and have always been interested in House styles, I do like changing, however never liked some of the the 60,s stuff, I got married in 1973, and started to buy all the magazines of homes, and followed all the styles of colours, wallpaper shops, where my favourite, I was lucky as I was great with my hands, and would do a lot of upholstery painting, I could make anything with the help of magazine,s, my mum was also very talented, so I guess I took after her, but never had the chance to go to college, my sons are also very talented, my husband was great and making and building anything that I wanted, so I was so proud, to have what I had. But my Neice whom is very talented and has her own business in home and house interiors, so she was and has just finished her own home at the age of 24 years old, from buying a home, stripping it back to the bricks, adding a beautiful basement, and a large attic, so inside of 2 floor, she now has 4 floors, and a very large home in Hale, I’am so proud of her, and the hard work she and her boyfriend has put in, all the decorations are done and very light carpets are down, so now she’s out to get her furniture , it’s just so beautiful, and she’s so lucky as her brother,s are International baller’s, and her mum and dad, has some beautiful very large homes. So no matter what you have, it’s great to be able to get help through “House” app online, so many ideas, I just love it. Thank You. 🤗

Privacy concerns
Used to be a great app but now you need an account, not only that it wants your postcode just to use the app.

There are loads of good ideas here. Just what I need as I’m moving house for the first time in 40 years. This is a huge help
Massive data breach
Had my full identity stolen, credit cards applied for, loans applied for, passwords hacked, due to their huge data breach. I struggled to recover my credit score and had to have the police involved and pay for extra protection on my accounts for certain things. The email they sent to me regarding the data breach was in my spam folder so went unseen. Since deleted the app and would never ever recommend it to anyone.

Not for me but still inundated by emails
The app was not for me because of how restricted it is in doing accurate scaling without membership. So I deleted the app and unsubscribed from the email via the link at the bottom of the email. But I continue to receive emails because each email is of a specific category and my 3 or 4 unsubscribes so far from various emails are not yet sufficient from all the numerous categories. So I am therefore giving it a 1 star review for my use case and for the unsubscribe email unsubscribe functionality and sheer volume. I don’t doubt it is a great app and platform for others.

So fed up with this
No matter what you try and do it takes you round in loops and then you’re stuck. I can’t even unsubscribe from emails - the how to unsubscribe help is rubbish. This is the most unintuitive web/app ever!!
So much in one place
So many different styles and tastes catered for. All different sizes covered and it’s not hard to find what would suit your taste.
Can’t unsubscribe from the spam
I hate it when sites spam you with emails and make it difficult to unsubscribe. This is the worst. I’ve ended up here because I’m still trying to unsubscribe.
