Great App Hands Down
I’ve used this app for 3 years and always have enjoyed it. I’m able to do all that I need to do. Love the walk through feature.

Great app overall especially compared to others but it CONSTANTLY freezes and crashes when i attempt to add furniture

Not great~
After uploading a floor plan you have to trace over the lines!! I didn’t even get past that part because it took me half an hour to trace, then I realized I forgot Windows and doors. Who would want to spend their day tracing a floor plan?? If you’re installing this just for fun then it might be okay, but not if you’re trying to get an instant floor plan to 3d model. Hope you find this helpful.
Bug needs fixing
The app is great overall, but there seems to be a bug that needs to be fixed to make it easier. When you upload a floor plan and try to build off of that, you can’t set the scale. Whenever I try to set the scale and then select “accept”, it doesn’t accept my scale and then I’m working with incorrect proportions. Please fix this, thank you!

My project got deleted out of nowhere.
I’ve been working on something for a while before it abruptly gave an error code and deleted my project. I’m freaking.
Good but one bug
I love this game, it’s so creative, and I would give it a five stars but there is one problem with it. I’ve been playing for a while now, and when I go into houses and try to go like from the ground floor to the first floor but I only see ground floor and the only way for me to get tho floor two is to add a new floor so now I have like 20 floors but other than that I love the game there are really no ads and I love the game I’m into interior design and this app has everything but just please fix this one thing and then this game would be five stars thank you for making this app.

Great app but for some reason wont stay connected to Wi-Fi, and not a big selection on things
Maybe if we get a huge variety of things and styles on products it would be better. I also don’t know what’s wrong with the app but it’s the only app i struggle with for it to keep connected by Wi-Fi for more than just a few mins. I have restarted my Wi-Fi and disconnected the tv and phone to the Wi-Fi, it should work. Love the ai camera mapping feature tho

worst app
Waste of my time. everytime I got close to making it look legit. It glitches out and deletes everything I did. 3 times in a row. POs app
Loved it, but recent changes aren’t great…
I really loved this app, and it has helped me find a lot of products that I needed (yes, retailers of products included). But recent software changes (?) have removed many helpful features, and have negated use/change of currently installed features. For example, now I can’t add molding (nor remove or change what is installed from before the software change). I can’t add chair-rail or even remove what I currently see on the 3-D. I’ve found that these changes, plus many other decorative features like trim, boiserie options, or crown molding completely gone and totally inaccessible, even if they are currently already installed. Also, I used to be able to move furniture or accessories completely outside of the design to temporarily ‘store’ them out of the frame as I looked at various options. Now, I can’t even move a sofa from one room to another if the “hallway” in between won’t accomodate the size, as if it were real-life, even if said sofa would perfectly fit in the other room, and should be able to be moved. It makes it hard to visualize the products in the space. After a very long remodel, I’m pretty experienced with this app, so it’s not user error. Going online for help only shows the previous “how to” and says nothing about new changes and instructions after the recent update. So all in all, many detrimental changes, but it’s still fairly helpful to find what you need and viualize it in -situ.
So much potential - so disappointing
This is such a good app, everything you want in a room planner with so much customisation and furniture options, is so almost perfect! But the app crashes all the time losing everything you just inputted and worked on for ages Happened too many times now that it’s frustrating and disappointing because other than that this is app is perfect in every way! (iPad pro 3rd Gen - 18.7.1)
Great features but very jank
The app has a lot of useful features and you can do a lot with it. However, it does need a lot of user testing and bug fixing because the user experience is very poor. I would not recommend purchasing a premium subscription because of how difficult it is to perform some simple tasks.

Logging into the iPad app and the iPhone app is broken. It says the link is expired. It may have been changed, but the app needs an update so we can login.
app is glitchy
at first i found this app really handy because of its simplicity and various features but then it started to crash, glitch, etc. for example when i open my project and decide to edit an object the action menu does not open no matter how many times i restart the app. working in it became extremely frustrating and time wasting

This app is amazing, but give us unlimited projects with the free version please. I would never pay 30 dollars a month just to use the fricken app.
Crashes way too much
I don’t know if it’s because of the latest app updates, but it’s become almost unusable! It literally crashes every time I switch from 2D to 3D, or vice versa. It’s an amazing app and I’ve been able to take advantage of the free version, but my user experience of last has sucked.
U read it right
I searched weeks to try and find a Health editor/maker/creator type thingy and this was the only free one I could find on the App Store. This is genuinely just the best app for designing rooms. I love it it’s the best five star I love this app it is the best I will always be raining at five star matter what they add as long as it stays free or I’ll keep it as a five star.
I can’t log in
I input my username and password, and I keep getting brought back to the login screen. Back to graph paper for me.
Facile mais bug souvent
J’adore sincèrement cette application, je l’utilise pour chaque pièce de ma maison, beaucoup de choix intégré et facile d’utilisation. Les images réaliste générées sont belles aussi. Par contre, dernièrement impossible d’ouvrir mon projet en 3D et avant ça ça buggait quelques fois…
Low rating due to not saving work
Finally got my dimensions figured out on an entire level and refused to save. Just spun and spun. Only option I had was to close app. Deleted all my work.
It’s alright, got a little problem
The first time I got this app it was fine, I was making projects but whenever I tried to make a 3rd project it kept saying I had no room, plus I even logged out and then logged back in but it still said I had no room. Plz plz fix this issue, I really loved this app.
I really like this!
This app/software has been wonderful so far! I love the concept of how it lists the products used per room and the overall time it takes to create your project. The images are very detailed and overall it has been very easy to use with tons of gorgeous options. My only complaint is that they do not have more kitchen cabinet options as that would be helpful.
Complete garbage
I just want to design cabinets on a wall. This useless app won’t do that. I have a freestanding wall (I had to edit the dimensions before removing the other walls). Whenever I add a window it won’t let me move it. When I add cabinets they don’t appear. Please stop sucking at your jobs.

This is an amazing app and I love it and so does my sister. The one bad thong is that I had done one house and it just got deleted when I got out 🙄
Amazing But….
This app won’t let me design unless I have an email so I can’t design my dream house or my room! I didn’t want to share my password but I did then my money disappeared this app probably hacked my account 👿

I really appreciate the app and the variety of furniture selections available. However, I would love to see more options that align with my personal style and preferences. Thank you for your hard work!

Never worked
Downloaded he make by me and home by me apps to try and design furniture and a pantry never could get either one to work. It says start a project then never lets you start a project because you have to many open . How can you have to many open when you can never start the first project. Waste of time.
A couple glitches but overall fantastic
I use the app to do background referencing for my art, other than it freezing up a couple time every hour or so, I adore the app and it’s phenomenal for visualizing scenery
cannot make video
My team have been being Unlimited + yearly subscribers from 2023, although Homebyme had a few times problems but finally it is back to normal status , and I have been able to get my understanding . But recently, from beginning of December 2024, my teams can not nake 1080p video with our different unlimited + yearly accounts , we have send several emails to supporting teams of homebyme, but no any solution to solve the problem until after 30 days in January 2025 . Their support team seems figured out the problem, we can make the 1080p video again. Unfortunately, as Unlimited + yearly subscribers, we should be able to make videos without Homebyme logo, and the videos we had made in the past years,has been clear without homebyme logo, it is very important to us to make clean video without homebyme logo,it is the reason why we paid unlimited + yearly subscribers. But this time, there is no any reply no any service when we send email and resend email to homebyme! And we found the problem has been there, seems nobody take care of the Unlimited + yearly subscribers. This is so bad feeling about service.

Extremely Helpful For Visualizing Your Plans
I’m currently doing a home build, and one of the most frustrating parts is that contractors and designers expect you to visualize plans like you’re an expert. This app changed that for me. Being able to create 3D ideas has helped me finally see my project and understand where to start. It’s made the entire planning process so much easier and less overwhelming. Very useful and absolutely worth using if you’re building, remodeling, or trying to bring your ideas to life.

This app is a complete scam. They advertise as it is extremely easy to use and has all kinds of features, but that is far from the truth, and they make it impossible to cancel.
My review
I do not like this game because I do not know what the euro sign means and when I press the Help button, it didn’t do anything to help me. I do like this game because it’s fun. You can move the furniture around, but you can’t look what your house looks like at the end.
Huge potential, not up to date.
I downloaded this app hoping to use it for some designs I was doing for a bit of fun. Quickly Disappointed to find out I can’t sign in ( there for can’t use it) as the sign in link has expired.
Deleted
I logged into HomeByMe after a while like I do everyday. But suddenly all my projects and collections disappeared as if I’m new to the app. Which I’m not. I don’t know if it’s a glitch or what. Please get back to me. You probably won’t but it’s worth a try

Great app love it so much
Lost my entire project
I worked hours designing my ground floor and I was almost done too. Unfortunately I made the mistake of designing on my phone and iPad going back and forth between the two devices. Which I think messed up the synchronization of the project when it asked if I wanted to “recover” the project I hit yes thinking it needed to synch from my last device used and the recovered version was a version from days ago. There needs to be some kind of ui to load from date and time so that I can get my project back. Very disappointed
Love it
Love the app but i wish there's an optto save favourite designs like for wall/floor for example so I'm not adding the wall one by one. I like this so far otherwise!
Error with Log-In
Couldn’t seem to get logged on. Every time I entered my username and password to sign in to start a project, it would bring me back to the first page of signing in. Hopefully some improvement on this soon 🤞
App not so good
It’s great that the app is free and can on a basic level do rooms. But there’s a lot of things it’s quite glitchy with and isn’t anywhere near as good as the website. Unfortunately logged onto the website to try and make floor plan which has caused all my rooms I’ve spent a long time on to just come up with error messages, so seems they’re gone and I’ve wasted a lot of time.
