MyChevy App
My app hasn’t worked since Day 1 when I get my truck brand new. I have worked with OnStar and the dealership to resolve this issue. The dealership fixed it once, and then as soon as I drove off the lot, it was to not syncing. OnStar blames the vehicle software. As I noted, the dealership fixed once, and I drove home, which was an hour’s drive, and again, the app wouldn’t synch with my truck. Ready to drop the truck off at the dealership, which has a very expensive extended warranty on it, and tell them to figure something out for me. Not happy!!!
Finally
It took you many years but you may have FINALLY got it right. The app seems more responsive (quicker for sure) and easier to operate. Fingers crossed.

App Not Working
App/truck has connectivity issues and wont remote start my truck half of the time. It’s also annoying that I can’t leave my keys in my truck and remote start it. I had to get a faraday bag to put my keys in so the truck would remote start with my phone app. Make a setting that allows the truck to remote start even with the keys in it. That’s why I have my phone, I can start it remotely and unlock it when I get out to it. Silly setting made for city people.

Feedback. I would like the battery status and range remaining to refresh when I open the app. When I open the app I have to manually pull down to get the range estimator to update
Need to update to allow control on control board on apple devices.
Needs to be able to be added to control dock. For example I should be able to start my car without going into the app. I know it’s possible because I have a ford 150 that does it. It saves so much time and is super convenient. The apps alittle slow and buggy could be improved on that part. I mean this is an expensive vehicle suburban. I’d say if all that’s fixed 4 starts due to always needing improvements

The old OnStar app would at least allow you to remotely lock and unlock your vehicle for FREE!! This should be a free standard feature, because we’re already paying or have paid for the Chevy vehicle!! All USA car companies are greedy AF nowadays!! 😒

Not able to login - blank screen
Great app when I can login. The app logged me out but when I choose the login in button it goes to a blank white screen. Chevy can you look at this please? iPhone 16 Pro Max iOS 26.7.1
Chevrolet App
I only have good positive things to say about the Chevrolet app. It is very convenient, works well and I thoroughly enjoy having it. Especially to cool down or warm up my truck during those months. Also handy to make appointments and stay up to date on the truck. Love Chevy! I've never lost faith and never will. I have had many Silverado's

This new app update does not let me use the lock/unlock feature from the app
No garage door opener
Garage door opener not available not mentioned when buying! I don’t think besides this one any other company doesn’t have it. They should go back to the year 2000, just unimaginable!
App Crashes
App crashes when estimating map/distance can travel. Closes immediately when try to enter in “where to?”
Broken GPS
Latest update broke the gps where my vehicles show they’re still parked at home but I’m 25miles away. Hopefully this bug is patched.

8.17.0 is nice but one big issue
I have uninstalled and reinstalled, app is 8.17.0, iOS 27.0.1. I can’t search a destination to plan a route in the app. Every time I click the search bar it immediately crashes the app to the Home Screen. Couldn’t find a way to report this issue in the app or the App Store, unless it’s by making a support case on the Chevy website?
Loss of functionality
Since the upgrade it no longer gives an eta for when the car will reach its target charging goal on a type II charger. Haven’t tried type III yet. I also miss the map that shows the approximate distance you could travel and return without charging.
Car deleted… yet it’s still there
Traded in a car 2 weeks ago. Deleting it from the app did nothing. Over a week ago I called OnStar to ensure they deleted the car. They said they had. Yet every time I open the app, the car remains! I can delete it, the app responds with “Vehicle deleted”, yet when I go to the top, it remains as one of my vehicles. Talk about a quirky app!

Need a different SUV
I don’t like it it is too small don’t have power door on trunk, don’t have when you put it on cruse it won’t stop when there’s a vehicle in front of me, I’m trying to swap for a one owner low mileage very clean like a Terrain that I had but don’t look like they are trying to help me????

It have some good fonctionnalities but, your missing the one from ford that makes the car starts on a schedule, this is really useful !

Worst update!
Your latest app update is a catastrophic, unalloyed disaster that has completely paralyzed my multi-vehicle account. Over $130,000 worth of General Motors assets are utterly dead in the water through your digital interface. Attempting to remote start or unlock any of my vehicles results in instant, persistent "cannot connect" failures. The UI is a scrambled, splotched mess of floating random numbers with critical telemetry, odometer readings, and the "Last Connected" timestamps entirely missing. This is not a local device glitch or a cache error; your unvetted dysfunctional code completely broke the backend server handshake for multi-vehicle owner profiles linked to a single email. Stop pushing passive FAQ walls and useless troubleshooting scripts. Thousands of owners are dealing with this exact same software breakdown, and it is entirely unacceptable. Fix your broken production code, restore our remote command capabilities immediately, and roll this garbage update back to a stable build before you lose what little customer trust remains.

He llevado ya dos veces ni colorado para que le chequen un fallo que tiene he indica que se reduce la aceleración, no han podido arreglarla y y está por vencerse la garantía!!

Why doesn’t it show if vehicle is locked or unlocked
First vehicle app I’ve had that doesn’t show you if your vehicle is locked or unlocked. Works fine otherwise but kind of pointless in the aspect of seeing if you locked it. Yes you can turn a setting on to automatically lock when you walk away but this is more piece of mind.

Inaccurate data
Possibly the app may needs an update as the data is inaccurate. Shows gas at 76% (which is correct) but when I click vehicle status it reverts to the first level on day of obtaining vehicle - 10%. The app doesn’t update when I open in the App Store. ?

The app has lots of problem when updating the charge rate on the 2027 bolt and some time the map will not up date car location

This is so convenient for me in the mornings. I wake up and while I’m brushing my teeth I’m also starting my truck to get ready for the day! I highly recommend
The new update is complete trash
Please go back to the drawing board on this new update for the app! the gps tracking on the vehicle when it’s not at my house is so unreliable and not accurate at all!! it used to show real time updates when the car is actually moving. It does nothing of the sort now! So awful!

Terrible app
The app takes a ridiculous amount of time to lock or unlock my Colorado remotely. It also has a significant lag when using the location function. It is fine to check tire pressure or mileage.
Needs improvement
I like that they added the option for a widget, it’s nice, but it’s also useless since it opens the full app anyway. Why not have it start the vehicle through the widget. 🤷♂️ Would also be nice to adjust the vehicle climate settings, but that might be asking too much.
