Good guidance for solo workouts
I’ve been using this app for years - it helps give me guidance for my lunchtime workouts at the gym or at home. There are different types of workouts and you can filter by target area or workout time. I also like that it demonstrates the workout for you and you can pause, skip or stop.
Extremely confusing to use
The strength workouts make no sense. It’s in pounds when I select kg, completing reps is confusing, the overall UI of the app is very much a mess. I will find another app, thank you for the free trial.
What happened?
Not sure what’s happened to this app but offline workouts are stuck trying to save and therefore can’t do other workouts without cancelling. Wish UI/UX people actually used the products they alter.

I found this app did not really adjust to the fact that I’m a 50 something beginner. The workouts included many things that were too difficult. The canned voice was really annoying and it was not inspiring. I’m bummed. I was really hoping and willing to pay for something more. This was not it.
Great, but really intense
Awesome app to make you sweat, but less for stretching and easy on the old bones exercises. Wouldn't recommend for someone beginning to get into fitness. I love how as you are following the workout videos, the voice of a trainer is coaching and motivating you. It really makes my day. If I were to change anything about the app, I would change the lengths of the water breaks during the workouts. They are way too short. For some, you only get 10 seconds to grab your water and chug it before the next exercise. I hope the developers will read this and take it into account. Overall, good assortment of workouts and challenges.
Stale app
I have been a pro member for a few years and loved it but not lately. More/most workout programs just link to fairly random YouTube workouts that may or not play in the app. They’re not investing in upgrading workouts or keeping those fresh.
Great workout app.....but.....
Great workout app. Enjoyed it. But good luck trying to delete your account when you no longer want it. So unless you want to be tied to Skimble for life, look elsewhere.
The best workout planner so far
I tried a few in the past and keep coming back this app. Specially because you can create teams with your friends and plan other workout to use on the weight room at gym when you don’t want to think much. Keep up with good work folks because this app is awesome!
Taking my money without my permission
I have contacted this company 3 times to end my subscription and no response. I need my subscription ended immediately!!!!! Never buying anything from an app ever again like this.
Good Variety of workouts and features
I had been impressed with the multiple choices of exercise, and how the app tracks the user’s progress. My main complaint is that some workouts include too many up and down consecutive exercises without allowing enough time to prepare For the next routine. I prefer to do either all or mostly standing, foot workouts or mostly floor exercises. Some workouts have too many breaks between routines. But I still like the abundant features and how they incorporate with my iPhone app.
Issues not resolved
This would be a great 5-star app, but I’ve been having issues especially with the iPhone app. I have emailed tech support 3 times and have not received one reply or any help. FAQ is no help. After paying for Pro+ too, I would think they would be a little more helpful than nothing. What a waste.
Good in the beginning
When you first start using the app, it’s great. Easy to understand. Easy to start a program. After using it for a while, you notice that some of the videos with examples for the exercises or stretches are completely wrong. You also end up doing the same programs over and over. Discovering new stuff isn’t this app’s forte after a while. Time to move on. It was great while it lasted. Helped get me out of my rut and into a routine. Definitely worth a try in the beginning, but won’t keep you.
Long Time User
I have been using this app religiously since November 2011, that should speak volumes to the quality of this app. Seriously, I should get a badge! I love the variety of exercise provided, I love the easy to follow video clips with exercise explanations, I love the timer with countdown.
Worst app ever
Never could load onto my iPad, I tried air dropping from phone tried many things no luck whatsoever... Opened app on iPhone X and could not access any workouts or trainers as a pro+ member I should have access... This app is a loser...don’t waste your time or $...
Problem
I love this app I recommend it to everyone however I just tried to get the monthly subscription and it has been charged to my card but I don’t have access to the pro+ stuff and it keeps asking me to subscribe. Help?
I’m not happy
So I have the pro version pay it every month, yet every time I try to use pro features it tell me I don’t have it. Then says I have it, then says unknown error it’s been a continuous issue & I’ve tried to contact support before but now I’m just going to leave it. It was good for a while tho
Love it but
It’s a great app I use it heaps though when I try to Mira work out onto my TV it goes to this TV mode that never works so I have to screen record the workouts then put it onto my TV it is a hassle takes a lot of Time and storage but this app is so good it’s worth it

I’ve been using Skimble for six months now. After the trial I purchased the one year subscription and I’ve been recommending it to all my friends. I have never seen such great and fast progress, and for such affordable price. My body looks so much different, I’m toned, healthier, and have improved my endurance enormously. I love the programs because they organize your workout schedule for you with a specific objective in mind (6 pack, losing weight, build muscle, core with Pilates…). If I could suggest something would be to add some class style workouts (not just static + YouTube videos), and to let you move the workouts directly from the month schedule (not individually with each workout in a specific program). I’m really satisfied, and I’m pretty sure I’ll be renewing my year membership!
Black screen on my iPad
Still taking my pro subscription payment but can’t open the app on my iPad. I still have a black screen app won’t load. Emailed 3 times, sent receipts and you’re still trying to sell me a second subscription to workout.😩 Please FIX!!!
Awesome!
You don't need to pro version to benefit from it, and the ability to create your own workout is awesome. Made even easier by organizing exercises by muscle group. Highly recommend to anyone who needs a little guidance in their work out.
Where are the “free” workouts?
Where are the free workouts? You can hardly count push-up and sit-ups as a workout that you need an app for. If you have ever exercised or been to a gym, the free workouts are a waste of time. It says free to lure you to the premium content, and view timed ads time after time. I guess they have to make their money off the free version somehow. It doesn’t work on an Apple Watch unless it is paired with your iPhone. If you don’t like taking your phone to the gym, don’t bother with this app. Overall, the general idea is ok, but execution is not overly inspiring.

Was my favourite exercise app until it stopped working and would not even open. Everytime I would try to open the app, it would just crash.
Loved this app for a long time!
I’ve had this app for YEARS, and I’ve loved it from the beginning. I surely don’t take advantage of its full potential since I just have the free version, but even the free version is great. The workouts are varied and the coaching is motivating. Very happy with this.

This is a nice app to get workouts together and follow through with a guide (or simple time cues). Lots of options and different workouts for many many types of activities (ie weightloss, cardio, weights, yoga, running)
Issues downloading workouts over wifi
Since the last update, it doesn't allow me to download workouts over wifi. Please fix.

One of the High Quality Apps
I think people should stop wining about the account, not that big of a deal. Anyways... This app is nice for people trying to lose weight, stay fit and stay motivated. The workouts are super fun yet challenging at the same time and I definitely notice a difference the next day. I like the voice feature speaking you tips and counting down for you to the next exercise. What I feel should be improved is that the higher quality and more helpful voices like Greg, etc. should be included in the free version because it's more beneficial for those who are trying to losing weight or stay fit without spending millions. I think some of he programs should be 100% free because they are very useful and helpful...or so I've been told. I hope you take this into consideration! THANK YOU

Sign up for Pro never got access
I signed up for a subscription through iTunes. I got confirmation of the subscription from Apple. It shows an active subscription but I still do no have Pro access. I tried to contact customer support twice and never received a response. Update: received a response, tried their suggestion.but no success. Responded to the email with a screenshot showing the issue still happens on both my phone and iPad. Haven’t got a response yet. Was charged several days ago for a month and still no Pro+ access.

Not for the gym so much
I expected there to be more gym exercises. Instead the gym category had few machines workout (only cardio from what I could tell) and most were dumbbells and such that you can do from home. And why would you put workouts using just your body under workouts supposedly for the gym?? This app is great for home but if you want a gym machine workout routine, look elsewhere.
