Long time user
I’ve been a user for years. I have the old app that still worked for me except I couldn’t make updates so tried to find a new app and discovered this one. Love it!!
Do not recommend
It says it syncs with Apple health but will not sync and pulls not data. No way of inputting fitness data from Apple device into AP
Good but…
I enjoyed the workouts but sometimes it gets a glitch with the workouts. But so far so good since it has three levels to take it at your own pace and you get to select the time interval. I am really glad my employer got us this way to help us stay healthy.
Buggy app, annoying notifications
This app needs a lot of work. I keep unsubscribing from their emails, which send useless reminders to do things AFTER I’ve already done them. The workout exercises are badly structured and hard to follow. Not great.
Could be better
So, Basically I’m having to use this for my schools HOPE class over the summer and it’s not bad but, I wouldn’t use this day to day to be honest it’s not as convenient as I wish it was. Personally I have a Garmin watch and it helps me record workouts sooooo much easier that this app.

Terrible customer service
I haven’t had such bad customer service. I messaged the customer support and they would ask me what is wrong and I would tell them the issue then ghost me. I set this account up with my company to track steps and the app won’t sync and they will not help me.

Seems to only pick up steps from my Apple Watch not extra exercise or calorie burn
Doesn’t sync well
In a day of technology, I absolutely hate when apps don’t sync together and don’t sync well.
App has too many glitches
I’ve tried multiple times to log my workouts pull up a workout add information and it doesn’t let me and it does the multiple screens over don’t let me save any of my information. I’ve deleted the app and re-downloaded it multiple times. The institution I work for use this app so that we can track our health and earn points and I can’t do that cause the app won’t work.
Always come back to this app
I am no Olympian here; I just need plug-and-play workouts without decisions and specialized equipment. I love that SWORKIT is powerful enough for days when I'm high energy, and simple enough for my low energy days. Other apps may be great for certain personalities or fitness/experience levels...but SWORKIT has never failed me. Excited to return here in the fog of postpartum and always be just one click away from a workout I can squeeze in around my busy baby's schedule. Thanks Team SWORKIT! Movement for health & wellness doesn't have to be complicated (unless you're into that, then go for it!)
No way to cancel
I made the mistake of signing up for this app from the website. The only way to cancel from there is through a chatbot that no one responds to. There has also been no reply to my emails requesting support. Horrible customer service.
It’s a great app with a few things that could be better
Awesome app, does a lot of things well. Very well designed and fun! workouts, clear instructions! Easy to use UI. Few things that could be included 1. Capture workouts even when end is not clicked. I’ve had work outs not captured cos I missed the last two seconds of a cool down 2. For dumbbell based workouts I’d like a reps option instead of a timed option. 3. Don’t double count workouts if my Apple Watch registers a workout at the exact same time I did Sworkit, at least ask me if they are the same Overall I enjoy Sworkit and I’d recommend it, I do use another app for pure strength training though, where I want to focus just on reps and take my time.
Great fitness app but has bugs
The Apple Watch app no longer works, it just shows Use your device to choose a workout. Please fix it as I like to track my heart rate during workouts. Thanks
Easy to use
I’ve have used a lot of platforms for health through my company. This one is by far the easiest, most visually appealing, and comprehensive one. Great app!
Great options for fitness.
I enjoy being able to choose so many options. The app allows me to achieve a high level of fitness. It motivates and keeps me moving.
Glitch
This app is a wonder, but occasionally, it resets my exercise plan to finished while I’m in the middle or have gone 4 weeks.
Love Sworkit
As a new mum I found this the best way to get in a quick workout while my little one slept. It helped a lot in my pregnancy and my post pregnancy health journey. Love the variety of workouts the levels and time settings
TIMINGS STILL AN ISSUE
Despite the update claiming the timings has been rectified, this is still an issue. The breaks are included… 20mins workout is now 25mins or you have to use your brain to physically count the amount of workouts you’ve done. I’m already suffering trying to workout, don’t need to be using my brain too 😂 Great app though. But sort it out so it can be 5 stars👀
Issue with teams in challenges
The app is pretty decent. It has cool features such as workouts and stretching. The stretching workouts just cycle through rather than add to it. Doing 15 minutes of stretching you go through the cycle just over two times. The biggest headache is joining a corporate challenge. You can join a team but then you can’t easily find your team to see how you are doing. You have to scroll through all of the teams to find yours. Not sure why you can’t go to the challenge and see your team or go to your team and see the challenges you are in. Would be a huge improvement/necessary update to fix that.
Easy
I am so thankful for this app. Sworkit makes my morning routine easy and helps me be consistent with my goals.
Doesnt work
Dont believe the reviews, this is the most poorly put together app i have ever seen. 99% of the time it doesnt open, and if it does, most likely most of the things in there either dont work, or are broken due to terrible coding.

Used to really enjoy the app
I liked it when there were more free options with the option to pay for extra stuff, and didn’t mind seeing the ads when they appeared. Now the app is essentially useless unless you want to shell out for premium. 2 stars instead of 1 for how good the actual workouts are, though I’m pretty much done with the app now. If you’re willing to pay then this is a good bodyweight workout app.

The app is good, but it’s very glitchy which makes it hard to access progress and previous selections. It’s frustrating to use

personal training is useless
I am training for a running race so i asked for some help putting together a training program. They sent me a generic pdf on how to train for a race. When I said I wanted a little more direction and a detailed plan, and maybe someone to check in on me, they just said good luck, we don’t offer that service. So I guess by “personal training” they mean no personalization at all. I put my current running and goals into Claude and got a great personalized plan in a few seconds. This app is not worth your time!!! And if you just need workouts peloton is better.

Long enough program to make you sweat, but ‘easy’ enough to almost do every day. I can feel my core strengthening with every workout
Can't get past opening screen
Used to love this app, thought I'd try it again. Unfortunately, it freezes on the loading screen image and stays there forever. Pity.
Apple Watch no longer supported
Disappointing to hear that Sworkit no longer supports the Apple Watch. Its value to me was as a heart rate monitor, displayed on the app. A significant loss of finctionality!
worth the $$$ get it NOW
Coming from someone who was 202lbs and now 143lbs just take it from me !! This app is the best. I’ve always had gym anxiety due to my weight insecurities but also not being confident in my exercises (especially form).But this app gave me a reason to say screw the gym membership and make the comfort of my own home a gym while also giving me the confidence with my form and learning a variety of workouts I didn’t know existed ! I love how they categorize from strength , cardio, yoga etc. it’s literally catered for anyone !! I pray they continue to make this app great , add more workouts and features to keep it exciting . So far I love it and it motivates me to try harder everyday ❤️thanks to Sworkit I am now WorkinIt 🥹
Sync
With technology today, why can’t you make it so the app can sync with Garmin connect? I don’t wear a Fitbit and it doesn’t accurately pull the steps from my health. The organization I work with is having us use this app for a be well incentive, and I cannot even get it to sync my steps to get credit
Great selection of exercises
I am athletic and have been using Sworkit almost daily for 6 months. The exercises are challenging enough to keep me motivated and I can see my fitness improving. The only issue with the app is that it takes several minutes for the workouts to load on certain occasions. Besides that, I would love to see Sworkit integrating with heart rate measuring devices (eg. Myzone) as the estimates are wildly off.
Super pricey
I’m a loyal sworkit user, I have used this app for years but have stuck to the free version because I just can’t justify the price. I could pay the same amount to actually go to the gym and use maintained equipment. Massive put off
Not kid friendly
I saw on YouTube that u are meant for kids and I am a kid I tried to do it but you need to pay but my parents won’t let me Can you make some of the abs and upper body workout free please
This is AWESOME!!
I just got this app yesterday, and both days at around 4 PM I did a workout that targeted losing weight and toning you’re body and I am already seeing a difference. I am sweating during it and I am burning about 120 calories each time I do it. I am 11 years old and I’ve been doing this with my mom and we both love this app. Thank you for providing an app that actually helps! AND young teens can use it!! I am so happy!
Can’t get on the app
I had a 7 day free trial but unfortunately had to cancel my subscription before renewing for the year because I couldn’t even get on the app. As soon as I open the app I’m confronted with different pop ups like “discover new classes” and “year in review” but when I click the cross to close them they just re-appear again so there’s no way to get through to the actual app. Was quite disappointed as I’ve used Sworkit before and thought it was a great app but now it’s impossible to actually use it.

I have seen a change in my body physically and how I feel on a daily basis and I would highly recommend this if you want to transform your body you can make your own workouts and they give you new workouts daily 👍
Want to love it but...
I bought a full year subscription because I love the variety and structure of the workouts. However, 3/4 of the time it doesn’t record my workout and I have to re-run the workout while I’m showering it for it to log. Very annoying for a paid app especially...
Immediate crashing
Hello, I’ve been using Sworkit for a week now and am very excited about it. Only 3 stars for now though because the app is now crashing immediately when I click on it and won’t open at all. I’ve tried both restarting my phone and deleting and reloading the app but it doesn’t help. Please fix!
Customized for my needs
I’ve been using Sworkit off and on for many years, and it has served me well. Traveling, I can download workouts and do them anywhere. More recently, I’ve customized workouts to help with recovery from various injuries. I also appreciate that each exercise has a full explanation and illustration to show exactly what muscles are targeted. Keeps getting better too! Great app!
Could be great but broken in places
Apple Watch app doesn’t work. Also the main app HealthKit (apple health) syncing is also often broken and only syncs work outs occasionally. Support said the watch app would be fixed ages ago but are no longer responding to support requests as far I can tell. A shame as the approach to workout building and guidance is what I want, but the app has too many qa issues to use.
Great app but...
Wish there were more workout plans. I like not having to think about what to do next. I’ve done the intermediate weight lose plan twice already (it’s only 6 weeks) and wish there was a next level that wasn’t advanced. (Advanced workout are crazy.)

Generally like this app
I do like the way this app works, the exercises, and even the programs. However, the new way the timer is set to work is just annoying. If I tell it I want a five minute workout, the breaks are included in that five minutes so I actually only get about three minutes of exercises, especially if it’s for stretching which has to pause to change sides. Now to get five minutes of exercises, I have to tell it ten and then figure out where to stop it early so that I actually get what I wanted. A real pain when I want it to pick ten exercises from a list of 20 and now I have to figure out when to stop it because the options for exercise length is in five minutes increments. If it were one minute increments then at least I could say six or seven minutes and not have to worry about ending it where I need to.

Great exercise app
This is great! They explain each exercise so carefully and exact to keep you safe and to make sure you really do it correctly! The only thing I don’t like is that many of the exercises repeat to often even in just a 15 min session. I would prefer if they changed it up
MAKE THE WORKOUTS FREE!
My P.E teacher introduced us to Sworkit because we have been doing online school at home due to the virus. I was interested in the app and decided to download it. The app is easy to use and offers great exercises for beginners to advanced levels. I didn’t realise that you had to pay to be able to access most of the workouts. The kids workouts were good but there is only six of them. Please make more free workouts or at least make the existing ones free because a lot of people are deterred by the price. It discourages people from wanting to get fit and actually utilising the app to its full potential. Quite disappointed but will still use the kids workouts until the other ones are made free.
IPhone app good, Apple Watch app buggy
I really like the iPhone app, but the pairing with Watch doesn't work well. Firstly, the Watch app itself offers little functionality except reminders when it's time to change to the next activity. But worse, it is very buggy. The timings are often out, it duplicates activity data in Apple Health, and the app often doesn't close when the workout finishes, - so today it carried on recording a workout for 2 hours after I'd finished, draining the watch battery hugely and resulting in much higher active energy and exercise minutes than I'd actually done. I've now deleted the app from my watch, but that means it doesn't use heart rate readings to calculate energy use etc.
