Refund
My subscription renewed for another year and a payment was taken from my PayPal account. I messaged them the same day and let them know that I didnt need the app anymore and that I just forgot to cancel my subscription. They refunded me without any issue or hassle and the process of speaking to someone was fast and super easy. I love that and definitely recommend for that reason alone, not to mention this app helped me pass math 12 and physics 11. 5 stars
Waste of money
Paid $20 for an app that won’t even load. What a joke!
ChatGPT rules !
Was a good platform until ChatGPT came and took the W 😬😬
Fine but won’t work on the first try
If you try to take a picture, it’ll take one and freeze for about ten seconds. Then you’ll take the picture again and it works fine. Apart from this it’s a good app but it is very annoying when I’m curious and have to do a little minigame to get an answer.
VISUAL ISSUE
Does not show the answered to questions. Even when sent to an expert, I received and empty answer. PLEASE FIX
Nice study app!
It can help you a lot for your homework and assignments. Need to pay, but it’s still good. Lucky.
Horrible!! Dont Get This App
I got this app because I struggle with understanding school work it let me have 1 question and made me pay too view the whole answer it gave me and the stuff it gave me was incorrect after the 1 question it said that I have too buy a stupid subscription that was at least $70 I week heck no im not doing that total waist of time Do Not Get This App!!!!! 😠
真的很好了，但是可以改进
chegg上几乎每一题都有视频讲解，一般搜题的时候可以直接跳过前面的文字解说直接看后面的视频找相似题型（相信我），就是若果能把每次搜题都要重启网络的问题解决了就更好了！
Sucks
This used to be great but apparently it’s been ruined with the help of AI
Error logging in
I can’t log into my accounts I recently renewed my subscription and I really need to access it. But it keeps saying “something went wrong” and won’t let me log in. What’s the point of paying my monthly subscription if I can’t use it when I need it the most??
Helps with understanding concepts
Using Cheggs has helps me in numerous ways in understanding some concepts that I find difficult.
Don’t waste your money!!!
I haven’t used Chegg in a while and just got a new subscription because I needed help with organic chemistry. The membership is $20 a month. They got rid of the ask an expert feature so now it is all terrible AI. The AI cannot answer any questions. There was no notice that they got rid of the ask an expert feature. When I brought this up with the support team, they told me that there was no possible way to get a refund. So now I, a broke college student, just wasted $20 to get no answer and scammed.
Hi
Cud u also add a seperate place for igcse students cuz its all mixed up
AI slop now
Chegg use to be my go to 10 years ago. They use to use real professionals and it helped me in college. I recently went back for a quick help and I get an AI response. Wrong too by the way. Such a shame what they became. You can get ai help for free. If that’s what I wanted I would’ve went to ChatGPT.
Wrong answers most times
Chegg used to be the best but now it is disappointing on how the tutors always gives wrong answers. It used to be the best for exam preparation but now I cannot say the same… We are just wasting our money.
Mycket bra app
So far so good !
Could never log in
No matter how many times I have tried, I could never get past the password stage. It would access the server to verify my email address then hang for eternity. I decided to delete the app for good, especially after Chegg dropped the Flashcard.
Comments
There is no comment option under the answer if it was answered and needed to comment directly here
Helpful but doesn’t explain anything
I’ve looked up so many different homework questions and all it gives me is that an expert is working on it. On all the options it gives me even the ones that have a thumbs up showing that it’s been deemed correct it still shows up with that progress bar. It’s getting so annoying because I need the most help on these questions and this app doesn’t help at all.
Slippery slope
This app has the potential to compliment a students learning. However, it can easily give the student a false sense of confidence when they start using answers to solve their assignments and not actually learn. Then when they pull up to the final, they’ll get pwned.
Great app
I improved a lot
Unhelpful AI Replaces “Experts”
For over $20 a month you now can’t even ask questions, you have to hope the AI can find the question already in their database and if they don’t have it they’ll still show you “similar” questions, you’re supposed to thumbs it down and hopefully they’ll have the expert you’re paying for reach out to help. Waste of time and money, there are tons of other AIs out there, I came here for human help, not more nonsense. Now I’m just annoyed I let my subscription go on this long because I always forget to cancel it between semesters.
疑问
请问有人知道这个会不会每个月自动扣费啊，之前开通了，但是找不到哪里关
App works worse than website
Consistently I find myself pressing a chegg link to a solution that opens the chegg app only for there to be no solution to the question. I go back to my browser and open the link and browser and I can see the answers. The only benefit to the app is that it remembers your device, but what’s the point of that if you can’t even see the solutions?
I can’t access or make flashcards?
I used this app primarily for my flashcards and now I can’t access or make any new ones after the last update ??
So disappointed
I keep getting blocked from the account because I’m suspected to have given my details to someone else. How stupid is it!! I can’t share this with anyone else and still pay
One of the worst things I’ve ever paid for
I’ve gone back and forth for a few years while in school paying for Chegg. Especially recently it feels like such a waste of money. You send in questions that never get answered, user interface is horrible, and recently they’ve been trying to charge me for a subscription that I have canceled long ago. I wouldn’t recommend Chegg to anybody it’s extremely overpriced and doesn’t even help
time
take too much time to answer
Stop updating the app
Please stop updating the app it’s making it worst and it’s so frustrating and confusing with all the new updates every other day
Accounting
The expert answers take too long for responses to be generated
Files
We unable to send a taken picture sometimes it’s blurry. I’d like in future if there’s a way of uploading a pdf document with questions
NO EXPERT
there aren’t any expert answers now it’s just AI
Writing a comment from your phone
Sadly, in this program, you cannot write a comment on an answer to your question by using your phone. You have to use the computer which is not always practical because I don’t often carry it with me.
Complain
Most of my questions don’t get answers
Make it cheaper !!
Too expensive especially for students to afford like me. Please make it cheaper for us student
Great
Great app
Genuinely bad
Was advertised with so many features like flash cards and practice tests which is really what I needed but nothing was there except taking pictures of ur work and gen then they only gave answers which doesn’t really help so it’s really bad if ur planning on using it for answers go for it but I only gives u similar answers now so it doesn’t even help with that. Advertised so falsely genuinely pmo

Ok app
I’ve been using Chegg for 2 years. Overall it’s good & answers your questions within 24 hours. The only thing I don’t like about Chegg is the quality of their solutions. Expert solutions are sometimes incorrect so don’t rely on them too much. You should consider using another app for studying, genuinely speaking.
A second device registered in the US is registered under my account
A device located in the United States is registered with my account. Please help me remove it because I’m in South Africa and I can’t be paying for a person I haven’t registered under my account
Takes forever to provide answers
So it took you 4 hours to solve a 30 min question 🙄 Also we can’t reach you.
No more expert solutions
They got rid of the ask an expert feature which is the only reason anyone got this app. The AI cannot do any engineering questions and will give up. And all the solutions on this app are outdated
Takes too long to answer the questions 🙁
The app is good and all but the wait to get your question answered is just too much like i usally wait more than 2 hours 😕. Even tho i will give four stars hope you guys fix this
wow
the new layout of the app is so useless it’s a wonder how it works for anyone. gonna switch to numerade 🤗
Offline Flashcards
Very good app with lovely features like taking pics for your notes However, please add a feature to download your flashcards or at least still use the folder of flashcards that you have created offline.
Good app
Very good app to find solutions..
Replaced Helpful Expert Questions With a Horrible AI
I used to go to Chegg for their useful “Send your question to an expert” feature, however they removed this and i promptly canceled my subscription. Their AI can’t understand the complex questions I need help with and either answers incorrectly, or simply says it can’t answer my question. Chegg used to be amazing, but now it’s just another AI slop application.
非常昂贵的会员，淘宝上有相对便宜几倍的账号出租
如题同上。。。。。
Take long to answer
They take long to answer and they fail to understand some of the questions
Inclusion
I am from South Africa and there isn’t enough information on our curriculum this side.
