Scam
I downloaded this app to help me study for an exam and forgot to cancel the free trial. Within just 5 days, I was charged $90 — with absolutely no warning. I reached out to customer service and disputed it with my bank, but was unable to get a refund either way. The app itself offers very little value, and the customer support is essentially non-existent. A quick search on Reddit reveals this has happened to many other users.

Link just tries to open app
I use Google to find the problem I’m working on, find a link on numerade, click it, and it says open app. I open the app through their link and the problem is nowhere to be found, even through searching it up. I just want to watch the video solution that the link had! Not worth paying for.
Cancellation troubles
I've read similar reviews about the difficulties of canceling. The developer told others there is a cancel option to submit. I canceled my subscription at the end of this month through apple and received three emails from numerade validating the cancellation. I checked my account at the start of the new month and I was charged again for a monthly fee? Also, when purchasing the monthly fee awhile back, the video answers still required me to watch adds in order to view? So I had to keep validating my subscription and changing it to weekly. This app definitely has bugs and cancelling is difficult. Not worth it to me.
Fun

Trash & scammy
Signed up for a free trial a few years ago and tried to cancel instead of going through with the subscription because it just did not help at all. It said “We encountered an error while trying to cancel your subscription. Please try again later.” So I did and it said the same thing. Long story short I ended up forgetting about it for a couple years and so far have been charged about $200. I just noticed it and tried to file a dispute but Numerade fought back saying I provided my own card number email and everything. They rejected my dispute and I still cannot cancel this subscription. IT SAYS THE SAME THING STILL when trying to cancel. They do not have a customer service number., so I emailed them and never got a response back. I don’t know what to do. And I’m not the only one having issues like this with Numerade!
Issues with reading AI information
Upon asking the AI for an explanation, its returns the correct information, but the only issue is that the text runs off the page on the mobile app and therefore I can’t view the entire sequence of equations. If it gave me the ability to scroll horizontal on the information it provides this app would get a 5/5 stars! Request if the developers would assist in fixing this?
Why charge so so much
Why charge to much

So far so good
Fake
I’m trying to cancel the subscription and I can’t they lying because when you get a subscription with them they told you that you can cancel anytime
Please help I need to delete it
How do I delete the app I really need help please I need more app storage thank you😊
Good overall but few bugs
Video help takes forever and when looking at steps there’s no zoom option after seeing complete steps, more than half of the help is cutoff so it’s impossible to see what you did wrong or right.
So gooood
Good
Stay Away
Stay away! This is a complete scam. Difficult to cancel the trial and there are no emails to inform you of billing being processed. Customer support is unresponsive, and when you do receive a response it’s a generic blanket response. Update: I do not need further assistance. I only want to inform others of disingenuous business practices.
Unable to view full answer
This app is really great and so helpful but I’m having problem to view the full answer they didn’t allow me to see the answer and it become really annoying please work on that.

helped but has problems
i loved the snapsolve and ask a question feature. however i had a problem with the ai, it told me to watch more videos on the subject i picked before using it, however i did? also i tried snapsolve after only a few times of using it but it told me that i ran out of free videos. i have barely watched any videos. also i would recommend adding canadian textbooks
Great app
I enjoy it
Don’t ever subscribe
They told me they would send me a refund, and then stopped replying to me and never sent a refund.
Just read information

They do not have the McGraw-Hill Ryerson Pre-Calculus textbook
Love this app, it is very helpful, although they do not have the pre-calculus 11 text book. When I take a snap of my text book question, the answer does not show up, instead it suggest other college school textbooks which are sometimes irrelevant to my question. Please open a broader side of textbooks. Thank you.

Took my money
This app took my $95 and won’t even let me log in to cancel the account
Awesome!!
Very helpful app
Awesome
Awesome real help with the studies
Don’t get it! Impossible to cancel.
I signed up for a free trial to get help with one assignment. I canceled two days before the date i was supposed to be charged on. Everything looked good on my end, it showed no subscriptions. Well the last day of my free trial rolls around and I get charged $95 for a yearly subscription that I 1. didn’t even select upon signing up and 2. thought I cancelled. Don’t pay for this app, it’s not worth the money they drain out of your account. If i could give less than one star i 100% would.
Amazing
Amazing app for students. We will expect more
Honestly worth it
Needed help with my physics homework, so i got the trial. I ended up paying for the subscription because it’s that good. It answered every question with detailed steps. It also had every physics book out there with every question and videos to explain it ! Def recommend it if you’re a student struggling with any type of math !
Cancellation
Never trust this app. They just out to steal peoples money. What was a one week free trial end up been $95 on my bank statement. Deleted the account the same day and they end up still charging me . That’s stealing from people to make it worse and not even a student what benefits is it going to be to me and the number that’s was given to me by my bank do not work either. I just wants my subscription to be canceled and any future payment
Raffle giveaway
The site is actually really good it have helped me out a lot in my assignments and helping me to prepare for my tests and finals I highly recommend it
