Awesome App
Very user friendly
Can’t open the app
I used to love it. But now after deleting and Installing twice the app still won’t open. It opens for a second and closes out. Disappointed
Partially correct sometimes
Watch out the integers when solving
Unstable
I’ve had this now for 6 months. Paid both for the computer and iPhone systems separately. However the live recording feature never seems to work correctly. Customer service doesn’t ever seem to understand the problems I’m having and the web version doesn’t even recognize the files I’ve uploaded to correctly create any form of study materials. Not worth the expense or frustration.
Meh
Well, the app is easy to use in. The AI is correct most of the time the app continuously gives me problems. It constantly logged me out and then when I try to log back in, it will say OK we will send you an email and I never get the email so basically logging into the mobile app is impossible. Also, it is very laggy. Sometimes I will take an image and I won’t give me an answer for almost 3 to 4 minutes and then another time it’ll give me an answer within 10 seconds. There are definitely better apps and the membership is almost $20 a month and their other apps that are only $10
It really helos
My own lil tutor
Scam Do not download
-100 score, I have been trying to use the desktop extension with no resolution. I paid for a monthly subscription and still have no access to the service I paid for. I contacted customer service over a month ago, and they continue to claim they cannot locate my purchase. I have provided proof of purchase, bank statements showing the charge, and payment information, yet I still have no access and have not received a refund. After more than a month of going back and forth, absolutely nothing has been resolved. Customer service has been extremely unhelpful and has failed to provide either the service I paid for or a refund. DO NOT USE THIS APP. I would not recommend paying for a subscription when they cannot even resolve a verified purchase.
Good for last minute needs
Some are wrong but most are right
Least User Friendly AI
Great for answering questions and (sometimes) listening to lectures/taking notes. Most of the “features” do not work or are impossible to access. The platform is extremely disorganized, and the mobile app does not even connect to the same account on the browser. Not worth paying for
Scanner not working
Picture scanner is not working with this new bug/updated version.
Answer app
Great!
Garbage
Nothing works like the ad shows. Super hard to navigate. I’ve been trying to cancel for months now and there is no cancel button anywhere
Review
Honestly if you need help with some problems you can use other apps to help you. It sort of does a decent job at explaining but many times the answer is wrong. I crossed referenced with other apps and they had a different answer to what coursology had which was wrong. Honestly, if you need help or a way to break it down there are other apps that can help you for free. This app is not worth it.

Scamming
I never agreed to a subscription and they’re trying to pull money from my account without even me agreeing. I didn’t even use it. I downloaded it and deleted it.
Opinion
So far the app on my phone is good but using Coursology on my computer is a bit slow so right now I’m kind of regretting buying a full years worth because all the nooks and crannies are not well developed yet. Maybe if I would’ve just done a month it would’ve been worth it.

Scam doesn’t work
I just purchased the app and so far nothing works. I feel like they just took my money and scammed me. I don’t even know how to get my money back. They say they don’t issue refunds. I’m having the exact same issues others are having. I purchased the $60 year subscription and I can’t even upload files on the app or on a laptop. It keeps asking me to buy subscriptions but I already paid! Why can’t I use what I paid for!? There is no phone number to call. I sent an email but I doubt anything will be resolved.
I want a refund
This app doesn’t always work. I have had more wrong answers than right answers. I have tried to get a hold of someone to get a refund but can’t find anything on the App.
SCAM
Do not download if you actually want help with your homework because every time you try to take a picture of a question or speak to the AI assistant, it asks you to pay a ridiculously large amount of money. I only downloaded this app because ChatGPT wanted me to upgrade to ChatGPT plus and that was also expensive so if you guys have any suggestions on what FREE apps I should use please tell me
It’s ok
App was good a first but then stopped giving me answers. IT help is no good either. I’m going to try Brainly and delete Coursology.
Don’t get
If your looking for an app that can help you with homework, this one isn’t it. I say this because most of the time I use it , it gets questions wrong like seriously fix the bugs cuz when I started to make this review all the others review is showing people with the same experience. This app made my grade just to a 85 to a 70% (no joke) they need to fix the bugs cuz all my other friends that has an app that works. So whoever is behind the screen reading pleased don’t wasted your time and to the develop I have two words for you… FIX IT
80% accuracy, poor at math, underdeveloped. Not worth.
It’s correct most of the time and probably works for lower lever classes. I’ve used it on(college level) econ, calculus and geology. The way it walks you through its answer process for math is piss poor. It’s like trying to decipher a different language. About 15% of the time it gives you the wrong letter(A,B,C,D) to put as the answer. It doesn’t work on a decent bit of websites too. It’s a very beta program. I accidentally purchased it. I clicked once on the $100 payment thinking it would let me inspect it…no. It was a one click purchase. Very scammy.
Don’t buy!
Terrible app, lags, doesn’t work half the time. No refunds. I wanted to try it for a month to month bases and it only had the option to buy for the year. Cancelled and hope it doesn’t charge me next year I see a lot of other reviews that even after you cancel they still get charged.
Not worth it by far
Hate how it randomly closes the app and I lose all my progress, for almost $10 a week that should not be happening 🫤 canceling membership after day one, this is not worth that much money.
Frequent incorrect answers
I recently switched from ChatGPT Plus to Coursology in hopes that I would be able to utilize more of the study features it offers. However, after using it for 3 different courses for over a month I’m highly disappointed by how frequently it gives incorrect answers. Not worth the money given the inconsistency of answers.
