I wish you had Mireya Batres’ Music ( Mireya) She is a Texan Latin composer and singer, and her songs are amazing. “Libertad” and “La Maleta” are my favorites.

First download I had years ago was great. Could see up coming songs better . Could look at other places see what music they were playing. All new updates suck . Can not even get in with my original name. DirtyDang .

They intentionally appear to play bad music to get you to buy a digital currency just to change the song. I’d prefer anyone’s phone with a Spotify shuffle. How this has 4.9 stars and over 1 million reviews is beyond me.
Country locked?
As a Canadian who travels A lot, I wish that I could use my account in other countries! Your app and music selection is great. Would total give 5 stars if not for this one issue.

I enjoy the app. The prices are fine, but I wish they had more selections. I wish more artists were represented in some of the represented artists. I wish they had more selections.
Expensive credit system
I remember when a jukebox cost a dime. With inflation that’s more like $1.50 now. Ouch!

I love the fact that there is a jukebox at the restaurants where I go but they sometimes malfunction and the company ignores your chats and doesn’t offer you any refunds. a company that has horrible customer service is one to avoid. The people who own this company are horrible at getting any resolutions to their customers, but they’ll gladly take your money

There needs to be a cap on the amount of times a song can be bumped to the back. It sucks to play a song and have it jumped over and over and over and over and over and over and over. I’m done with this horse poo.

Refund if someone skips
I don’t care if someone wants to pay extra and skip my songs or anyone else’s… but when there’s 2 songs ahead of mine initially and the joint closes in an hour, you better refund me my damn money if someone skips me and my song doesn’t play before I have to leave

They adjust pricing depending on the amount of plays and times. I’m not playing the game of fractions of a credit or you charging me more because I already played a few song. After I spend my credits that I had saved I will not be buying anymore.

Fast pass
Sick of 10+ songs being fast passed and the bar shutting of the jukebox. There should be a limit to how many songs can be fast passed at once. Or limit the player amount of fast passed. Do we need to do start placing chargebacks for our songs not getting played and a waste of money?

I have noticed that songs that use to be one credit at my local bar, are now 2. Not happy.
