Issues for past few days
The phone pe and other UPI applications are cashing because of your lack of competition. The UPI is failing several times and we are unable to send money to people using mobile number, every time it shows an error “something went wrong”. It is due to this we need to use the third party applications instead of having Imobile. Please try to make sure the service is available and not down every now and then. The UPI is not like general banking where you can take down every now and then because you might never know when a person makes a payment through UPI.

Better than most
Good responsive app with most features handy. Still the Debit Card requirement for logging into iMobile defeats the entire online experience. Also the bank won’t update any of our debit or credit cards from basic to “good” offer cards, as they won’t update our salary details but they do collect every other detail mandated by govt like Aadhar, PAN, etc etc etc without fail. But when it comes to catering to customers, we are left hanging dry. The customer care is actually very rude and they will tell you that you are a “beggar” and you deserve the basic card. There is no intelligence here, except the AI hype which is there is screw as many customers as possible by levying more fees, charges, cess etc etc etc. It’s hilarious though the banks behaviour. I am a loyal customer from 10 years and this is the experience I am facing, expect worse for others. 🤣🤣🤣

The Face ID feature is not working properly when trying to enter the application. It is too slow. Tried switching to Wi-Fi and then back to Mobile network, but same result.

Horrible app
- Registration doesn’t work - Customer support doesn’t respond - Email went unanswered - Auto log off now I am unable to login
Glitch
The transaction is too slow and glitches occur. As I open it, it enters search mode with a faded screen. Many transactions could not be completed, and I had to close and reopen the app multiple times to carry out the transactions. It has been a good application so far, but these glitches have been observed recently.
Opinion on new Format.
Too many details were being bombarded to a sen citizen who are not IT savy. So one loses track. When u offer extra details of Products and services- next to it give an option to Skip that offer and to get back to simple payments to small vendors with an upper limit of say Rs 2000/-( rupees Two thousand) The latter limit is VERY VITAL. A small slip of one zero to a small restaurant or a small shop keeper may expose your client to a long tedious process of recovery of excess payment.
Difficult to use as NRI
Overly obtuse security. Can not be on VPN when I’m on my own network in the same country. Requires an sms to auth into new app which is hard for NRIs without sms access to India number. Difficult to see cash balance easily. Filtering statement options are limited. Too much custom UI elements and not a native feel to the iOS ecosystem. Overall it’s a below par app but does its job with some difficulty.

App not opening after update
App not opening after recent update. Immediately post opening this app, it causes network reset in my phone (iphone16 IOS-26.6). Developers plz do the needful. Before it the app was working fantastic.
Good app, needs more
It’s a good app and once you figure out your way around, it can do quite a few things. One important feature missing however is family banking. You can apply for it but you can’t use it from the app. That is a major issue for many of us who are outside India & trying to manage all our accounts together. Hope you can fix this gap soon.

Convenient but needs improvements
IMobile App is very convenient to check account balances and do payment, service request transactions. However, the reporting features require enhancements. There is a bug in the reporting feature wherein we need the ability to scroll through a month long or longer statement on the screen.Plus, after we press statement, we have to so fast to pick search menu otherwise, it shows error. Not at all convenient. Not sure if at all any end user testing was done. Millions spent but basic features like ‘ statement’ has unacceptable bugs..

Recent update not working
For the past two weeks, I have been unable to use the iMobile application due to an issue with the app and mobile network connectivity. Whenever I open the iMobile app and try to log in, it appears to interfere with the mobile internet connection, causing the mobile network to disconnect and go out of network. The network works normally when the iMobile app is not being used.

Always showing error for fetching Loan details
App always takes time to login and load home page details. Next issue while trying to check loan details always showing error as “ something went wrong unable to fetch details”. Please look into it developers

Lot of features but unreliable
Unreliable. Doesn’t work often, same both website and app. Backend batch jobs running during US hours. Errors sending money. Errors logging in. Asked to uninstall and install again. Unnecessary verification steps like input digits from DEBIT card. Wasted lot of time trying to get simple transactions done.
UPO doesn’t work for NRO
UPO doesn’t work for NRO, just hangs. Happy with other features so far

Pathetic App
It looks like bank is not focusing on performance issues. I’m struggling with application from last 15-20 day’s. I have been updated application multiple times besides not getting information from loan section. Too much delay in logging.
Terrible app
Crashes when ever you try to launch UPI. Unable to register UPI from mobile app. Overall, app is laggy and crashes.
iMobile app is very slow
This mobile app is very slow. I always need to open multiple times to complete single transaction. ICICI should really invest in improving the mobile apps.
Latest version - 25 has issues
The latest version of app has lot of issues. It is not showing statements properly nor deposits showing correct details and dates. Last version of app was working absolutely fine.

Fed up of ad’s at starting
I just don’t know when it’s bank app why you want to give ads in this. Whenever I log in and there is a pop up of their credit card advertisement. This is very very bad from ICICI.
