Worldwide users for trading contest
Could you consider upgrading the app for all users in every country to join the trading contest. It is a free game. Please update rules and eligibility to “available to all persons worldwide”. Delete all countries you placed in the app. Will take up space if you add all countries. You only need one line.

iPad Pro 12.9 Forced Portrait Mode
The app is good and would be 5 stars if it worked on the iPad. PLEASE, add this feature. There is a large demographic that works primarily on iPad. Don’t force us to use apps designed for iPhone. Thanks in advance to the Developers!
Used to work
I used to enjoy this app, recently it has errors all the time, and I can’t retrieve or setup watch lists. “ERROR ! Internal server error”. Is there a fix for this?
Fix the Widget!
When using the Apple widget, if watching multiple months of the same futures it shows all as the same month. Everything functions great , just this little bug that prevents it from soaring above and beyond

Simulator not working
I can’t use simulator every time I try, same on my MacBook and I find what problem is and also there is no support!

2023 update
This is the most cumbersome update yet. When looking at longer term (>1 min) charts they reset every 45 seconds and go back to the 1 min chart. There is no data H L C etc when moving through the charts. I haven’t found a way to change the duration of moving averages. There may be way to navigate these issues but I haven’t found them yet in the first couple of visits since update.
What Happened to the Widget?
The app “improvements” were anything but. It’s less organized and more confusing to use as of the changes a few months ago, and now the widget has been discontinued, which I really liked for a quick glance at the top three commodities I follow.

Old version was great, updated and all I get is an internal service error, no market or watch lists work.
Review of futures prices
Very useful app. I am an ag lender and look up wheat, live cattle, and feeder cattle futures with your app. The only thing I would change is for expired contracts and new contracts to automatically update. Please consider making this change. It takes me a few minutes to do this several times during the year and there is no reason I need to see expired contracts. All tabs in Tools section show nothing.
Not complaining since it’s a free app. Just noting that nothing shows in any of the tabs of the tools section.
Better before the update
You’ve tried to fix something that wasn’t broken in my opinion. It now takes me 2 touches to get into my portfolio where before it took zero. It used to update as soon as I opened the app throughout the day, now in my portfolio I have to wait for the timer to reset and update itself which is annoying. The next annoyance is if I’m in a corn or soybean contract looking at the chart, as soon as the timer resets if reloads the chart back to the 1 minute candles even if I’d been looking at the daily or weekly candles. Lastly I wish the text was colored green or red for positive or negative action on the day. I say all this in hopes you’ll consider fixing these issues.
Widgets not working.
Great app, I only use it to see BTC and ETH futures. However The widget no longer populates?

The dream of a young man
If it wasn’t for Chicago mercantile exchange, I wouldn’t be able to have the knowledge I have today. I am so grateful for this community. I would love to possibly partner with CME one day in hopes of bettering this world…!
Useless update
Resetting every 1/2 minute or so with a 1 minute chart makes this latest version hard to use. Btw, who even uses 1 min charts anyway? Totally worthless. At a minimum, there should be an option to pause the updating, but what should really happen is that the chart refreshes with the time frame on the chart.

Terrible app, awful formatting
Recent app updates resulted in awful formatting with lots of dead space making charts hard to use. Interface is also worse compared to previous design. 0/5 overall use ICE not CME

Could not select postal code to sign up which was required. App therefore unusable.

Buggy still
The current version I find sometimes loses all products you are watching from quotes view, and you can't then add them back in. The only work around I have found is a reinstall of the the app. An iPad version of the app would be nice too.

Commodity month’s don’t roll properly
The Front month should not disappear till it expires and after the roll . After the roll the new from should automatically remove what was the second month that became the front month
