Best Calculator for your Mac, your iPad, your iPhone
I love this calculator. I have it on my Mac, iPad and iPhone. I’m not even sure what I would do to improve it, it seems perfect as it is. I recommend it highly.
Stopped working
With new update IOS 26 it will not launch
what a stud
good calc.
Broken in iOS 26?
The app does not seem to want to open her work in the new “liquid glass” UI. Here’s hoping they push an update, because I really love this app!
The 0 (Zero).
The 0 (zero) key should be in the middle, between (.) and (=). The rest is perfect.
Soo good
Soo good good good no ads and everything you possible need
No funciona con iOS 26
No funciona
Mostly very good
Like how easy it is to read. I’m used to the equals key being on the lower right,
Sad that tape keeps moving to the top
I set the tape to be in the side, but each time I open the app it is back in top. Now looking for another calculator.
Be careful PERCENTAGE ERROR
Be careful when using percentage as it does not give correct results. I tested several times with other calculators. EXAMPLE USED: 4621.80 X24.33 percent = 1109.23. Except this is not correct result, it should read $1124.48. I did e-mail the developer and got no correction, no answer. I deleted the app on my new M4, 24” I Mac and re downloaded to get the lates version to no avail. (feb 25, 2026). Please fix it! and you will get 5 stars. THANKS
Great one!
Easy simple calculator for everyday use. Love the tape! Makes it easy to re-check.
Blank screen ios26
Not working on iOS 26, please update!
Good calculator but has bugs
The calculator works most of the time. When it works it's great. It does need to be updated because at least once a day it crashes. Also, when you try to copy a value it crashes all the time.
No Menu Bar Access
No Menu Bar Access A calculator is something you need only once in a while. This app seems very nice with a good interace, but HELL, you have to open the app up fully to use it. I don't want to do this & according probably won't actually use till this feature is added, and will revert to another (paid) calculator that I own which has menu bar access.
IOS 26
Leider sehr spät reagiert! Kriegt ihr das hin, wenn nicht dann raus aus dem Store!
Fixed it works again!
Update they fixed the issue it works again! Love it again. Used to love using this app but now it keeps crashing and won’t open, please fix it thanks.
Not working in iOS 26
Why did this app stop working with iOS 26 update? It does nothing!
As Expected
This app runs very smoothly and the design fits well with the macOS environment. It is much better than the default calculator app and also better than other calculator apps out there. It is worth the penny (one time purchase). I put 4 stars because I saw that I need to pay another 5,49$ in-app purchase (on top of what I already paid to get the app) only to be able to customize style, sounds and do exports. Ridiculous add-on price.
Right click causes app to fail
Looks pretty good, but right-clicking on anything in the "tape" causes the app to crash.
Satisfaisant
Ne fonctionne plus depuis la mise à jour IOS 26 sur l’iPhone Merci d’avance de faire une mise à jour de l’application
iOS 26 support is back!
This app works again, after a brief outage when iOS 26 came out. Very glad to be using it again.
Do not use this spy
I believe this application is trying to still information from my smartphone, because it doesn’t work if I turn off internet access for this application.
Why?
It wasn't broke, it didn't need fixing!
It's fine
Best calculator application is frankly the default one that comes on Windows PCs. This is a step up from the default mac calculator, but is horribly buggy still. When opening the app, you have to physcially click into the calculator; if you try to simply start using it by typing your numbers without clicking in first it will not do anything.
Fix IT.
läuft nicht mit iOS 26, startet nicht
Update to iOS 26 resolved yay !
Best calc app in the iOS marketplace. I have tried them all!!!
Memory
I used memory once and I can’t figure how to clear it. I guess you can only use one time.
Calculatrice
Tres bien
Additional purchases necessary
It seems like a fine calculator app, but in addition to the app store price there is also a 4 dollar fee for half of what they advertise here. I'd be fine with it if it was clearly noted on the app store listing, but without that it's simply dishonest and misleading.
Calculator
I really don’t know how to use this complicated calculator, I can’t work out how to just get an everyday calculator without all the bells and whistles. No instructions I hate it can you give me back the every day school calculator please.
Excelente
Múltiples funciones por ejemplo un historial de operaciones.
Good app made bad! Don’t update! Don’t buy!!
This was a good app that was intuitive and easy to use. Calculators should be quick and easy to use, as this one used to be. However, This latest “modern” update turns an easy to use app into an obtuse mess. Grey fonts on a light grey background make reading difficult. Minimized / no borders around anything make icons and functions bleed together. Hiding the tape so one can now “scroll it” instead of just looking at it when it was normally visible, is just dumb, and makes one hunt for something that just used to be there. Save yourself frustration and stay with the current version. Do NOT update like I did. Also, given the history of this developer, do NOT buy! Most likely, in a couple of years the developer will release another update that will again invalidate your previous purchases. I don’t trust companies that take away features you paid for, just so they can charge you again for an app that was previously working fine. Off to find a replacement.
Useful app
I really like this app and find it very useful. One thing I would add is make it an option to save the tape to Dropbox.
Better “But”
I honestly can’t believe that Apple made the calculator better and then imagine my surprise when I went to initiate a Memory + and Memory - only to find out that I have to pay to upgrade for a feature that was on all the old versions of the standard calculator. You can even go to any Walmart, Target or even Amazon and buy a $5.00 calculator with Memory + & - on it. Why would I pay Apple for an upgrade that I had on my older versions???????
My old calculator is now redundant.
Most of us have a calculator which we have had for years and are comfortable using it. I know I was. Since I first started using this app, my old calculator has not been out of the draw, and my briefcase is so much lighter. What do I dislike about this app, absolutely nothing! It's PERFECT. Highly recommended.
Incompatible with Tahoe
App does not work on macOS 26, iOS 26, and iPadOS 26. I have all three and when I upgraded my devices the app stopped working on all platforms. I have not seen any news regarding an update to fix this, so unfortunately I must abandon app. Oh well.
grudging one star
lots of bugs, crashes often. Contacted dev and never heard back. meh. waste of a dollar. Also, although the prices is listed as a dollar, once you buy it you will need to pay again to get all the features.. but that info was not listed in the description.
Très pratique
Belle application, bien pense.
You've ruined it
Loved this app for years and wouldn't use any other calculator, now you've modernised it and made it clunky to use. It was perfect before. It's a tool, so needs to be easily workable. Feels like you've opted for what's fashionable and have forgotten its functional purpose.
Doesn’t work in iOS 26
Even during the beta period, this app always crashed when opening the app. Problem still is not resolved after iOS 26 release. Bummer because I paid for this calculator app, and it is my preferred calculator.
Do not buy!
The app is very buggy. The preview shows that you can customize the calculator, but you can't, and every time I try to copy anything, it just crashes. So don't waste your money on this!
So far so good
I haven't used it extensively but so far it is doing what I need it to do. Like the 'paper tape' feature.
Bring back the notepad
I bought this app for the ability to write notes at the side. Please bring this back ASAP. Updates I thought improved not lose features. If you do not intend to reinstate this feature please let me know how to revert back to the app I bought. :-(
Better than it was but still not as good as the original
Thanks to the dev for returning the tape to the side with the latest update. I still preferred the aesthetic of the pre updated version but at least I’ve got similar functionality back which is better than nothing. Now if it was back to how it originally looked this would easily be a 5 star app.
Not working on iPhone
I loved this app when it was working.
Horrible “upgrade “
If you like the old version, don’t update. Another case of developers changing an app for the sake of change. And, the change was not for the better. Used to be my favorite digital calculator. The app used to be user friendly and had a pleasant look and feel. Now it is cold and sterile looking and not as easy to use. The calculator has no sound when I touch a key. When I try to change the sound settings so I can have sounds, I’m prompted to purchase a $3.99 upgrade fee - after I purchased the older version which did have sounds. I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS APP!
Love it!
Great app
Sad
Sadly it’s not as good as it was before the ‘improvements’ Whilst it might look modern, clean and exciting. I’m afraid it’s lost it’s usability and appeal. With the tape by the side and recording just like a real tape calculator, it was excellent. Doing accounts were simple and you could see your entries. Now however, you can’t see your list of entries, only last two lines, if you wish to see more you have to scroll the screen, then the calculators disappears bellow the screen, and I’ve had it stuck a number of times in this position, meaning I have to close it down and start again. Another example in my opinion of ‘if it ain’t broke’... now looking for a better alternative after using this app for a few years, it’s sadly become non-user friendly.
Calculator
Disappointingly this app does not appear to contain a function where calculations can be performed within a set of brackets. I have had to purchase another calculator app to allow this.
