Uma App tão inovadora e com tecnologia de alta qualidade não deixa fazer transferências acima de determinado valor, independentemente de ter sido feita a gestão de valores na App e pior ainda, os colaboradores ao telefone não conseguem resolver a situação, obrigando o cliente a deslocar-se a uma sucursal quer ao que se queria evitar.

Making a payment using entity
Such a waste of time trying to make a payment of €13,80 & your system won’t allow the amount . Tried to pay €14 euros & still cannot process the payment. Alert notification comes up saying Montante invalido why is this?

Great app so easy to use.
Becoming worse over time with archaic set up and bad customer service (updated)
(Update with developer reply: I have already complained multiple times, phone, email, etc, to the bank on this issue and the excuses weren’t even adequate. Once again being asked to contact the bank so they pretend to have customer service is honestly insulting. Just reply to existing complaints instead of pretending online you care to visible complaints) The latest changes have resulted in an archaic subpar app where you cant talk with your bank. Want to pay a credit card (tap)? You cant as it will say it doesn’t exist. Contact the customer service is only possible in app, you can’t use email but they can. Want to pay a card you have to send a transfer to an account they give you even though there is a button for it in app nut that doesn’t work. Deteriorating as time goes by with worse and worse customer service.

Camera issues
Use this app a lot for general banking things, but just cannot get the camera to work to take an in-app photo to update my passport data, although it works in other parts of the app (I.e. to add a profile pic) so is definitely enabled, and the app doesn’t give you the option to upload a previously taken photo of the passport… very frustrating..!
Erro nas actualizações de dados - URGENTE
Estou a tentar actualizar os meus dados e na parte de actualizar o meu documento, aonde eu devo colocar o meu número de passaporte não fixa a informação inserida. Logo que todos os fields estão completos clica no continuar e ele apaga somente o meu número de documento e não consigo terminar a actualização. Depois o banco da 15 dias desde o dia que se começa e com esse erro possivelmente me podem fechar a conta. Uma coisa que nada tem haver com o dinheiro que depoisito. É urgente é que sinceramente para um banco coisas como essas não deviam acontecer pela segurança dos dados do cliente.

Excellent App but….
This is a very good App but I REALLY wish it worked in landscape mode on an iPad. My iPad is connected to a Magic keyboard and every time I want to use the App I have to take it off the keyboard so that I can comfortably hold the iPad. Apart from that, the App is easy to use and has just about all the features you could want for day to day use. So, a definite 5 stars if the above issue gets sorted out.

Fui vítima de tentativa de burla e estou a 5 dias sem acesso ao meu aplicativo, já fui à agência 2x, liguei uma vez ao serviço que disse que nada poderia fazer, apresentei todo documentos solicitados, até hoje sem acesso ao meu app.

In pandemic good, but needs the appointment tv visible from outside
Forced to use it and it doesn’t work
I went online to the website to make a simple transfer and ended up spending an hour getting registered on the app when I was forced to do so to complete my transaction. After all that I finally login successfully and at the last step of the transfer I receive a message that it’s not possible to complete at this time. Give me back the website which (usually) worked!
Update of Transfer broke ‘payment amount’ data
Hi, Just to let you know, ever since the redesign of the Transfer feature, when entering the payment amount in digits during a transfer, the field automatically populates a ‘.’ after the fourth digit is entered. The ‘,’ on the keypad does not work. This prevents me from entering the correct amount to transfer and renders the ‘transfer’ function useless. Please address this issue as the app overall is good. Thanks

Might be good if fluent in Portuguese
In the old days Millennium had a phone option for English, this has been removed now and the computer only speaks only Portuguese. This makes it impossible to do any banking activity now.
Great but app needs to be more fluid
In general the app is great, many features are already included. I recommend them to make the application more fluid and slick. This app responds slow and looks like and old school. Ref: monzo, n26, monese, look at mobile only banks

This app is a really a joke shame on developers four days trying to open a account and couldn’t go through even authorisation code not work and sometimes different and sometimes different problems am going to give up it is really a shameful and time wasting app
Great app but is missing touch login
It’s a great app, full of features, but the developers are missing the most important thing, Touch Login to access the app, also using the Touch ID to confirm actions and payments would be nice. Just hope you can implement that quick. Keep the good work guys.

Não existe um UI que diferencie as contas premium das contas mainstream … isso é um pouco chato, sou cliente private, acho que o UI deveria ser preto, ou algo do tipo …

Eu não entendo esta aplicação, não faz atualização corretamente do saldo em conta, mais quando tem uma retirada, o dinheiro sai logo! Tiram dinheiro da sua conta nos finais de semana sem estar devendo nada ao banco, e não deixa você fazer transferências algumas vezes, não deixa fazer poupança, um banco na palma na mão, que funciona quando calha para o banco, o problema não é só a aplicação, mais sim o banco todo, pois não reconhecem os bons clientes como se deve ser!
