A aplicação bloqueia constantemente em iOS, é difícil reportar problemas e deveria ter mais melhorias.
Aviso de levantamentos
Descoordenada. A dar sistematicamente avisos de levantamentos efectuados há mais de 40, 24 horas ( na última hora já recebi 6) e devo receber mais nos próximos minutos. Há algo a resolver. O que deveria ser um aviso imediato está muito atrasado. Rever.

The app is finally allowing us to have longer passwords and is forcing the change, but once set it continues to keep asking us to create a longer password. In general, this typifies how poor this software is. This an app that should never have bugs since it’s about protecting our money, but it seems more about protecting the bank than us.

Numa app bancaria as únicas notificações que quero receber são de movimentos de conta e afins. Nos últimos temos tenho recebido cerca de 1-2 notificaçõés acerca de empréstimos e a publicitar funcionalidades da app. A app tem controlo de notificações mas não permite ligar/desligar publicidade

Amazing online banking service, just wish the messages would be in English. Having difficulty changing the messages am getting in Portuguese, would be more convenient for me if it was in English.

Está sempre a falhar em Inglaterra, não há uma click que faça que não apareça o banner a dizer que ouve um erro na aplicação! App muito mal desenvolvida até um teenager de 18 fazia isto melhor hoje em dia! Muito amadorismo! Veja se evoluem já não estamos no anos 90 - precisamos que serviços online robustos que não falhem

Average UX
I’ve been a CGD client since forever and the app used to be fairly easy to use. With the latest updates it became a bit painful. Navigation/UX is not intuitive. Some forms seem to be broken (ex.: standing order’s date picker displays an additional “Ok” button which magically appears and disappears. It took me 4 or 5 attempts to realise that the standing orders were not being set!).

I tried to get a PIN reminder through the app and was told it would cost around €4 to receive the text message. Completely unacceptable when I already pay account fees. This doesn’t happen in the UK. Time to move my money and close my accounts.

Já foi melhor...
Esta aplicação da CGD já foi melhor. Agora, muitas vezes não funciona, sempre a pedir o PIN e depois não faz nada. E para os que vivemos no estrangeiro tem graça nenhuma porque confiamos na aplicação para saber o estado das nossas economias e afinal ficamos na mesma. De verdade que não a conseguem arranjar?
Transferências entre contas não funcionam
Já andamos há mais de um mês nisto… desde que mudaram o interface das transferências que não se consegue fazer uma transferência entre contas… aparece uma pop-up a dizer que é necessário “país origem-destino da COE”, campo esse que obviamente não aparece. Resolvam por favor pk já começa a ser seca ter que abrir o site no telemóvel só para transferir dinheiro entre as minhas contas. Obrigada.

I’ve been using this app for a little over 2 years now and it keeps improving. Very easy to use and is in English so good while trying to learn Portuguese.

terrible communication. i have been trying to make transactions not knowing they have not been sent ? Nobody tells us we need a matrix number or that we can not pay over €500 this is certainly not Good business. wasting peoples time and energy on this when you could of informed us.

Good app, I live in London and I can do everything I need just using the app. However, in the documents section, I always struggle to open the documents. Never working properly, constantly having the message saying to try later. I’m trying to open a letter since 2 days ago, and it’s just no possible. I can’t delete the cache because I use iPhone, I already trying using my laptop, but nothing seems to work. A part of that, it’s a good app and good Bank. My bank manager is amazing!
Difficult to Navigate
Feature Requests: Option to change language should be on the first screen upon installing the app; the login screen Language settings should apply to all app notifications Users should be able to set a complex password OR a pin, not limited to only a PIN. PINs can be hacked easily.

This is a nightmare, is this new ? No explaination we are trying to make transactions , not realising they are not being authorised, this is not good business had to call Lisbon from uk . Tedious way to do banking with lack of information.

3 times trying to do a transfer and the app keeps freezing. I have to shut it down each time.
No landscape mode in the iPad
The app should rotate from portrait to landscape mode. Annoying
Worst bank app ever
This is probably the most poorly designed app ever. The interface is confusing and very difficult to navigate. Plus when notifications come in for the phone they lead nowhere in the app. When I want to pay for something through the app the function is buried in three menus. I give it two stars because it works but that’s about it. The digital assistant is worthless too - it’s too slow and never understood anything I wanted to do.
Personal data and identification update failed
You can not update personal data and identification, when you change the expired date to your new date the date field still red and continue button will be deactivated The Expired Financial relationship purpose is always shows at login and you can not update it at all after fulfilled and press continue button the error message shows

Latest version crashes
Has been such a solid app but the latest upgrade just keeps crashing and won’t load, I have tried reinstalling and restarting my iPhone.
Updating address
When you try to update your address it never saves it. Also when you try to insert letters on the post code you need to copy from a note.

Buggy and unreliable
Access disabled without warning because of bugs in the system. Still waiting for a bug in the profile settings to be solved for many months, raised on the phone and in branch. 2FA (“matriz”) disabled without warning or notification and without a replacement (so you’ll lose online access to sensitive operations and only realise it when you need it, and then need to wait for a replacement in the mail). Main phone number changed without warning or notification, on top of bugs when using international numbers, which prevented me from doing sensitive operations needing SMS codes.
English localized now, still some problems
The app provides access to almost all features you’d want. You can now set the interface to English and most actions are correctly localized. Some quirks still exist and it would be good to have a bit more iOS integration.

Esta conta nao e sufficiente para emigrantes residendo no estrangeiro devido a impossibilidade de desbloquear os novos cartoes enviados no correio sem visitar uma agencia em Portugal!!! Isto e uma seguranca demais!! Ha muitos emigrantes quem nao podem visitar Portugal actualmente devido a pandemia. O CGD deve permitir o desbloqueamento online via Caixadirecta tambem para os clientes quem residem no estrangeiro.
Slow and confusing
The app is quite comprehensive with many services and options. However I frequently get confused with the layout and it is not unusual spending some time trying to figure out where are the things I want. It also seems slow.

Very very good banking app. Has everything one needs and is more comprehensive than any other banking app I use. Also in English now so it’s great. Thanks Only thing is could do with easier way of managing payees on the trusted list. I want to delete someone I used to regularly pay and can’t see how to without going to online version
Nada funciona
Não consegue verificar cartão de cidadão nem passaporte. Quando se pede contacto diz que não pode criar pedido. Basicamente inútil.
Não está adaptada para iPads
Esta é uma versão melhor da app da Caixa Directa. No entanto a interface não é adequada para iPads. É apenas uma ampliação da imagem que veríamos no telemóvel e não se adapta a orientação do iPad. Espero que criem actualizações ara fazer a app perfeitamente compatível com iPad.
