Terem tirado a função de análise mensal ou anal foi um erro pois era uma função bastante útil para controlar os gastos mensais e anuais
Notificações de pontos
Estou constantemente a ser incomodada com notificações relativamente a pontos por ter utilizado o cartão de crédito e só tenho duas opções: ou continuo a recebe-las, ou desativo todas as notificações (incluindo as importantes relativas a transferências). Urgente incluir uma opção para desativar este tipo de notificação.
Conta-poupança
Aplicação muito intuitiva e simples, contudo com a nova atualização de há alguns meses ficou complicado mover o dinheiro entre a conta-a-ordem para a conta-poupança e vice-versa… Antes era mais fácil apenas clicando no “movimento entre contas”

English app version not working for weeks now no fix insight
I reported a fault with the app & having waited weeks a fix is not in sight, Apple products using their app does not allow money transfers other the multibanco, so I cannot pay the smallest invoice outside of this platform, give donations or presents etc. ABSOLUTELY USELESS!!!!!!! Update, still exactly the same I’m unable to make transfers locally or abroad, & the branch want to charge me to do it if it’s outside Santander, so I’ve opened a Millenium account.

Ainda sem a possibilidade de Dark mode e sem a possibilidade de amortização do CH através da app. Vejam a aplicação dos Bancos Concorrentes (Mbcp) e disponibilizem para os clientes melhores e mais fáceis formas de realizar este tipo de operações aos clientes.

A app e muito boa entretanto tenho notado desde a última atualização que sempre que eu retorno para a app eia me mostra a ultima página visualizada anteriormente por cerca de um ou dois segundos e fecha aparecendo a mensagem de seção expirado e que se faça o novo login. I’ve been unable to login to the app since the last update. It just crashes when I login with my user name and password. I can login to the website with no issues! Please fix!!

Confirmação do cartão para Apple Pay
Eu gostaria de adicionar o meu cartão ao Apple Pay mas pede-me para fazer a confirmação através do aplicativo mas quando eu escrevo a palavra-passe aparece que excedi o limite de caracteres, e quando inicio a sessão normalmente com a palavra-passe simplesmente dá. Por favor preciso de ajuda, isso nunca aconteceu antes

Bug with transfer between accounts
The app on the latest version currently doesn’t let me transfer amounts between accounts like it always did before because it states there are no more than one account, wheres the browser version lets me. Any fixes expected?

Just crashes
When you need your bank - you need your bank !! This app just crashes - regardless of phone or iPad it just crashes. Santander should be ashamed of this app’s review status ! What it tells me - a bank that does not care 😤

The app is NOT very good in English. Only half of it is in English. You try to do some transactions and it comes up with a Portugese window . By the time you have tried to translate the app goes off on time. If it’s an English App it should be in English . I tried to buy something on my credit card !!! It was trying to say it needed bank authorisation . Tried to get into app. Usless trying to sort out.

Mudei para o santander porque tinha uma app muito intuitiva, especialmente por ter notificações quando havia entrada ou saída de dinheiro, há umas atualizações atrás deixou de dar as notificações, quando vão corrigir?

User identification method through SMS
After my below comments, I got a reply from the developer that they are working on a new version in which validation code by SMS can be changed to new methods (21st of May). New version came but the same two factor validation by SMS is still there. Can anybody tell me when this will be resolved? I almost never receive this validation SMS …….. The problem I am facing is that, every now and then, the application impose a new round of two factor identification : one by password or finger print, and one through sending a code by SMS. For me, almost always in travel and outside Portugal, this is very troublesome. I almost never receive the sms when I am in travel ….. There should be other ways such sending by email or even automatically calling and sending the code by voice……. Now, due to this problem, the application is useless for me. Miremadi

Been using the app for a while but recently it just won’t open.
Can’t even log in lol
Can’t even log in with my current credentials. Constant error saying it’s blocked for some reason. I can still use the old app. You’d think with the size of Santander they could work this out when launching a new app. Come on guys, really?
No final connection
Get to final confirmation of transfer and then says ‘busy back in a few minutes’ Not back all day March 10 and now 09:00 March 11 Really annoying when trying to pay bills. Please sort.
