Amazing Communications Platform
Great platform, very flexible
Unstable
Never logs you in correctly. Constantly bugs. Always “something going wrong. Contact your administrator” when I am the admin and have the proper credentials. Fix it ffs!

This is a great asset to the business works absolutely perfect for us. Obviously you need to make sure you’ve got good Wi-Fi for this platform to work. Top marks to the guys who made this happen 👌🏽👌🏽
Phone ringing issues
Issue when people call me on the app. Phone doesn’t ring and just comes up with missed call. Others have the same issue. Difficult to fix!

It might be how it’s set up, but I really don’t like 8x8, the phone rings a few times, then appears to cut the call off and hues searching another group… it fails to recognise known numbers, we’ve lost more calls than ever before, and as for knowing internal transfers…. As I said it may be how it’s set up here, I’m a user not a programmer, but just buzzing a colleague for a quick answer is no longer an easy task…
Made life so much easy
This app can connect the office line seamlessly. Therefore had left my with my own official number and extension which are fantastic. Fully functional as a desk phone. Only drawback is that I can not put this online/ offline whenever I can because my work shifts are variable and includes nights as well. Just a single button that can do that would make this the ultimate office phone app.

We have been using this phone system and app for the past year and it has been a great addition. It supports remote working and allows better operations and service to our customers.

The audio has a delay of 2sec and it constantly shows cuts and interference
Apple Watch
Incoming calls don’t notify on my Apple Watch which means I miss them consistently. The watch only tells me when I have a missed call.

Particularly good for me as I can blue tooth the app straight into my hearing aids.

The bug is back. 15-16 minutes into a call I can no longer hear who I am talking to and have to call them back

UI needs update
For a year with iPhone 14 pro and now with 15 and 15 pro, this app is not built for Dynamic Island. The search goes on to the dynamic island. UI needs to be updated.

Stupid app isn’t working. When I go to log in it doesn’t even allow me open up the keyboard to enter my details to sign in.

The status itself defaulting to INVISIBLE though I set to AVAILABLE. Tried updating application and iPhone multiple times. I'm on iOS 12.4.4.
