Endless obnoxious notifications.
You blow up my email with spam and you constantly prompt me to allow notifications on my phone so you can also flood it with spam. Thanks for listing house stick to what you’re okay at.

frustration land
One of the most frustrating things about Realtor.com is how many rental listings remain active even after the properties have already been rented or are no longer available. This creates a huge waste of time for everyone involved — prospective tenants spend time searching, comparing properties, contacting agents, and rearranging their schedules for potential showings, only to find out that the home is already gone. Agents and agencies also waste time responding to inquiries about unavailable properties, and property owners receive unnecessary interest in listings that should have been removed. A platform this large should have a much better system for requiring rental listings to be updated or removed promptly once a property is no longer available. Keeping outdated listings online makes the rental search unnecessarily frustrating and inefficient. Realtor.com could provide a much better experience for tenants, owners, and real estate professionals simply by enforcing more accurate and up-to-date listing availability.
Not a good change
They removed the ability to change the purchase price of the property and now it only allows you to change the down payment and interest rate. That is a terrible change. It is far better with the ability to alter the purchase price when calculating payment. Bring it back.

Real estate app with inaccurate location info
I used this app for years, having grown up in the real estate industry. I wanted to look at properties on Lake Ontario, but can’t find anything. Guess it’s time to delete this app.
Improve Filters
Would be nice to have at least 2 additional filters: (1) 1st floor primary bedroom and (2) private or community pool.
What happened?
I used to love this app but the changes aren’t great. It’s harder to read info and so much slower. :/
Saved homes don’t show
Love the app but my saved homes don’t show. They only show on the web version. This is making me utilize another app unfortunately.

Hate New Platform!
Absolutely hate the new Apple platform layout and have moved to Homes! Also, you have so many complaints allowing realtors to leave false information regarding search functions (ie “waterfront”) when it’s not.
Nation wide coverage
Nothing beats this viewing app of real estate for sale across the US. Excellent zoom for country to region to city to block. Filters and navigation is intuitive. Nice to save favorites and compare. Excellent tool for self service remote shopping before sales engagement. Notifications are a bit too numerous but I get the reasons for it.
Calendar download problems
The app was great until they brought out the new version. Now I cannot download open house dates to my apple calendar, it defaults to google. May have to go to Zillow. Nice going realtor.com
New update ruined it
The new update is awful. You have to magnify to close to see list price, really bad. Second, no longer can see estimates of house values. Screwed up a good thing

It would be helpful if the listings came to my phone in real time. My friend gets listing notifications two days before I do the same property.
Terrible Update
Used to be my favorite app to look at houses that came for sale in my area. The new update is entirely more clunky and less helpful. It’s bad enough I’ll probably switch to a different app. The map button before the update was the best, now this is just like any other app so why use this one?
Functional Issues
The app may be updated but the functionality is lagging. It freezes, then the bug shuts the app. Annoying.
New Version
This has been a great app over the years. I’m sure they’ll return it to working order.
New Update is Terrible
Was my favorite real estate app. The new update ruined it. So much slower, ads everywhere, no place to easily click directions and easily see where the home is located. Somehow made everything harder to find.
Info Updates
Many times a listing appears as sold on this site when in actuality is available on the local site...frustrating Photos are good otherwise

Freezes and pictures don’t always load
The app is clunky and freezes and doesn’t always load. The availability of properties based on map use is great .

Hate the Update
Removed the “view on map” function. Pictures are unbearable to look at. You can’t double click zoom. It does this little quick in-out zoom, but doesn’t stay. Even when you pinch with your fingers, you can’t zoom all the way in. It barely zooms in. You can no longer swipe down to get out of the pictures either. You now have to hit the “x” I also hate that after viewing a property, when you click the back button to go back to the list, it refreshes and takes you all the way back to the top!!!! Making you have to scroll all the way down again to where you left off. The entire app is busy! It used to be quick and easy to find something, but now it takes real effort to find anything on a listing. This thing always gets worse somehow when they update.

Stop ruining this app!
I’m going to have to switch to another app even though this has been my go-to for years. Each update is worse than the last and now it’s basically unusable.
Great- but needs a few upgrades
Good app but needs larger minimum acres (only allows 15 currently). Also wish it let you organize listings by land size as it does on the website.
FlyAround
Love the FlyAround feature, it lets you scope out the neighborhood quickly to see if it’s a good fit.
New update is horrible looking
The app was great looking and easy to navigate before this update where they changed everything and made the ads all over each dang listing. Super frustrating to ruin a perfectly easy to use and read app to what it is now.

It’s super easy to use and it has helped me a lot to find a new place to live whenever I have moved.
Updated app removed key features
Two important features I regularly used are now not available. 1) ability to adjust purchase price to calculate monthly payment and 2) ability to see distance to common name locations (like “SeaTac”) now require you to know the exact address. I’ll be using a different app until they restore these features.
Used to be a fan of the app, not so much now
This app was great and easy to use and very friendly but since the update in late October and the new layout I don’t enjoy using it at all, it is a hassle to browse through listings and makes me less motivated looking for my first house

Please fix the listings!
Listings saved used to show if a property was contingent or sold, now they all are available. Even when the house has sold or is contingent. Why did this happen again? I have the most recent update.
