my go-to app when looking for rentals, but please add filter options for on-site laundry (not only in-unit), and on-site parking (not only garage)!!
Rental
I do not like the way it does the searches and it changes.
Good when it works right
Every few times I open the app it puts me in a human test loop where it endlessly asks me to press and hold to verify that I’m not a bot. It won’t let me do anything but press and hold. A positive side of this is that my thumb is getting a little workout so I’ll soon be the US thumb wrestling champion.

Notifications don’t work
It would be so much better if it 1. Actually worked half the time. And 2. The notifications worked, you get a notification about a new property either to rent or for sale but whenever u click it boom it just opens up the app and either u get kicked to the main screen or u get put on a blank page waiting for the information to come up.
Won’t save settings
Keeps showing me rentals on the feed even though I turned all rental notifications off. I’m looking for houses for sale….not rentals. Kind of irritating.
No responses
I like the app however when i do inquire about an apartment NO ONE gets back to me EVER. Not sure how the app helps if no one gets back to me.
Has its pros and cons
I really love the Trulia app, however, I really wish there was a filtering feature in your saved homes area. I’d love to be able to filter homes by garage stalls, neighborhood, etc.

Im sick of brokers and agents not listing HOA or Condo fees on the apps. im sick of them skewing the size of furniture to make rooms seem bigger. Im sick of them not posting ALL of the house on the apps. A lawyer friend of mine said that can be a case in court.

My favorite home app
My favorite home searching app to use. It is very user friendly and I find the layout the easiest to use. For some reason recently the mortgage calculator keeps crashing the app and closing it. So that’s not working right now.
Please Fix
I love the app, but fix the app. You only have a category for single house or single dwelling which is correct because some of us are looking for a single home. The problem is you mislabel. If we want or search this category we don’t want an ADU or a back house. We want a single family home or want one property on one lot. This makes the searches harder because we’re trying to distinguish between a truly single family home on one property or a mislabeled home or ADU. Please add a category for this.

Regardless of what you enter as search criteria Trulia send you everything, especially homes entirely outside of your search area.

Keywords Filter inop, and no support
Could be a great app, but the Keywords filter never works in the app, and I have to open the full web version to get it to work. The Keywords field is there in the app, but every time I enter a word like “pool” or “dock” and hit Search, it’s like I never entered anything in that field. If I return to the filters page, that field is again blank. Furthermore, there is no way to contact anyone on your support team!
App is smooth but lacks one thing

I mean yes you can do the same things as many other apps, but for some odd reason you can’t use the map, and filters and such don’t even register. Please fix this it really defeats the purpose of the app…

What exactly is going on…
I actually love this app; however, I can’t access my favorites. It’s forcing me to change my filters and I can’t contact app support to get any resolution. Fix it and go back to 5 Stars 🥰 please and thank you.

Best 4 buying or rentals
Best App to search for real estate to buy nationwide or locally. You can also see what is for rent or already sold. I 💗 love Trulia! I have tried every App, some are now gone, this is the best search tool. (There is some extra “stuff” which is nonsensical. It is hard to understand why it is there. There are already laws against discrimination. It takes up space making it difficult to get to the bottom of the listing to view the property price history.)

First of all they can’t even register you with just your email they’re so parasite that you must use third party like FB, google or Apple and even that doesn’t work properly. Gonna delete this trash right now!!
