This app is really good. It gives you updates about everything and it does this really cool 3d thing. It shows you the planets and you can turn it around to see it from different angles. AV/VR feature doesn’t work on iphone 17 pro
Crashes soon after I start using the feature and won’t work thereafter unless I delete/reinstall the app. Disappointing. Another missed public engagement opportunity by NASA.

I’ve always been a fan of NASA but only decided to download the app for the Artemis mission. It’s really good! A couple minor issues with freezing upon closing and reopening of the new AR feature but I m sure this is just because of the influx of traffic. It’s a very informative app which looks and functions well, giving info on upcoming and ongoing missions, and lots of photos!
Disappointing
Downloaded the app to track Artemis mission. Tracker not working and very clunky.

Esta muy bien la aplicación solo que me gustaría que estuviera en español para hacer mas cómoda la lectura ya que mi inglés no abarca tanto como para entender al 100% ojalá y puedan ponerla en otros idiomas en especial español
Slow loadig
The article loads incredibly slow and its really annoying to wait and be stuck on a loading screen for 2 whole minutes for an article???? Not only that I cant make it into reader mode or have the option to turn it into dark mode when reading the article! So it really strains my eyes. This is very disappointing even though the layout is well made and already in dark mode!
Widget gone

An essential for Space Geeks with the Artemis program
This is chock full of the right stuff and spacey goodies. And it’s completely free. Right on, Commander! (Elite: Dangerous).
Artemis 2 tracker
Artemis live tracker doesn’t work. No buttons on screen, tutorial text off screen. Doesn’t load any tracking data. This is for iPhone 14. Honestly worst attempt for an app I’ve ever seen by any government agency. Gov.uk is better.
ISS camera feed not working
It’s a great app. But disappointed that the iOS and Apple TV apps have not been updated in a while. It means the live camera feed from the ISS has not been working for a couple of months now - but works elsewhere. Please update the NASA apps so we can see the wonderful views of Earth from the ISS again.
They removed the star map, so it’s basically just google images
I have searched every menu for the live star map that used to be on here, and it’s completely gone. So it’s basically just podcasts and images. Fun

NASA is really good at entertaining because the pictures are cool.
Waste of Time.
EVERYTHING on this app is past tense. No TV, had to watch everything on today’s launch (including now) on the news channel which is ludicrous. Great general photos though. Deleting the App now, it’s a shame, so much potential….

Live space station video feed returned
It was missing for awhile, but it’s back now!
Rubbish redesign and full screen no longer works
The new layout is about as chaotic as I’ve ever seen but I used to be able to watch the live ISS view in full screen mode on my iPad but now it refuses to do so saying it isn’t supported in my browser.

NASA TV’s two 24 hour channels!
Why areNASA TV’s two 24 hour channels not available now on the new look app. Half of what was on the previous is now not available on this new look app! Why! It is a lot worse. Emailed late 2023! Still waiting for a reply I’ve just seen NASA publishing there free to sit 24 hour online TV. But I still want to know why the two 24 hour NASA Online TV channels are missing from the app. You can only put the two 24 NASA online TV through your TV via youtube and not via the app any more and the picture quality through my TV from YouTube is so poor now as when you transfer via the app to the TV was top quality of which top quality is now no more. Again please why have you done this and others feel the same. Please can you to this!

Major step back for mankind
Removing the sky view feature from the app is just about the uncoolest thing you could have ever done. What an absolute crock. Uninstalling. 😡🤬
Bring back the pic of the day widget.
You used to be able to see the NASA picture of the day on a widget which you could install on the Home Screen. Is this no longer available? Please bring it back.
Latest version slow and poor
I’ve enjoyed this app for a few years. Only just took the latest update and now it’s hopeless. Images take forever to load, usually I will give up. Today I persevered, then wanted the info, but the old method to just click is gone. And then it is presented as an overlay, rather than a caption. Lastly, I can’t find half the other stuff I used to enjoy (not too sure what though).

I take back my review saying it won’t let me in, thanks for fixing that, I’m so interested by space that I want to be an astronaut, and the agency I want to work with is yours
New update is awful
Some images aren’t viewable and you can’t zoom in anymore. Otherwise love the app but who ever tested the new version should be sacked
