Horrible app
Won’t let me register, I’ve filled everything out correctly. It’s like they hate money.
Missing items in menu to order
You need to give an option in the app to order extra taco shells in the app. I have been using the app for years waiting for this option. I can only order large tortilla as a side. And the people and drive thru refuse to give soft taco shells because they don’t have a POS.
Glitching to the point of unusable
The app relies to push new products and it gets in the way of just ordering. Today it is completely locked on some new chips and won't go to the order screen at all.

Customer support is useless. All AI and it won’t connect you to a person when the issue would take less than 5 minutes to remedy
Can’t cancel an order
I have no complaints other than not being able to cancel an order when you just placed it by accident. I accidentally placed an order at the wrong location. If you give ppl the ability to cancel within the first monitor two there is no harm done. Instead you make me go through hoops to cancel. I wanted my food so I had to reorder and I’m out 16 bucks.

Location and order cancel issues
I understand you think it’s probably up to me to set the right location, but be so for real. EVERY OTHER restaurant app recommends a location to avoid this exact issue. Also, if i order to the wrong location, why do i need to make another MOBILE order to get it cancelled? Why does an in store order not fix that? I deleted the app and will get it back when you rectify this issue.

It never lets me use my rewards on this app says it doesn’t qualify when I spend $15-$20 every time.
Easy to order
It’s easy to order on the app. But there is no way to resolve problems, like get a refund if you’re sent the wrong order. You just have to accept it.

Why isn’t cilantro a topping option in the app? Charge extra for it if needed but why are you omitting this critical flavour?
Need more options
I love chipotle. In the app we need the option to order a side of the sauces that’s in the bottle (Tabasco green pepper sauce, chipotle etc.). Also need these in packets.

Order a pollo asada bowl literally got 6 pieces of chicken we counted ask for light sauce it was basically soup pretty disappointing
Payment glitch
Have had multiple issues where the payment didn’t go through cause of a system problem and this isn’t new a lot of people have had the same issue and as a such big brand they should at least not have any issues with the payment process
Inconsistency In Portions
I love the food! Though the portions of each order is inconsistent. I have received several orders with hardly any rice, missing side orders of proteins, my chip bag being maybe a hand full of chips. Though on other days it seems I can never finish my bowl. That’s the way I prefer. I never want to finish a meal and remain hungry.
User friendly app
It’s easy to place an order. It will be more convenient if a special instruction space to edit. Thanks!
Small burrito
They barely put anything on it. I ordered two burritos one was fine and the other one wasn’t. I was still hungry after I finished.
Birthday guacamole stuck in car
Unable to remove birthday guacamole for my cart and it results in an error. Unfortunately I can’t use the app anymore due to this bizarre bug. I have recorded a video demo to provide it to the developer.

Lousy customer service
The Mobile app is deficient in many ways, one of which is providing customer service. Rather than a number to call or a quick resolution, you are directed towards a Chatbot that is neither helpful nor useful

Stop signing me out of my account if I haven’t ordered in a while. Having log-in credentials expire for a food app is ridiculous.

Didn’t get half my order and for some reason can’t get my money back, they use some trash ai that’s completely useless
