Perks?!?!
Burgers and fries are always delicious. Staff is pleasant. The ONE thing missing, are Perks. Every other food app I have, comes with Perks (points towards free/ discounted food options.) The only benefit to using the app, is ordering before you arrive. Other than that, no other incentives!

Great app and visuals missing key ingredients
I love the app and ease of use but missing a way on how to add extra cheese and bacon for which anyone would be happy to pay for if the option is given. I just dont want to drive to the restaurant and request any extras because the app doesnt have it as an option.
App not working
The app wouldn’t let me sign up, because it would not allow me to create a password with a special character, but a special character is required for all passwords.
App is basic
App works good for ordering and it’s simple. However what’s the point of having an app without rewards? As expensive as the food is, makes no sense to not reward the costumers with a points system. Idk, a burger with small fry and drink is $25+. Shouldn’t take more than 5 guys to figure that out.

Burgers are juicy well made and the fries (especially Cajun) are delicious will have more future orders
Flawed. Could definitely be better
I wish this app allowed users to add gift cards to profile without making a purchase. You should be able to add the gift card info to save it for purchases later. And when you check the box to save cc information, it should actually save it. I shouldn’t have to re-enter the cc info the next day.

NO REWARD SYSTEM!! in this day and age a $25 order for JUST burgers is insane, and i should at least get a free small fry. similar to how there's a point system for mcdonald's, sonic, you name it. great places, that have GOOD DEALS
Good but needs a way to add notes to items
App works as well as any online ordering app of its type these days, but it really needs a place place to add a note to a specific item in your order. For example, one member of my party has to be gluten-free, which is why we order that person a lettuce wrap, and it is essential that we make them aware that it is for an allergy. Since the app does not have the feature to add a note about that to this person‘s lettuce wrap, I have to just go inside and order at the counter.

Incorrect location access
Need to improve or fix the bug on the location confusion. My order came down to other side of my town. Lost my money. Will check out the address first next time
Log in issues
Never had a problem, but recently I can no longer log in with current email address even with a password reset. I needed to create a new account. Annoying.
Things to fix
Apple Pay doesn’t seem to work, and you should add option to add extra things like ketchup and pickles……
Good but inconsistent
When five guys nails it, the fries are crispy, burgers well put together, and tastes great. Sadly, it’s a roll of the dice. I’m also surprised that there isn’t any loyalty or rewards program. Even pizza Boli’s or other sandwich/burger places do that. Huge benefit is clearly the topping selection; very easy to switch things up and get the burger you are craving. But seriously, the inconsistency is a huge problem

Go there a few times a week they always make my order. Perfect. Never a complaint. Definitely recommend.
Bad Experience
No greeting upon entering. I placed and order via the app. The workers appeared to be visibly upset.
No Chocolate option for regular shakes in app menu
The option for a chocolate shake is only under the Candy Cane Crunch option.
Too slow
They make it faster if you go to the till. I watched a large stream of people order at the till WAY after I did and get their food. Despite asking multiple times my order was >20 mins later than estimate. DO NOT USE THE APP
Rent is too damn high!
I like 5 Guys, but it is now a rarity when we get it. Three meals, small fries and two milk shakes with the meal is $68!!!! Pricey for burgers and fries as tasty as it can be. The same meal a few years back was closer to $50. Can’t blame them I guess. Prices are up all around. That aside, staff is always great and friendly and food comes fast and hot. Last time we got 5 Guys was 4 months ago due to cost.

Worst restaurant ever
Christ on a bike, you would’ve thought my burger and fries were made of pure gold with how much they’re charging. Prices are so absurd I simply could not fathom the outlandish numbers next to the food.

Delivery location
I have a five guys less than 2miles from me and I get the delivery order from the location that’s 6miles making the food get cold because of the traffic on that route. Please, improve the app location.
Apple Pay doesn’t work
Can you please fix the app so Apple Pay works? There’s a button for it but you can’t click on it.

Doesn’t work in Canada
Probably a good app but I can’t try it out here in Kingston, Ontario. It says “No Five Guys Nearby”, yet I can walk to a Five Guys in under 15 minutes!

Idk why but it said the burgers were 10 dolla and I mess with that heavy cause I’m pretty sure they were like 4 bucks more last time I got them but maybe it’s the area idk
Works in Canada for me…
But my biggest complaint is if you use VISA DEBIT and forget to check your account and you don’t have enough money on the card, when declined, Five Guys app deletes the card from your profile so you have to add it again. No other app does this.
