What’s the point of having the app when it doesn’t remember any of your details such as delivery address or even in a method?

Check full functionality
It pains me when apps are released without full testing. Attention, developers, programmers, product managers, and QC/QA: when attempting to update a mobile number in the updated version for an existing account profile … the user is sent around in circles between the app account settings... and the login landing page where we verification of credentials takes place….back to account settings, where after a second login verification is made, the user is finally redirected to the contact us webpage “ within the app “ where the link “contact us” is disabled. Good luck and Godspeed.

Confusing payment options. Fire your IT department and hire the Starbucks IT for better app service.
This app sucks
It doesn’t work most of the time. You can’t access the menu on each individual item if using a new location and can only load the same item. Sometimes it won’t even open the menu at all. You can’t click on the tabs. Who made this?

Orders
Can’t place a simple order this app will not register the address I’m at. In the past I have had two other orders and both drives dropped my food off at the wrong address. The only reason I was able to get my food was by calling the drivers to go back and grab my food. I know DoorDash deals with order pick ups but still have had bad experience using the delivery service on this app.
The best food I love
To be honest I been with panda express for years since I was a kid and I was so excited to try this type of food and my brain was explosion of new taste of food 🥰
Screw the app
I love Panda Express , but do not use this app! Use another app and order through them. This app is garbage and won’t let you update your info or add any information. I’ve updated my password and all the steps but then says I don’t have an account. So I’m gonna use UBEREATS.
Coupon Price Didn’t Match
I used a Panda Express coupon that advertised a plate, drink, and appetizer for $15. When I scanned the coupon, my total came out to $18 and some change. I asked the employee why the total was higher, and I was told that the coupon only took 20 cents off each item. That was really frustrating and misleading, because the coupon clearly made it seem like the entire meal would be $15. If there are restrictions or if the discount is applied differently, that should be clearly explained in the coupon. I was disappointed with the experience.
Great App
I use many Apps and this by far is a well written App. Easy to navigate and options and rewards are not an ordeal to apply. I recommend all that use it to add a dollar to the charity to show gratitude for this great app. The food on the way to me ain’t too bad either!

Family deal price
We used to order the family meal deal a lot. Great value to feed our family. The price has gone up so dramatically we will probably not be ordering here anymore.

Not for Canada?
App runs smooth but can’t get past the captcha until I’m on a US VPN. I can choose my Panda Express but it takes me to safari to order. And Canadian locations don’t offer rewards. So what’s the point of the app? Two stars because the app is actually smooth to use once I could log in.

I love Panda but good grief the app is TERRIBLE. It takes 5 years to load, and it just buffers every time I try to pay. Honestly, it feels like whoever designed this app is trying to dissuade people from eating at Panda 😂😂
