11 years then they want subscription
Had this app and used it for 11 years. Now all of a sudden it does not work and they demand a subscription.
Could be better
Would be a lot better if there was an administrator/teacher view vs parent. It allows anyone to edit whatever has been entered for sleep or meals instead of it just showing as an update on the parents end.
Would be great if it worked
We got this app at the suggestion of our doula, who liked that she could be added as a caregiver. The app features and categories are useful, but it frequently deletes entries that we’ve made. It’s annoying for diapers since that info is needed for the pediatrician, but it’s infuriating for pumped milk amounts. I’m trying to keep track of supply and doing all of the work of pumping and logging at all hours of the day and night and entries will disappear from one feed to the next. Do not recommend for that reason.
Good app but glitches
I love the idea of this app, but it’s been really frustrating to use because it randomly deletes past breastfeeding entries and data. I log every feeding, including how long my baby feeds on each breast, and I rely on that information to track patterns and review the data summaries. For example, I’ll check the app and see that I last fed my baby 2.5 hours ago, then check again 30 minutes later and it suddenly says the last feeding was 7.5 hours ago because the previous entries disappeared. There doesn’t seem to be any rhyme or reason to when it happens - it feels completely random. Because of this, it’s hard to trust that the data and summaries are accurate, or even that the information I log will still be there later. That’s especially frustrating when trying to accurately track my newborn feeding schedules and the fact that I pay monthly for the app. I am considering trying a different app out that doesn’t have these glitches.

I like every feature the app provides. One feature I would add: Let user define new labels under “Activities” like when user is in the “Bath” session. I need to record neck stretching times for my baby but you can only define custom labels under “Bath”. So, that’s what I have been doing. But I think same feature should be available under “Activities “ as well. But overall, great app!!!
Stop asking me to rate it
Really useful app for raising a child, but I have been nagged for over a year to rate the app. Fine, now I’m rating the app. Stop annoying your users.

Once you get to play around and know the system, it seems like a really good way to keep track of your kids activities and their day-to-day lives

Strongly recommend
As a Newborn Care Specialist, I use this app regularly and strongly recommend it to parents, caregivers, and nannies. It makes it so easy to keep track of everything a baby needs throughout the day, including feeding, sleep, diapers, doctor visits, bottle feeding, tummy time playtime, and developmental milestones. One of my favorite features is that it’s also incredibly helpful for breastfeeding and pumping moms. You can track pumping sessions and keep track of your stored breast milk, so you always know how much milk you have stashed away. That can be such a helpful tool for moms who are building a freezer supply or managing pumped milk. It’s also great for tracking potty training, playdates, baby’s first tooth, tummy time, developmental milestones, and so much more. Having everything organized in one place makes communication between parents, nannies, and other caregivers so much easier. As a Newborn Care Specialist, I truly appreciate how comprehensive and user friendly this app is. I strongly recommend it to new parents, pumping and breastfeeding moms, nannies, and childcare professionals. It’s like having a complete record of your baby’s daily routine and milestones all in one place!

Excellent
I have used this app over the course of five years both for my daughter and my son and it has been great. I have only ever experienced one issue with the app, and the support team resolved within 24 hours of reaching out to them. Overall an excellent experience. One minor thing I wish could be updated is how the custom food entries are stored. They appear to be saved local to the phone. So if you and your partner are sharing the app, your entries in the food library are not available from the other phone. And if you need to uninstall and reinstall the app, those custom entries are deleted. A better experience would be to save them remotely and have them sync to both phones automatically. Not a huge deal, it just requires entering the same food to your library from each phone otherwise.
Customer service lacking for bug issues
Latest update is causing issues of time on my husband’s android device. We have been using the app for 9 months now - but customer service insists it’s because of my Apple device auto time setting (despite us using the app with no issue until literally this latest release). If this continues, will have to abandon the app and begin using a new once since these developers and customer service employees can’t communicate.

Vital les 3 premiers mois, après se réduit un peu
Génial pour les premières semaines, vital même pour les jeunes parents crevés. Après, pour 6 mois et plus, l’intérêt se réduit. Le suivi des médicaments est bien pratique en revanche, et l’app est bien pensée (widget, Apple Watch, même si un peu lente sur AW) Side note, l’interface est un peu vieillotte, un petit rafraîchissement ne ferait pas de mal
Parent to twins
This app has been absolutely crucial for us as we navigate parenting twins! We track sleep, feeds, and diapers. Grandparents and other relatives who are regular helpers in our lives are added as caretakers and can seamlessly jump in to help with this app in place. They also love to “spy” on the app when they’re not with us and see how the girls are sleeping and eating. We love it and can’t imagine trying to keep track of things without it!
Way too expensive for the glitches!
Does not notify me and my parents of messages when we all have our notifications on?! Very disappointed!
It’s alright
Pretty good, keeps myself and partner up to date with baby. Only thing is when you use Siri to start nursing timer sometimes it doesn’t record which is really annoying and difficult to rectify
Too many options, bad design
Great functionality but unfortunately in a poor design. The screens are overloaded with information that make it not so easy to use. The app also doesn’t work well when parents use a different language. The events are just saved in the language of the user who entered it. Totals and graphs are messed up as a result which really unfortunate. The is so much room to improve the app. I hope the developers read this and do something with it.

Organized and Simple yet Comprehensive
I love how simple it is to log items yet there are so many items you could log if you want to. I regularly log diapers, feeds and sleep but I can add in medicine, weight, temperature and notes to help keep track of everything. I love also being able to see the last month and compare everything to see trends. Love it!
disappointing, no free option
after free trail you can’t even use the app !! there is no free option at all which is really disappointing as the app was super helpful up until that point. disappointed.

The app has s a great tool for the tech minded parent. Collaboration between parents is easy.
Just ok
I wish it was easier to enter all data from the baby’s care. It takes too much time to enter each thing (feeding, diaper, medicine). It would be good to be able to enter it all at the same time. I have twins so it would take us too long to enter it all. We’re back to paper tables.

I understand charging for this app, but the price is atrocious. I think the app itself isn’t bad but there are equivalent apps out there without the high price tag.

Great for feeds
I mainly use this to record feeds - great way of keeping tabs of which side you fed off last and to see on graphs the total daily / weekly feeds. Also use to chart weight and height. Personally don’t use nappy change feature as feels over the top

Bonjour, j’utilise l’application depuis 9 maintenant et je payer rien et là j’ai un 3 eime enfants y a 6 mois et c devenu d’un seul coup payant sans que je m’en rende compte, je trouve ca abusé et ca vaut pas 5€. Que ce passe t’il si je résilie ? Vais je perdre tout ce qui es enregistrer ? Merci
Siri Shortcuts not working
There are articles online about this app supporting Siri Shortcuts. They don’t seem to work anymore. The article was two years ago but it’s a shame that they remove this feature.

I just downloaded this app but it constantly closes down. Specially when I want to select times and date inputs. Hope this can be fixed soon.

Easy to use
I've used this app on and off over the last few months, mainly to monitor feeds. It's easy to record whether manually or using the timer and allows you to customise the dashboard. I like the summaries by day for comparison and the timeline to help identify routines. I would have liked a bit more to the solid section to record whether they enjoyed the food or had any allergic reactions, although you can do this in the notes it's just something that would be useful summarised.

Cette application fait à peu près tout du point de vue fonctionnalités. Dommage que chaque utilisateur de la famille doive la payer si on n’est pas tous chez Apple ou qu’on utilise un téléphone pro en parallèle , elle pourrait venir avec une licence pour le père et la mère (voir nounou et grand mère mais la c’est peut être trop demander) :-/ Surtout qu’à ce prix l’application est buggée et le support peu impliqué : des saisies disparaissent aléatoirement je suis obligé de tout retaper. J’en ai parlé au support mais ils pensent que c’est moi qui n’ai pas compris. 🤦🏻♂️ L’erogonomie est à améliorée: l’interface est chargée et peu flatteuse a l’œil. Bref pas le meilleur achat que j’ai fait.

I love this app. I’ve been using it for almost a decade now. Brightwheel doesn’t even come close.
Don't not sync all the time.
Don't get me wrong. This app is great. Only giving 1 star because of the fact it doesn't sync all the time. We have to keep switching between mobile data and wifi. My wife and I use this to track our child's daily feed and sleep, but the sync'ing failure is a big issue. Please fix.
Really helpful especially when you're sleep deprived!
I've been using this app for the past six months. Before I had my baby it was recommended to me by a friend but I couldn't see the point. A few nights of trying unsuccessfully to remember whether the baby last fed ten minutes or three hours ago quickly changed that! I don't use all the features only the sleep and feed counters as I think you could be on here constantly, but just those aspects have proved really helpful. As time has gone on it has helped identify patterns in our baby's behaviour which in turn helped establish a routine. I've been recommending this app to all my pregnant friends.

Aplicativo muito bom, só uma coisa que não gostei, quando incluímos o cuidador (que no meu caso é o pai) ele tem pagar pelo aplicativo novamente, se eu comprei o aplicativo, para o meu marido deveria sair de graça!! Acho que vocês deveriam colocar para duas pessoas ter o aplicativo no celular, uma pessoa pagando e a outra tendo de graça!
