어느역에서 어디로 가야하려면 몇호선을 타야되는지 이런거를 난알켜주는 답답한 지하철앱입니다

몇년 째 너무 잘쓰고 있습니다. 다만 한참전에 요금이 인상됐는데 아직 반영이 안돼서 불편합니다. 인천공항1터미널>홍대 4,650원인데 4,500원으로 뜨고 다른 노선도 금액이 달라요. 업데이트 부탁드려요.
다 좋은데 최악인게
분명 토요일 새벽이나 아침에 노선 검색하고 시간 맞춰나왔는데 평일로 설정되어 있어서 지하철 놓친게 한두번이 아님 아니 시간이 이미 토요일 자정인데 왜 자꾸 평일로 검색되나요?? 토요일에서 공휴일 넘어가는것도 그럼

키보드 사이즈가 너무 커서 타이핑이 힘들어 키보드 해상도가 너무 낮고 자판 사이즈도 기본 키보드 보다 너무 크다고 아이폰 기본 메시지앱 사이즈로 대응좀 해줘 1. 자간이 너무 넓어 타이핑이 힘들어 2. 키보드 주면 라운딩은 iOS 26 처럼 만들었지만 크기가 안 맞음 3. 노선표는 초고화질인데 키보드 레이아웃은 너무 저화질

乗り換え案内がわかりにくい
アプリで日本語表示してくれるのは嬉しいのですが、乗り換えの際に方面と書かれているものが表示に載っておらず、どちらの改札に行けば良いのかわからなかった。 ぜひ改善していただきたい。 また出発の時間変更の仕方が分かりにくい。現在時間で変更できるようにして欲しい。

시간도 안맞고, 비추 동선을 안내하고. 결국 안쓰게 되네요. 오래전엔 믿고 썼었는데 아쉽습니다.

최소시간도 좋은데 도착시간이 빠른걸 좀 알려줘요
경의중앙선이 1분이라도 지하철을 덜 탄다고 나오면 경의중앙선을 타라고 뜨는데 막상 확인해보면 도착시간은 10분씩 늦고 그러는데. 아니면 선택지에서 경의중앙선 제외하고 최소시간 볼 수 있게 해주던가요

Worst Subway App
This is the WORST App. It is never accurate with the train arrival and departure places. The times also are inaccurate. I get lost almost every time I use it and I lived here many years!!!
원래 잘 썼는데 요즘에는ㅜ
옛날부터 너무 잘 썼었는데 최소 시간이 진짜 최소 시간이 아니고 제가 설정한 경로들이 훨씬 최소 시간이에요ㅜ 그리고 경유지 설정하는게 제가 원하는 대로 하고 싶을 때는 두 번 이상 선택이 안 되네요ㅜ 저는 환승시간이 짧은 곳들에서 경유를 하고 싶은데ㅜㅜ 이런 부분들이 개선되었으면 하네요. 제가 아는 길을 갈 땐 괜찮지만 제가 모르는 길을 가면 엄청 돌아갈 수도 있겠다 싶었어요

駅名が日本語表記のみなので駅によってはわからないことが多々あります。 ハングルと英語表記も併せて記載していただけたらかなり使いやすくなると思います。 駅番号もあるとわかりやすいです。 また、出発駅と到着駅を入力してルート検索ができる機能が有れば更に使いやすくなると思います。 今の検索方法では、路線図が頭に入っていない人は使えない場面があるのではないでしょうか。

Very confusing to use
요금 반영 안됨
왜 자꾸 비싼 GTX만 나오고 다른 경로 탐색이 안되나했더니 요금 반영이 안되고 다 1650원으로 나오네요. 최소시간, 최소환승에 요금도 반영하면 더 훌륭한 앱이 되겠어요

요번 업데이트 이후 어플이 제대로 작동하지 않습니다 출발-도착 설정시 어플 강제 종료 되요 어플 초창기때부터 쓰던 사람인데 이런 오류로 어플 지우고 싶지 않아요 얼른 수정해 주세요 ㅠ

8호선 신 개통 부분과 기존 부분 연결 오류
연장 구간에서 출빌해서 도착역이 암사역사 공원까지는 정상적으로 보이나 기존 노선 구간을 도착역으로 지정할 경우 돌아가라고 나옵니다..... 아니 연장한지 한달이 넘어가는 데 아직도 안고쳐진게..... N년째 잘 쓰고 있었는데 다른 어플로 넘어가야할 거 같아여

My subway app broke and only shows a blank screen. Still the same after reinstalling.

慣れると結構使えます！日本語と韓国語表記の切り替えがもう少しパッと出来ると韓国人に聞く時に便利ですね。あと現在どこにいるかは分からないのでNEVER MAPと併用して使ってます。あと所用時間がたまに変な時あるかな？
Good potential, needs improvement.
I downloaded this app prior to arriving in Seoul for the weekend. Having lived in Shanghai for the last 3 years with one of the biggest metro systems in the world, there are loads of APPs to chose from to Navigate the metro, and I’ve found the best for shanghai. I was hoping that this app would be of a similar standard. While this app has lots of good things going for it, easy to view map, live information, close up of metro stations for exits, first/last train times; I found the User Interface difficult to navigate! My biggest issue was trying to figure out how to input a start and end station and for the app to show me how long it would take and what lines / exchange I should take! After 10 minutes I still couldn’t find it! I’m sure the feature is there, but it really should not be this difficult to find! If this was made a bit more obvious I think the app would be great. 2/5 rating.

거리두기 정책 반영도 안돼있는디 왜 맨날 업데이트 하라그러는지 지금도 45분 50분 55분 차 있다그래서 기다리는데 50분 차 없고;;;; 저번에는 막차가 집까지 안가고 끊겨서 택시 탔어요 지하철 어플이 이런거 반영안하면 뭐하러 씁니까 그리고 경로 검색 한거 앱 나갔다 오면 화면에서 사라지고 다시 검색에서 기록으로 찾아야하는것도 진짜 불편하고 도착 시간 알리는것도 셋팅 해봤는데 알림보다 무슨 3-5분 빨리 도착해서 못 내릴뻔 했어요 ;;;;
