我說獨旅女性，第一趟使用在釜山，是一位老司機，即便在系統設好地址他還是要求你給「韓文地址」，我給他看韓文地點他也無法溝通，一直用韓語吼我，吼我也沒用啊，我又聽不懂，只是感受到惡意更緊張而已…後來才知道他要的是地址，不是地點==，我路邊攔車的司機還會自己輸入，因為被亂收費決定還是用叫車的，結果第一趟就遇到這個狀況。這不是一個面向非韓國旅人的系統嗎？那是一趟20幾分鐘的車程，整個過程我都很害怕。因為我被吼了，我聽得懂他罵的是韓文髒話，即便不會說韓文但我們應該都聽得懂西八吧！ 後來想他應該是不想用系統的導航= =建議是要備好韓文地址，以備不時之需。 但下一趟服務很好。

上車地點：釜山Art museum 時間：2026/5/14 下午 我在5/14在Art museum這邊叫車，費用是預先扣款，我還有訊息給司機，但是司機在沒有載到人的情況下直接開走，我發現他開走的時候app竟然沒有防止機制，只有取消行程，但是點了還是沒有任何措施，只能在客服這邊留言，後面還要等電子郵件才有後續。 為什麼司機可以沒有載到人擅自按下開始的按鈕，為什麼都沒有防護乘客的機制？ 為什麼我按下取消行程的時候，司機還可以繼續開，然後顯示抵達目的地，還問我評價如何？ K.ride竟然允許這種事情發生嗎？一點保障都沒有

非常好用的軟體
我在這次來韓國只要轉乘地鐵很麻煩的地方我就直接用這個軟體叫車，非常方便，可以跟司機直接留言對話，用中文留言自動轉成韓文，唯一要注意的是是否有不確定的地點（因為我都是直接用地圖選取我要下車的地方，如果不知道在地圖的哪裏，建議先做一下功課或是在Google地圖抓取該地點的韓文發音），用信用卡扣款，完全不需要帶著韓元到處跑

一星都不想給，還沒開始使用才註冊綁定信用卡兩個多小時後就被盜刷，是怎麼回事？！看來貴公司的個資保存有很大問題，請大家要使用時多注意自身的信用卡安全。
