I have learned so much from this game, I pretty much taught myself how to play.
the easy mode doesnt even work
it’s impossible for a begineer to win against the computer even on easiest mode, it’s like the game refuses you to think for yourself so it wants you to use hints to win the game but then if you do that how are you suppose to play and learn by yourself

Beginner problem
I wish they had it a more easier way to see which piece can go where and I wish they added more of a tutorial besides that it’s really fun. It’s a little tough for a beginner, but besides that this is really fun and addictive.

Ok not the best but still good
It’s good and all, and it works well. The chess pretty fun too. I just fell like it’s missing some more features like a better Home Screen and more options and stuff like that. Sometimes it’s hard to navigate and try to find what you’re looking for. It’s just a chess app and nothing else.

Kind of a waste, Way as well play against family and friends… 2 stars and a half or less If you add some of this things I will change my review 1) add chess lessons, 2) a chess dictionary would be useful for beginners, like not an actual dictionary but a spot were you can find out what some words mean, like past pawns, I did not know what that meant but I do now. It is frustrating to hear words and not understand what they mean. 3) play against other people, 4) tournaments, Thanks for reading

What a joke
Every time i almost win it stalemates I had two rooks two bishop the queen and a knight left and it had two ponds and the king and it stalemated, it’s stale mated before but this is pathetic just take the loss
Illegal position of pieces?
In the puzzles part of the app where you solve in two moves etc., the pieces are already in position. Due to the pieces being illegally positioned, it’s impossible to achieve. And the game just keeps you unable to solve that level unless you buy hints. But playing as a beginner, I guess it’s ok. But I think advanced players will be pretty annoyed. I wished the puzzles were achievable and not fraudulent. : ))
My experience
I never get tired of this game, very easy to navigate, I give this a 5 star!!!!!
Cheating
I watched the app cheat in real time. I even undid my move and did it over to see if the game would cheat again. Only a night can jump over other pieces, but I watched as the game moved the board moved the King next to the Rook in the corner, and the Rook immediately teleported to the other side of the King on the same turn. That’s cheating as only one piece is allowed to move per turn and only a Knight can jump.

Best layout, kind of annoying play
This app has the simple black and white 2D layout that is simply the best for a flat screen. However, the bot is keen on repeating moves in situations where the pieces are in a lose-lose position. Generally speaking, if one repeats 20 times the game should be called a draw. I often play for draws, as they have a way of offering a balanced result in terms of overall skill.
Poor
Even on the hardest setting doesn’t play to a great standard. Promote a pawn and you get a Queen, which might not be what you want. Aimed at 4+. Probably better for under 6s. Graphics are fair, and no ads so not a 1 star, but not that good.

À certains moments le système n’accepte pas certains mouvements valables surtout vers la fin d’une partie. Et je ne peut roquer avec les.blancs. Mais j’aime vraiment votre applicaption.

This game is all my favorite things put together, puzzles chess and multiplayer. I love this because it has all the aspects of chess and more! Only downside is you can do this and more on Chess.com

There have times when I move my pawn beside the opposing pawn and the opposing pawn takes my pawn!!!!! Why?

I am wondering why: 1. A pawn can only become a queen? It should be able to become a rook, knight or a bishop too 2. Why can’t see the puzzles that I have already done. They are locked.
Problem
During the chess game if you are in check and the piece that is threatening you is In front of you, you are unable to take that piece. TF? How does that make sense
Stalemate when it’s checkmate
Good app but continuously ends the game as Stalemate when it’s quite clearly “checkmate”. No good if you’re learning to play. Sort this out techies. It’s not chess if you can’t checkmate !!!!!

It’s okay up to a point , but the computer makes errors and seems to take pieces which are unprotected, without seeing that there is a reason for it . This is even on ‘ hard ‘ mode . Having said that , it passes time with ease . Is it fun ? Oh yes !
Puzzle issues
Only recently installed. I have gone straight for the puzzles and ame sure that puzzles 15, 16, 17 and 19 are not mate in 2.
