Ich wurde von Samuel betreut, als ich wegen der Wertkarte angerufen habe. Er hat mir sehr geholfen und war äußerst kompetent. Vielen Dank für den tollen Service!
Preis Leistung
Das einzige was schlechte ist die überteuerte Preise. Das ganze Service ist für mich wie Disneyland eine unvorstellbare unübersichtliche Ablenkung. Wieso gelingt anderen eine schlicht einfache Menü aufzubauen? Für mich als einfacher User sind die folgenden Menüs wichtig: Rechnung, Reklamation eventuell ein Hotline Nummer die in weniger als 5 Minuten erreichbar ist! Vergangene Daten und Minuten, sind nicht übertragbar? Wieso? Loyalität Bonus? Familien Bonus ? Schulen ? Etc... Wäre es möglich dass die Lehrer, die mit Mobiltelefon arbeiten etwas zugeschnittenes Paket bekommen.

Does not work well
The app works when you want to see usage on your phone, your contract details, your remaining balance, your past payment history. It does not work to configure your router, at least with an iPhone. I am not sure about other platforms. The router you get from magenta does not have an IP interface. It can only be configured with the app. And it does not appear that Bridge mode is possible, so I can’t put a more advanced router behind them magenta router,. I was told by support to try the android version. Since I don’t have any android devices, that is not going to be so easy.

Language options really help
I’ve found this app really helpful but learning German, sometimes I’ve struggled to find what I need, but that has also been good for my learning. Now there is an English option! Yay! Thank you.
Doesn’t have basic features
Doesn’t let you change language. Hard to use for non German speakers. Having a language button is basic. Google translate would be enough to get by

When you open the Magenta app from a country it takes you to another Magenta app from a different country. A pretty bad bug I would say.

Some very stupid people seem to make mistakes
I have spent hours on the phone fixing stupid mistakes that anonymous fools in the background have made. I am very disappointed overall with the company although there are some super nice and talented people who work there. The product and the overall intelligence of the company is very weak

Your emails send you to the app which doesn’t show any offers
I received an email offering discounts for things psych as ski rentals. You cannot access the offers from the email and have to download the app and log in. Once you have the app, there are no offers to be found anywhere. Seems very deceptive and a waste of your customers’ time.

Works well, very useful. Would be nice to see in-app messages actually in the app and not just in the phone notification centre. It would also be great if we could add other contracts and not just mobile contracts (home internet etc).
Additional Language
As frequent business traveler and sim card owner, I need the app to be in English so that I can use it. Today mistakenly I logged out just because I was looking for the option to charge my account!!!
