Aplikacija je odlična je velmo lako raditi snjom.
Najgora moguca App ikada!
IT odjel pa vi pojma nemate o materiji IT. Prihvatite se motike i lopate, ako vec veze nemate, kako uspostaviti APP da Vasi korisnici bez vecih problema mogu koristiti Vase usluge. Sto sam bio Vas korisnik, bio sam. 👎👎👎👎

Ein Widget das die verbrauchten Daten anzeigt wäre praktisch
Keine Kostenlimits
App funktioniert und zeigt verbrauchte Daten/Minuten an. Jedoch können keine Kostenlimits angegeben werden wie bei anderen Mobilfunkanbietern. Um dies einmalig über den Kundenservice einzustellen wird eine Gebühr von 1€/Monat fällig. Das ist abzocke. Bei MTel Deutschland kann dies bequem über die App kostenlos eingestellt werden. Warum hier nicht? Warum werden hier Kosten fällig? Nicht kundenfreundlich :(

Aplikacije je odlicna. Sve informatzije oko ugovora,mobilini i-net i ostalim stvari su u lepom dezijanu u aplikaciju.
Najgore iskustvo s mobilnim operaterom i aplikacijom
Aplikacija je daleko najgora koju sam ikada koristila. Nepregledna, zbunjujuća i gotovo je nemoguće pronaći osnovne informacije. Vrlo je neintuitivna i potpuno neprilagođena korisnicima. Dodatno razočaranje je što sam uzela kako bih bila dostupna u inostranstvu, a tamo uopće nisam bila dostupna dok nisam saznala slučajno. Isto pozivi se prekidaju češće puta na sred razgovora. To mi se nikada nije desilo sa drugim mobilnim operaterima. Ni zaposlenice u MTEL poslovnici nisu znale jasno objasniti problem ni ponuditi konkretno rješenje . Sve je bilo vrlo konfuzno i neprofesionalno. Moje iskustvo je izuzetno loše i nepreporučujem.
Datendarstellung fehlerhaft
Ich habe nun seit Monaten das Problem, dass ich mich nicht einloggen kann. Wenn es funktioniert, kann ich auf keine Rechnungen oder Einzelgesprächsnachweise zugreifen. Habe auch bereits mehrfach beim Kundenservice angerufen und das Problem gemeldet, bei ihnen im System funktioniert es, ist dann die Aussage. Weiters sehe ich meine Freieinheiten für das aktuelle Monat auch nicht mehr, da seit bereits November 2024 steht, dass alles aufgebraucht ist. Ich bitte dieses Problem endlich zu beheben, danke!

ich kann mich seit Monaten nicht einloggen in mein Benutzerkonto, laut Service-Mitarbeiter wird daran gearbeitet… wie lange braucht ihr dafür hä? Werde leider den Vertrag kündigen müssen, sobald er ausläuft.

Was ist denn los? Keine Chance sich in der App einzuloggen. Immer Fehlermeldung. Hotline sagt, Fehler im System ist bekannt und ihr arbeitet daran. Seit Monaten..??!! Als die App noch ging, war sie eigentlich ok.

Blue button for SMS activation of application not reachable
Once you get activation code for application via SMS and you entered, there is no way to press blue button for next because it is hidden bellow numpad. Can developers move this blue button more higher so that once activation code is entered you can actually continue?

Aplikacija je skroz bez veze, godinama nema nikakvog pomaka ili bilo kakvog pokušaja da se ovo poboljša!!!! Jedna zvezda je previše!!!

Das gesamte Entwicklungsteam dieser Anwendung sollte gefeuert werden. Die App funktioniert nicht. Viele Leute beschweren sich, aber es hat sich nichts verbessert.

Seit längerem komm ich in die App nicht rein! Nicht mal über den Browser kann ich meine Daten abrufen. Wenn ich in bei dem Kundenservice anrufen meinen sie nur, dass es bei mir ein Fehler gebe und sie dagegen nichts machen können.
