Für mich wichtigen Themen fehlen
Die wichtigsten Sachen fehlen in der App: 1.) Speedport Unterstützung für Konfiguration des WLAN. Ich muss immer in die blöde Browser-Oberfläche. 2.) Eine Live-Anzeige der WLAN-Signalqualität wäre klasse, wo ich mit meinem Gerät durch die Wohnung laufen kann, um zu sehen, ob mittlere Signalstärke ausreicht oder es die hohe sein muss. 3.) Eine Erklärung in der App bei den WLAN-Einstellungen, ob man die SSID für beide Frequenzbänder identisch oder unterscheidbar machen sollte, mit Blick auf die Strahlungsbelastung, wenn der Speedport die ganze Zeit zentral in der Wohnung steht. 4.) Einfaches Hinterlegen von zu blockierenden SPAM-Nummern. Wenn die App das nicht kann, dann leitet halt von der App in eine andere App oder in den Browser zur Unterseite, wo man das machen kann. Magenta App ist auf iPad. Alle Telekom Festnetznummern leiten auf meine Mobilfunknummer (ist nicht bei Telekom). Wie kann ich SPAM Nummer melden, die per Weiterleitung von Festnetz auf mein Android Handy kommt? Voicemail App auf iPad wurde ja leider eingestellt, aber ich habe sie noch auf dem Android. Aber auch dort finde ich keine Einstellung. Die einzige Einstellung, die ich immer wieder mal benötige, finde ich nicht. Im Suchfeld der Magenta App „SPAM Nummer blocken“ eingegeben - kein passendes Ergebnis. Warum kriegt die Telekom das nicht hin? Update 6.9.26 Für einen simplen Speedtest ist ein Login erforderlich. OK. Aber dann kommt noch der Zwang zu 2FA. Ich muss auf zurück klicken und dann noch mal auf Speedtest, damit der Mist startet. Ihr nervt! 2FA ist MEINE Entscheidung und ich will es NICHT.
App does not fully translate
The option to have the app in English is a partial truth since the app doesn’t translate everything which is frustrating and misleading. Please take the time to fully translate your app in the languages you offer. Your customers will get more out of the app and you will get more € from your customers. IKEA manages to do this quite well in all the regions they are in offering at minimum two language options with full website/app/in-store (register) translations.
Nach Update auf v.20.8.17 funktioniert der Login nicht mehr
Nach dem update auf v20.8.17 funktioniert das Anmelden mit dem Telekom Login nicht mehr. Hat in der vorherigen Version bisher immer funktioniert. Dort war noch ein zusätzlich versendeter Code notwendig.

Can’t connect line to account, keeps telling me an error has occurred and doesn’t work.
Suchen und Finden
in der Magenta App finde ich alles, was ich suche/brauche, die Übersicht war in der vorherigen Version für mich einfacher (Moments alles untereinander statt auch nebeneinander und dann teilweise noch einmal untereinander), aber so oder so wird ja alles weiter entwickelt und man muss sich anpassen

Estupenda aplicación que te hace la vida fácil. Recargar la tarjeta, ver tu estado o usar AI todo en un único sitio. Una de mis apps favoritas por su utilidad y facilidad manejo.
Sinnlos
Diese App ist sinnlos wenn man keine Vertrag mit der Telekom hat. Zum Wiederaufladen einer pre-paid Simkarte braucht man ein Telekom-Konto. Das geht aber nur wenn man in D wohnt. Wer einmal im Jahr zu besuch kommt kauft besser jedesmal eine neue Karte.

Es wäre super wenn man bei aufgebrauchtem Guthaben, zumindest in der Buchsstrasse bei euch, ohne reduziertes Datenvolumen eine Option buchen könnte. Ohne Datenvolumen und WLN nehmt ihr dem Kunden jegliche Chance, bei euch schnell Guthaben zu kaufen.

Doesn’t work
Tried to activate that prepaid SIM card - this app doesn’t work. Those SIM cards sold at retail and grocery stores are total trap. It’s so easy to buy them, but once you attempt to actually activate them, the process is nearly impossible to complete. Just buy a normal travel eSIM and don’t bother trying.
Language settings
While the majority of the app can have its language changed in the settings, notifications and promotions do not change. If this were adjusted I would give the app 5 stars

Completely unusable application
This application is complete trash. Only a few UI elements are translated to English. Nearly any action you try to do sends you to the website. You are continuously being asked to confirm your identity in few different ways, and those dialog chains is stocked. Cannot use it at all.

Why does the site and messages come in only German? I selected English as my primary language, and still get messages in German. I’m new to Germany and still trying to learn the language. There should be an option on all messages to translate. I would really appreciate that.

The in store experience on base was nothing short of easy and honest about what needs your plans are and pricing. Honesty and straightness goes along way.
Poor user interface
The App language is set to English, but half of the items are still shown in German. My personal details like customer number are not visible and require logging in with the same customer number to find out (impossible loop). My data volume got suspended and did not get reinstated after topping up. Overall pretty bad experience.
Functional but Cluttered
The app is working well but the interface is a bit crowded and and could be better structured.
Great App
Being in Germany you will receive things via email in German. This app allows for English to be an option which is great for better understanding of your contract and bill
Glitchy terrible UX
The new app design doesn’t even show credit usage. I tried to top up my prepaid plan and can’t use the data. Most companies make this easier

Not able access when hi speed data is over
Telekom should allow to operate this app even there is no high speed data. Today when I was outside my high speed data was over. When I am trying to top up data package I am not able to open this app also. This is how the low data is working.
