I love the app. It works great. The only thing I don’t like is that the data doesn’t translate over to Strava like they say it does. I hope that fix is coming in an update soon.
Misc Bug Fixes and Improvements??? DON’T THINK SO!
I’ve been an enthusiastic user of iBiker for several years, and have always loved the way that it provides a visual representation of my heart rate during spin classes. I liked it even more when, a few years ago, it enabled Apple Watch support so that I didn’t have to wear the annoying chest strap any more. For the cost of a modest in-app purchase, I had an app that really improved my spin class experience. It kept getting better over the years—until the 10.099 “upgrade.” Nothing worked any more. It no longer recognized my email and password. Instead, it wanted to treat me as a new user, and the simple in-app purchase to connect to sensors is gone. Instead, I would have to buy a subscription for $20 to $30 per year. I just wanted to connect my watch to the app, and I don’t need all of those “perks” that come with the subscriptions, like astrological readings, Sushi recipes, dog walking services. I’ll give the app two stars for this rating in view of all of the good years that it had, but I’m moving on.
Devastated
I’ve been using the app for a while now and a lot over the past few months but after the update 2 days ago the app has stopped working on my phone🤬
A Decade of Use
I’ve trained thousands of miles using iBiker with good heart monitors. Not only has the data it collects enabled me to strategize my biking performance improvement, it tipped me off one day I’d suddenly gone into A-fib. That day my beginning heart rate was 176 instead of a typical 87.
Doesn't work
You have to sign up, and give them a user name, email address and password. I keep getting "that username is taken" So I made up a random letters/numbers still got "that user name is taken" Is this just an email harvesting scam?
Good app
I like this better than the fitness app on the Apple Watch since I can edit the workout to include the distance and fix the calories burned. My only issue is the timer. It gets behind compared to the one on my exercise bike. It’s about a minute off by 30 minutes into it. I’d like to be able to add my average speed too. Otherwise it’s great.
Disappointed
I used to love this app but got away from cycling for a year or so. Trying to get back to training now and nothing I’ve tried to pair my Garmin hrm-tri has worked. Tough to do a heart rate based workout if the app won’t connect with the heart rate monitor.
Disappointing
I have been using the app on a daily basis, not sure why it is now struggling to find the GPS Location, I am sometimes half way to work when it’s found it! This app started off really well and there isn’t anything else I can use, it connects to my Fitbit easily. Please resolve as when it works it’s all I need 😊
Amazing - for all kinds of exercise
This app is amazing. It syncs to my spin bike and gives me all the data! It saves my data in an app and online and gives me awesome charts. It connects with my Apple Watch - all so easy. I love this app.
Zones Don't Work
I paid for the subscription to get the real time heart zones, and when I start a workout, the zones I customized do start working, but within seconds a completely different set of zones takes over my screen while I'm working out. What in the world kind of glitch is that? The app is broken.

Stopped working
Worked great for a few months. Now it does not work at all. I have contacted the company via email and I get not response back. I will use another app from now on.
Ibiker comparability with Apple health
If you set ibiker to work in metric the app works nicely giving you distance measurements in km. But when you look at the Apple ihealth dater received from ibiker the data is incorrect. For example if you do 10km on your workout then Apple ihealth will show 16.09km. This needs to be addressed by the developer. Other than this annoying problem I would have given the app a higher start rating. Overall it's a very good app.
Voice
I liked the old voice better
GPS not working. Affects all the outputs
I have been working with iBiker, iCardio, and Irunner for a few years and paying for the best app info. However, since about 9/2022 (not sure exactly when), the GPS settings are really far off of reality, (at least 10% off), which affects all the other settings. I thought that maybe the problem was with the particular app (iBiker, iCardio or iRunner) and switched between them, but the problem isn't the apps. It seems to be the aassociated GPS. Not sure what the problem is, but, with the deficient GPS, all other settings are suspect. I'm paying for this app, and it is not delivering. Please either fix the problem or cancel my subscription.
Best biking app, love it, but...
Since the most recent update it won’t sync to my Apple health and it deletes my workout from iBiker after I view it. I’m not sure if it’s trying to force me to upgrade or if the app just isn’t working. Very frustrating. I tried running it at the same time as the Under Armour app tonight on my ride and was very disappointed with the Under Armour one. I’m holding out hope that iBiker will somehow get fixed so I can continue using it as I’ve been loving it for years.

I've been using this app for a few month and it does seem to be the most complete app around for logging workouts as well as other data such as weight and resting heart rate. I mostly use the app for cycling and whilst it works fairly well I'm not so impressed with the Digifit web site. It looks like the data used on the web site is a significantly reduced version of what is recorded by the app, also the feedback section is almost impossible to navigate I can't find my previous posts to see if there have been any updates. The one problem I have with the app itself is that they appear to be slow in supporting new hardware, Wahoo's Rflkt for example. I'm going to persist with it for now but will keep reviewing updates on other apps e.g. Strava and Wahoo Fit, to see if they better meet my needs.
Buyer Beware!
As a senior citizen I purchased a lifetime subscription. Now they changed the rules and want to charge me for using my watch. The obvious reason? Profit margins are flagging so they search for more profits. It usually means the app will disappear in the near future. Shame on you Ibiker for bilking the elderly!!!
Must be a miner
Requires you to create an account before you can do anything. Ridiculous. You don’t need an online account to track a ride. Which means they’re mining YOU.

I have been using ibiker for 4 years now, and there is nothing better out there that captures what I am looking for and allows me to set my dash board the WAY I WANT TO!! (Simple while Riding, just the feedback I want, then analysis later, after the ride) I wanted to give a shout out to technical support, especially Chris! I use my iPhone mostly and always for ibiker. I recently lost that phone with 4 years of rides/routes/data on it, and the email account to recover my login is no longer active! (Couldn't remember the password anyway....) I reached out to the ibiker guys with a different email, through the app that I re-downloaded, and they got right back to me! I provided some background of the name of my account and the location of the last known rides, and Chris was able to find my account, reset the password for me and get it back to me! All of the sudden, I have all of my custom pages again that I like to use, and more importantly, my Riding history!! (I go different places for work, and like to find new routes, and once I have that, I can go back through my history and find the route when I visit there again) Chris, Thanks again for the rapid response, you guys are the best!! Version 8.113 won't connect to GPS
I used to love this app, but since the late December 2017 update to version 8.113, it will no longer connect to GPS, despite trying all the suggested fixes, including deleting and reinstalling.
Mostly good
The only thing i'd change is. The voice alerts between heart ranges is tedious and a single beep doesn't distinguish an increase from a decreasing heart rate. Maybe two tones for increase and one for decreasing rate. Does what is says on the box.
Great app
I’ve been using this app for several years and really like it. Give me lots of stats such as mileage, elevation, speed, and a map of my ride. It also keeps a log of all my rides. Great app.

Was useful-now totally useless
I had to replace my Polar H7 HR monitor with an new H7 that does pair with my iPhone 7 but iBiker will not recognize the new H7. Looking for another app with HR Zones.
Average App
Very basic. Prefer using Runkeeper and Virtual Pace Rider in the Paceline app.

A happy user for many years!
I have had this app for many years. It’s one of only a few of my many many apps that has been with me for over 10 years. I love a recent update whereby it pauses if I stop my activity. It keeps me motivated.
Disappointing
The App looked good and promised a lot. You only get 10 minutes to try it out however, and with the ability to only connect one sensor (cadence). Can't really assess very well in 10 minutes with limited access and capability whether I want to invest in this product. That was a turn off for me and I will take my business elsewhere. You've got to give a little to get a lot. I recommend that you rethink your business model. Good luck.

For as popular as biking is, there is a dearth of functional biking apps. Some are so complicated as to make them nearly useless. Others are so limited that it is difficult to find anything useful in them. IBiker is among the best. iBiker comes as close as any biking apps I've used that allows me to customize its functions to provide data important to me . My needs are pretty fundamental. I want to know my heart rate, how far I've gone, how long I've been riding and a map showing my route. Some functions are a little overly complicated. For instance, the connection between my Apple Watch and iPhone seems to get confused when starting a ride. Pressing "Start" on the watch results in an error on the iPhone saying the sensor couldn't be connected. Conversely, starting a ride with my iPhone causes my Watch to go into pause mode. Monkeying around with both devices will eventually get them synced and working properly. The iPhone display is bright and read easily. Customization is easy and gives numerous options. The added bonus is that there are a plethora of other excise types from which to choose. I'm off to the gym to try a few of them out using iBiker! (I would love to beta test this app to help quash some of its bugs and to recommend improvements in the UI.)
Flaky
When it works it is great. Unfortunately about 60% of the time it can't find my garmin sensors. So I'm all togged up in my riding gear, standing out in the cold morning astride my bike and I'll be late for work if I don't get moving soon. Do you think I have time to restart my phone, replug the ant dongle, and generally monkey about with recalcitrant software? No. I don't. So 60% of the time it is a waste of money and in another week or so it'll be a deleted waste of money

IBiker app no longer works... it just crashes
A couple of months ago the updated version of iBiker started crashing every time I launch it. I restart the iPhone and have removed and reinstalled the app but it still crashes when I launch it each time. There have been at least 2 more updates but those versions of iBiker do the same — crashing every time I start the app. So, I give up. It was a great app and I used it all the time. But, if it won’t run, there is no point in keeping it on my phone. It’s time to delete iBiker app, permanently. Good bye iBiker. I liked you when you worked and am sad that you no longer launch without crashing.

Fix the GPS
I'm really enjoying the digifit for my morning and evening commutes on my bike. It tells me how long I took, what my average speed was, and how far I went. BUT what it consistently gets wrong is my top speed. Yesterday it told me that my top speed was 611 km/h. The other day it was 96. Clearly this is totally incorrect unless i have a rocket stuck to the back of my bike. Please fix this

Upgrade to Pro version not working.
This app worked well during the free trial period, but stopped working after that. I paid for the Pro version for the HR, Cadence and other device pairings. The app detects all of my devices but quits using them after 10 minutes because it thinks I’m using the free version. All attempts to fix this with a restore purchases and reinstall of the app. Have not fixed the problem.
Very good
This is a very helpful app, not just recording distance but also elevation. Far more accurate than the Fitbit version, just need to make sure it's still working if you stop for more than 10mins.

Recent update
Ibiker recently did an update. After the with a free trial of 10 minutes of use for my sensors. After 10 minutes all sensors lost connection. I had previously paid for the upgraded version that allowed the sensors to connect for the entire ride. Even though time remains on my yearly purchase, iBiker simply wiped the remaining time out and kept the payment. So the new version will rip you off, keep your money, and want an additional payment. Poor business practices. DO NOT UPDATE. You will have to pay again if you want your sensors to work. Be forewarned!

Ok. Great app. All it needs is your home wifi connection at the start to track a whole bunch of different workouts. One thing though. It only works ONCE without you giving it all your information (age, weight, height) to make an account. FIX THIS PLEASE !
