What people like
- Beautiful and intuitive user interface
- Great sync across all your devices
- Works perfectly with Amazon orders
What they complain about
- USPS tracking now requires a subscription
- Support team ignores customer messages
- Lacks support for many local carriers
Love it. Would pay more for UPS and FedEx
Hey folks, I also bought this app a decade ago before it went subscription but dang if it’s still really good — especially with Amazon tracking. Anyway, devs: I’d pay more for a subscription if you could support UPS and FedEx delivery times inside the app. I know it’s expensive but I hope you can make it work.
Useless
You legit have to pay to track a package not even 1 free tracking. Useless app 0/10
Great Tracker - Other Companies Ruined It
This was, for years, the best tracking app I’d ever used. Worked and synced flawlessly over iOS, iPadOS, and macOS. The syncing still works, but slowly the delivery companies I use have been changing the way they allow tracking by third party apps, often removing it. Now it’s a good app to create placeholders for deliveries, but the status no longer shows in the app. You have to click a delivery and “view online,” which takes you to the shipping company’s web site for status updates. This isn’t Deliveries’ fault, so still giving it four stars.
Usefulness Declining
I bought the app before the subscription model craze. I loved it for tracking my deliveries. But over time it’s declined in usefulness. First, FedEx deliveries stopped working, then UPS. Now, I can’t see USPS deliveries without subscribing… even though I should, since I was one of the original users. I’ve reached out to support several times. My messages are ignored. Don’t buy this app, simply because the developers don’t respond to support requests, forcing poor reviews.
Used to be great
Now buggy, and support doesn’t reply. Sometimes refuses to add new entries. Sometimes refuses to delete old entries. I mostly just want a place to index my expected packages, and can’t even trust that. Paid to get it working better, but no joy.
It’s worth the subscription
Yes everyone, the developer recently required a subscription for USPS, even if you paid for one many years ago. It’s $5 for an entire year, come on. If you made an app and wanted to make income off of it, then you either charge something or blast it with ads. If you’re buying and shipping things, you can afford five bucks. This app won awards for a reason. It has by far the best UX and thoughtful features across all the tracking apps. Hopefully they can find a workaround to FedEx and UPS’ API change, but the current implementation isn’t bad. Support your indie developers.
App became trash
I bought and had been using this app for over 10 years , now they changed the app to a subscription model, the app I paid for is useless now. They put basic functionality behind a pay wall. I would rather just pay a new app then pay these people twice. Don’t be fooled by the star rating , I’m sure they earned this thru rating before the rug pull.
Deliveries
Deliveries is a good app for Amazon and web links to other sites but there’s really no other support except for Amazon. And I’d like to have wallet support added to
I used to love this app.
I have used Deliveries since its original versions, when it was a dashboard widget, and I have purchased every version since. I was an annual subscriber for years—until they started dropping carriers. As a previous purchaser, I was entitled to all the features I still used. I understand that JuneCloud claims FedEx & UPS changed forced their downgrade, yet AfterShip still works for both. Now I can’t add USPS deliveries without a subscription. So much for continuing access to previous features. Sad to see such a great product descend into user hostility.
The app appears to be conflicted with an older monthly license that is no longer under subscription.
This app is on an annual renewal plan but stops working roughly one month after the renewal date, then starts up again 2 months after the renewal date. The same thing happened last year during the exact same days of the year. Back Story: I originally had a problem when I upgraded to a Mac mini 3-years ago. The Deliveries app would not run on my new Mac. So, I subscribed to a monthly plan, which worked, until the issue with the annual license could be resolved. A few weeks later the annual appeared to be working. So, I never renewed the monthly plan. I believe the licensing system is somehow stuck into thinking that because the monthly plan was canceled, that it should disable the annual license during the same month every year for when the monthly plan was formerly licensed. Also, the app store would not let me subscribe to a monthly license, as I did in the past, because I have an active annual license. Even though the Deliveries app kept prompting be to subscribe when I tried to enter a new tracking number in the app. I had tried every suggestion that the developer had made, including going directly to Apple Support. But there is apparently no solution to the broken licensing system that, for me, only seems to impact this specific application.
Use to be my favorite app
Can’t use the app without subscribing. I have my perpetual license that I paid long ago. It’s useless now. What you did is very unethical.
Misleading Screenshot
Bought this app, since then... UPS - Nope FedEx - Nope The Rest: Subscription now Required Less and less features over the years plus a new subscription fee. Stay Away.
App update won’t download
The app will not update on my iPad running iPadOS 14.8. It appears like it is going to install with the circle going all the way around the square, and then, when you think it’s finished, ‘Update’ reappears. Again, and again and again. In the App Store it says it is compatible with iPadOS 14. Other than that, it is a great app that I use frequently. Highly recommended! (If you can get it to download.)
It was once great...when it tracked multiple carriers.
I have been a very long-time user of this app (~15 years). It once tracked FedEx, UPS, foreign carriers, etc without issue. Today, I can only use it for "placeholders" since many carriers have removed support for this app to track their deliveries. I also can't use USPS without a subscription besides being legacy user that was supposed to be grandfathered in. I know I will eventually have to abadon this app since it simply no longer does what it is advertised to do.
Must have app that has lost functionality
This used to be the best app on the street but the lack up updates to capture new shippers and lost functiality due to changes on the shipping company side has me questioning if it is worth the subcription price. I now have to click through to the website to see the true status and not all shipping companies are configured to enter an expected date.
Not as useful as it used to be
Unfortunately over the 12+ years I've been using Deliveries the app has gone from reliable to barely helpful. I know much of this is out of the developer's control, it's still frustrating to pay for an app and watch it steadily decline. The only services that still automatically update for me are USPS, Fed Ex, and maybe DHL. UPS requires manually entering the delivery date; it's on you to check in to see if that changes and manually adjust. OnTrack lately doesn't connect. I find myself using this as a glorified bookmarks app for deliveries.
Used to be great, got greedy
Paid for this app and used it for years until they switched to a subscription based service.
Works well, needs to work with eBay worldwide shipping
It’s a good app. Simple to use, intelligently designed. I’m sure getting access to the shipping info is a nightmare administratively, but it’d be good if it worked with more services. Still, it hits all the big ones and works well. Aww, still in Memphis.
Borderline fraudulent
How on earth is this app currently being featured by the App Store? It’s long been neglected by the developer who might update it once a year for paltry maintenance purposes. Many courier services, like UPS and FedEx are supposedly no longer supported due to restrictions on the side of the courier, yet other apps on the App Store still support them. Either sunset the app or open source it. At this point, driving people to buy it is borderline fraudulent.
App is great but shippers aren’t
This is one of the apps I bought when I had an iPhone 3G. Amazing app. However, over time, shipping companies removed API access and it has become less useful, through no fault of the dev. Sadly, the app isn’t as useful as it was a few years ago.
Sync and deliver!
This app is perfect where you can not only manually add deliveries but it also recognizes tracking numbers in your clipboard as well as being able to sync with Amazon.com, Amazon.ca (Yes we are Canadian - 51 No Way!) as well as Fedex and eBay where it will bulk import the tracking information. Tried other programs and this Canadian says that Deliveries get’s 5+ Eh’s!!!
No longer works without subscription
I had previously owned the old version and paid for it but now they updated and nothing works and now it says upgrade to a subscription for anything to work. I don’t recommend.
It’s a solid app. Usage with Aus Post is little more than a bookmark storage
I bought this years ago and it has been a solid and well conceived app all along. However if many of your deliveries are from Aus Post as are mine, it’s unfortunately little more than a glorified bookmarking tool (no status updates, no shipping info, only a link to their website). This may be a failing of Aus Post not revealing this data through their API (assuming they have one). I’m not sure, but it seriously degrades the use case for this otherwise beautifully designed app.
Used to be good
This app used to be great. Now the majority of commonly-used couriers no longer function. I know this is the result of changes on the courier’s side. Also when I add tracking numbers, I’m often forced to supply my own date for me to add it. Little things like this make for a poor UX experience. Uninstalling as the app just makes me click extra buttons to visit courier pages to see tracking. It easier just to maintain tracking bookmarks in my browser.
Nice interface - Lacking integration
Out of all the delivery apps, this one is the prettiest for both desktop and iPhone. However, unlike Parcel, it does not automatically update Amazon shipments. And there is limited carriers, so not everything can be tracked.
Terrific, indispensible, convenient
A great app that I've been using for years. Highly recommend
Another app lost to subscription
Every app has a subscription now. This app used to be great. Now it wants a subscription, just like everything else. Skip this.
TNT
28/5/21 one improvement needed. You need to pick up the state in the freight location as your delivery map displays the nearest town with that name which is a bug. Eg if I send freight from Melbourne VIC to Perth WA Australia the depot in Perth is Welshpool, 3,400kms away, so your map shows it as being in Welshpool VIC 200 kms away. A real heart stopper for users. ————- This app is getting better and better. We have it synced over several MACs and phones and is we are TNT users it gives us better reports than TNT do, much better as you can see changes come up in the app logo. Having said that we are still waiting for Australia Post, StarTrack & Toll but can't have everything. One day this will work with Windows as well?
Used to be great. Now broken
It used to work great, but now has problems updating info with multiple delivery companies, including UPS. Looks like they’re not maintaining this, just milking the cow until it dies. Def not worth installing in the current state of things (2024)
UPS won’t connect.
The app doesn’t appear to. support UPS shipments. The error message says “couldn’t connect try again later”. It never does.
A great app who’s time has likely ended
I’ve loved this app for years, but now that both FedEx and UPS have apparently blocked api access, it really doesn’t serve much of a purpose anymore. No fault of the developers, but the shipping companies have gotten greedy and want their own apps on your phone so they can harvest your data and pursue lock-in.
Paid once now needs subscription
I have been using this app for a long time and paid for the full upgrade. Now I can't track without a monthly subscription. No new features were added to warrant paying for a subscription, I don't even use their cloud service for syncing.
Great app
I have used the app for a few years and it is great for parcels not touted through AUS Post. Recently the map support has shown a lack of knowledge of where places are in Australia
Once great, absent dev
This app was one of the best – but after a year of the developer being absent it’s really started to break down. It’s a shame they don’t pass it on to an interested party who would bring it back to life. Reminiscent of Newton Mail
Frustratingly close to great
When Deliveries supports a service (FedEx, USPS, etc.) it’s great. When it doesn’t, its really not great… and it’s so close! All it needs to do is let me (and the geekiest fraction of their community of other users) define a few Regular Expressions for a new service and it could unlock everything it does really well, for every delivery service in the world… but they‘VE not done that. To be really great all Deliveries needs is either a) to pay their own developers to support an infinity of other delivery services (which sounds hard), or b) to let their users define custom page matchers (which sounds easy).
Best in class
I love this app. It’s clear and concise. My only wish is that Australia Post could be a first class citizen on the service so tracking could be seen inside if the app rather than opening the website.
This app is absolute trash!
Bought it back in the day “bought” well before subscription became a thing for apps. Well behold the subscription model no feature that previously worked works anymore without a subscription and they say it can be used if I paid for it before the new implementation but it doesn’t work. Trash developers stealing money from users.
Good app, but needs to support more companies
Deliveries is a good package tracking app. It’s only downside is its relatively small number of supported shipping companies, especially here in Australia.
Stopped syncing with Amazon
In the last month or so the app has stopped pulling data from Amazon for new deliveries
Pretty good, but..
Doesn’t seem to support Amazon Australia. Surely this is something that can be implemented pretty easily?
Limited carrier support, but fantastic for the ones it does
While Deliveries might not have the widest carrier support, and for Australians is notably lacking Australia Post/StarTrack, it continues to be one of the nicest apps to use for the carriers it does support!
Do not use
This used to be the best delivery tracker. Since I purchased the app before subscriptions were implemented, they grandfathered me into full access. Within the past couple years, one by one, certain carriers stopped working and now they put USPS behind a paywall. I’ve attempted to contact them twice with no response. So I’m deleting the app and switching to ParcelsApp.com app. All theirs works INCLUDING FedEx and UPS. And their yearly sub is cheaper than this app. Bye Deliveries, you lied to us.
Very well designed app
Overall it’s an amazing app however at this point in time I was unable to track packages from Toll Australia.
Won’t be renewing
Loss of support for FedEx and UPS leaves Amazon as the only major courier supported in Canada for my needs. Was a big supporter of this app for years, but time to find an alternative that tracks ALL the major couriers
Love it but
Fantastic app but it really needs additional delivery services added.
Does it's job, but could do better
I am very happy to recommend the app, but it could be improved by changing the "Placeholder" feature to allow you to set up and save services you use but are not included in the app. For instance, Amazon Australia. This would have earned a 5 star review from me.
Bought prior to subscription
And now the app is useless cause it won’t let me add new deliveries. Tried contacting Junecloud but they wouldn’t respond either. Subscriptions are a plague. Shame on the company.
Great App
When scanning Australia Post parcels, the scanner scans first 4 digits that don’t actually exist and have to be manually deleted which is slightly cumbersome but otherwise works great.
It used to be my Goto App
Ok I purchase a lot from Amazon and loved the fact it integrated so well! It would pull the orders title etc. And it just worked. Throughout time now other carriers like Purolator and FedEx don’t update in the site. Now Amazon delivery when copied over just say not found. Even though I’m signed in and when I click the delivery it takes me to the Amazon order. Sad to see such a pioneer app go down hill like this.
Still lacking i-Parcel support
Even years after Amazon popularised I-Parcel and, now that many other retailers are using the service, this venerable favourite of tracing apps still lacks i-parcel support. I'm not expecting Mike to begin supporting all carriers around Asia, but at least the common ones from the US to Australia would be nice at this point, please. This is an old review, but the status remains unchanged. Why can't this be done? i-parcel is a UPS service. There's a website for tracking info. 17TRACK seems to be able to manage it. It should have native support in this app.
