Sensational Intel
Whitepages is my go to for gathering information on someone. Very user friendly. Does not try to get more money for additional information. Clear concise data. Start here first on your investigation. You can also locate friends and family who might have moved and you’d like to keep in touch. Find a childhood friend.
The charges are Absolutely rip-off and no trial period
This app forces you to pay more and more, if you want more than basic info of any value beyond a google-like search. It keeps ratcheting up quickly to over $250. Please avoid if you can. The UI is unclear, and the fees outrageous.

Paid for the app twice cause I didn’t know what I was doing never refunded me. My money previous ones have already looked up and went back to look at again and they want me to pay for it to look it up again. I wouldn’t do this app again if you paid me.
Great service, when it works
I would give it five stars if it weren't for the fact that, for years it's been impossible to get both the app and the website to recognize my subscription. 75% of the time when I do a look up it sends me to a page to choose my subscription plan. It can be extremely frustrating when I'm in a hurry.

No “Restore Purchases” link
I was skeptical to begin with, but I just signed up for a premium subscription through the App Store anyway and if you didn’t create an account with an email address beforehand you don’t get access to the premium features you just purchased without having to submit a support ticket through this company to track down your purchase. It seems they are trying to get around Apples App Store procedures because every legitimate app I have a subscription for through the App Store has a simple “restore purchases” link that restores what you paid for without having to go through the company’s support system. Good thing I can easily get a refund through Apple without having to deal with the company’s support system. I just don’t see any other reason why they would want you to go through them instead of Apples simplified system of restoring your premium subscription.
Not up to par
I put in an address it changes to a different address on the website I went with the app. I pull up an address for 12 flat or larger. It only gives me names of 10 people out of the 20 in the building. It’s kind of hard to send out a mailer. If you don’t have everybody’s name if it was free, I would complain but since I’m paying for the service, I don’t give you the option to see the rest of the names. I am not happy.
Monitoring
How do I turn off monitoring? I only want a phone number or address. I click on “stop monitoring “ but it comes up again a few weeks later.
Took My Money but no Account!
I signed up the service through App Store and Apple paid White Pages but I never got an account. White pages showed no purchase info and when I gave them the order number they said we were told by upper management we can’t look it up by that. So basically they are taking our money and giving us no service. This app should be removed from the Apple App Store. It’s a total sham.
They take money & you don’t get what you paid for
I paid for the pro+. However it did not unlock anything. There is no number to call. No response by email. Don’t waste your money & time. I have now start to try and get my money back through my account. Definitely not worth the gamble and the time.

Something has happened to my white pages all of a sudden I can’t get the information that I want, a person that I I know the state and the town. It keeps saying I need to pay, but when I go back and look at my subscriptions, I am paid. It’s already paid. I’ve tried so many times I’m done.

I paid for an annual premium subscription with 100 lookups per month, but every time I went to use the app it tried to charge me for lookups. When I try to sign in it says I don’t have an account. Repeated requests for product support have gone unanswered. This is a scam.

Paid $4.99 for a month then switched to annual subscription $29.99 and was ripped off. I never got my money back. Never got to use the annual subscription!Whitepages would say it was apples problem! Apple never did anything about it! Waste of $30 and NO I WON’T BE RENEWING!
