SUGGESTION
I really love this app , no problem whatsoever. BUT I do think they should add an option for people who want to make authentic friends on there. Or just friends in general.
Waste of time and money
The distance setting doesn’t work and the majority of the people that you see are 2 to 3 states away
Kinda cool kinda annoying
this is just par for the course of these apps but when I get notifs like “10 people saw your profile but didn’t like, buy now to find out” I mean I’m just gonna delete the app at that point. I don’t need to know who saw it just who matched and wants to text. Literally nothing else matters💀 The distance things is also really annoying cause it’s part of the ads but turns out I gotta pay or keep swiping left til someone is in my city
the ONLY problem
the app is genuinely not bad, the idea of it is pretty good too but it's so clear this app just wants to make an impossible amount of money everything u need a subscription for, even meeting people close to you, no one is gonna stick around long enough if this doesn't gets fixed.
Glitches
App is relatively good, lots of options when it comes to customizing your profile. But my main issue is that with this app and a lot of other dating apps a subscription is required to make this app enjoyable. And even after purchasing a subscription the app still glitches. There have been a number of times where I have matched with a person, left a comment to start a conversation but when I go to their profile it switches it to a whole other person. This also happens when I go through my likes. If I swipe left on someone, there have been times where that persons profile is swapped by another and the original person is still there. A bit frustrated by the app but again the features itself are nice. Just have. Room to grow

I always thought duet would be the best dating app because the ads seemed so promising. Nope. Everything is locked behind a paywall. You can't even find people nearby?? isn't that like the most basic feature 😒 Also, way too many fake notifications Uninstalled...
Not worth it
I’d be shocked if this app actually showed me someone that was in my state. Unless nobody within 100 miles is on the app, it’s not very good to meet people and go out.

The location services are almost entirely broken. I understand their may not be an overabundance of users in my given area, but i shouldn’t be swiping on 40+ people from three states away, before I see one user in my metropolitan area, when I know there are other users.

Made a lot of new friends and people to talk with.

You have to buy a minimum subscription if you even want to see who likes you but heres the amazing part, you get absolutely no one near you for at least 100 miles and nobody liking you thats even remotely close, BUTTT if you upgrade to premium suddenly theres so many people right near you. money scam its unfortunate people tryna find new friends and connections close when you have to pay . disappointing

This app you can’t anything without going premium you can’t even view who likes you definitely a waste of time I’d recommend downloading Hily at least with them you can message for free and they let you spin the wheel you get bonus daily

Duet is perfect in all seriousness
I would not write this at all if I had a really bad experience on this app, but I would love to share my story. This app is nothing comparable to Tinder or Bumble etc. I found the love of my life on here and we have been dating for almost 5 months and hopefully for many more decades. It’s been nothing but an amazing relationship with her where communication is the number one priority. She was serious from the beginning that I matched with her. I honestly was at my wits end with dating because I was tired of being hurt or ghosted. All other dating apps were such a horrible experience. Now I’m a happy man. I wish everyone the best in finding their person! Thank you duet!
Doesn’t respect distance
Not remotely interested in matching with people hours away, some not even in the same state. I set the distance at under 3 miles and it’s matching to people hours away. Absolutely idiotic to gate basic features behind a paywall to match locally. This is purely a cash grab. Complete waste of time. Just greedy and stupid.

“You have one new friend request ❤️” I literally don’t have a profile. Not even gonna bother with this one if its so obvious the notifications are fake from the get-go
Way better than other dating apps.
Feel like the way the layout and chatting is set up makes it easier to meet new people and you don’t have to pay who sees your profile very open layout. Way better than Bumble, Tinder, Hinge and other scammy dating apps. Meet cool people and dates.
Scam
Set my distance preference to 30 miles and all I saw was people 100+ miles away and if you want to see people nearby it’s an extra feature that cost you about $20 a week or $40 a month Just go download tinder or bumble or literally anything else besides this terrible scam of a dating app

You guys are not sending the verification code to my number. I’ve downloaded the app three times and in different places but this is still a problem. Please fix it

Didn’t like it one bit
I couldn’t message who I liked or see who liked me until I upgraded to premium which was £24 per week! No thank you! The only thing I did was add people I liked. The app has a lot of cool features that I really wanted to explore but since I didn’t have premium, I was limited😭
Nice app
I was surprised at how good Duet is! It's cool to match based on interests and the smart tags really help get better matches. Though the distance settings can be a bit off sometimes, it's not a huge problem. The blind date feature is pretty fun too. I've connected with some awesome people here, so definitely worth a try!
